I reserved a 5 passenger vehicle 3 weeks in advance. When I arrived to pick it up they only had a 3 passenger convertible available. They told me they were busy and "higher ups" decide how to allocate cars. i noticed in their reviews that this is not an isolated issue. I rented a car for a week in Warrington, PA from Aug 10 to Aug 18. When I picked it up, the drivers side outside mirror had no cover - all wires were exposed. They never offered to make it right. When I had to return the car at the airport, they charged me $300 on top of the original $304.00 - the man at the airport was shocked at what they charged me. Terrible! read more

Fantastic exceeds expectations experience. Rented a nice car for my husband who planned to drive one way after picking g up the car in Naples. A few hours after he left home I see his drivers license in the kitchen table. Uh oh ..... called Enterprise Naples and explained he was arriving in a few hours to pick up the rental but didn't have his physical license. They were polite but firm he needs the license. I searched online for options to verify a drivers license in good standing using a copy of license and an online FL DMV verification of his license in good standing, no restrictions. They worked with us, enabling him to pick up the car and drive it back, avoiding a 4 hour Uber fee. Phew!!! Outstanding!!! I've had great experiences at other Enterprise locations and am now very, very loyal. Plus they often beat the Costco rental car prices. Thank you!!! Worst customer service received at an Enterprise. Reserved a minivan for 12/22/23-12/28/23. Received a call from David on 12/18 telling us that there was a "recall" on all minivans and they didn't have a car for us. That's it. No help. Nothing. Called back and spoke to Erika (manager) who said there was nothing that could be done and I should try the airport (at least 30% more). read more

The car was dirty . The rental rep looked disinterested. He checked the gas and reported a full tank when in fact it had 3/4 of a tank of fuel . I fueled up a full tank upon return . Now 2 weeks later a Big surprise in the mail. They are requesting my insurance company's name on my credit card so they could charge me for damage due upon return. I returned a car with zero damage and I will pay them zero in return . Unfortunately a business with no scruples . One star because they don't offer a rating that's lower . read more

I wish there was a negative star... I was told by multiple people from Enterprise that a car could not be picked up after 12a at RSW airport. When our flight landed at 1:30a the rental car offices were packed! To make matters worse.. my family paid $100 to get to our condo and $25 the next day to Uber 20 mins to another enterprise office.. when we arrived there the lady says "that's weird.. we also serve customers until the last flight (which was ours) also.. she says "we could have picked you up this morning" My total expenses were about $200 more when you include the travel cost to go out of my way to get the car, the $50 one way charge and of course the opportunity cost of a half day dealing with this BS. 10/10 will NOT use Enterprise ever again! read more

Well, technically they have a premium car they are happy to rent me for $200/day instead of the $45/day we had agreed on. Staff was frustrated and not helpful. I rented a small car over the weekend to head up to Orlando. The car itself was very comfortable and the price was reasonable. My review deals with what happened after I returned the car. I had an after hours return(after noon on a Saturday). The second I dropped the keys in the box , I realized I left a small expensive item in a cubby in the console. I immediately called and left a message. I was called the following day to ask what time I returned the car with no mention of my missing item. I brought it up and she said the car had already been cleaned and sent out on a new rental. Weird that they are not open but can rent out cars . She told me I could come look through the list and found, which I did. What a joke. It was a drawer filled with random items all loose and jumbled. There were credit cards and other valuable items just casually stuffed in a drawer. Could not find my item without spending an hour cleaning the drawer . Terrible process. On a side note, while I was there a couple of ladies were attempting to pick up a car. They had ordered a mid size car on line. Apparently they did not have any cars and tried to send them off in an SUV, which she repeatedly said she could not drive. I imagine I would use them again since it isn't their fault I left my item but perhaps they could review there process and listen to messages before sending vehicles out again. read more

Do not rent from this company. I was scheduled for a pick up at 9:00 AM at the repair shop less then 1 mile form this location. I called at 8:50 to confirm the pickup time. I was told someone would be there in 15 minutes. At 9:30 i called and asked them if they forgot about me. They said they were on their way. I was picked up at 9:42, when I arrived at the Enterprise store I asked for the manager. I explained what happened he said he was sorry and went back to his work. He offered no explanation at all. The car i received was not washed and smells like smoke. Avoid this location and company if this is the type of managers they hire. read more

Worst car rental experience that I have ever encountered. Though I had reserved a car several weeks in advance and called several days before to confirm they only had an SUV that was 2 categories below what I had reserved. He told me that it was take or leave it! I asked if he would call other rental agencies to see if they could accomodate me and he refused. I am disabled and had taken an Uber to get there so my options were limited. While I was on hold with Avis a lady pulled in and was returning an SUV only 1 category below what I needed so luckily I was able to get that one. The employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful even though there is a parking lot full of Enterprise rental cars a few miles up the street. They have lost my business. read more

Unfortunately I experienced a lack of friendly, polite or even helpful service from several employees at this location. I called several times to modify a reservation, and waited on hold a total of 50 minutes. Once I picked up the car, I called again about an issue and never received a call back. Associates were abrupt, rude and dismissive both on the phone and in person. I was billed incorrectly even after inquiring about the charges. I will not rent from this location again. read more

A month ago I went into this location to reserve a large SUV to take my family and all of their luggage and a wheelchair up to the Tampa/St Pete airport. The night before we were leaving I received a phone call from an Enterprise representative that said they were having trouble finding a large SUV for me. He said I might have more choices if I went to Ft Myers Airport to rent the vehicle. I told HIM that THEY should go and get it for me! The best he could do for me was a Nissan Rogue! "It's going be tight but it will have to do. So yesterday morning, just before we were going to go and pick up the vehicle another representative calls me and tells me that they don't even have the Rogue available now!!!! WTF! Now what am I supposed to do!? We smashed in our small Infiniti with bags on our laps...squished together for the 2 1/2 hour drive to Tampa! NOT HAPPY!!! The only reason I gave them one star was because they did contact me about the issue instead of just letting me show up with no vehicle available. read more

A traffic fender/bender is distressing. Fortunately, Enterprise Rental Car is the contract supplier for my insurance company. The pickup service was friendly and timely and the car they provided was new, roomy and classy like my car that was in repair. The people on the phone and at the desk were personable and efficient. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car and especially the office at 13580 Tamiami Trail. Ask for Brian although their entire staff makes the process seamless and pleasant. read more

Reliable. Love that they pick up and drop off. Good rates. Usually cars are good comfortable and clean. Last one from Bonita Springs in Florida had not been prepped well - low washer fluid and brakes a little sticky. Otherwise just fine. I booked via phone with a local Bonita Springs office (not at airport) for better rates. Was picked up at my hotel and was able to drop off in Sanford for a reasonable drop off fee. I got confirmation via email but it did not include rates. Better write them down when you book. read more
