I had absolutely wonderful service provided by Enterprise at Noblesville! Natalie and Elias were not only extremely helpful but very cordial with each of my phone call requests. They placed myself and my family in a very nice 2021 Pacifica van with all the bells and whistles for my rental car needs while my car was in the shop! They ensured the vehicle was running top notch and gave me updates along the way to ensure any changes with my rental account were secured! Horrible experience. Was given a rental car due to an accident once our car was repaired I returned the rental car to the repair company as directed. Two days later Enterprise calls me stating that there was damage to the rental car, a small dent in the driver door that was not their when i dropped it off. I told them that I understand and that I would take care of the repairs out of pocket and to send me the bill. six weeks later I receive a letter from Enterprise stating that they submitted a claim to my insurance after i specifically asked them not to do so and that i would pay out of pocket. I pay the bill $850 to cover the damages then i get a call from my insurance company two weeks later investigating the claim. Now i need to deal with the insurance company and my rates will most likely increase. Huge problem with both my insurance company and Enterprise... Needless to say i will never use Enterprise again and will also be looking for a new insurance provide. read more

I was scheduled to pick up my rental car today at 12pm. I called at 927am to make sure my pick up was still 12pm and exactly how much I owed. The lady on the phone told me my total and my pick up was 12pm. I was leaving working on a break to pick up the car, walked into enterprise at 12:07. A lady and 2 men were standing at the counter. She said we are closed. I stayed okay I have a car pick up at noon. The lady proceeded to say our keys are looked up and we close at 12. So when I ask why a pick up time would be noon if you were closed she proceeded to get nasty and say I called you and told you to be here early. I let her know she absolutely did not call me and I had my phone record where I called there. I ask to speak to someone else and she said there was nobody to speak to me. I told her I already had a 4k dollar vacation paid for and I was leaving in the morning, and if I could talk to someone else. She walked to the door and told me to leave. I was on the phone with customer service by 12:11pm. Of course at this time I'm crying, no rental car. She was not willing to help me. I told her several times when I called why didn't you tell me to come at 1130 if you know you closed. One of the men stated very rude, the hours are on the door. I told him why would I look at hours on a door when I booked on line and called this morning. I always rent my cars from this location and usually have great service. I've never seen people in a business setting not care about customers like these 3. The lady acted like I was a total waste and had no use for me. I've never been treated so poorly. I did end up at enterprise in Fishers Indiana, the 3 men there were so helpful and finally Found a vehicle for my family to take. I absolutely would never return to the noblesville location. It's a shame that businesses have got to the point to let employees treat customers so bad. read more

Enterprise in Noblesville has easily the best customer service I've ever experienced. Insurance was not great to deal with following an accident I had recently, but they arranged my rental through Enterprise. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They gave me a free upgrade in vehicle since they wouldn't have a comparable one until later that afternoon. The service was so great that I rented again from them three weeks later for a business trip and once again they were completely on point with everything and the car was great. Made reservations a month ago I go to pick the vehicle up and they are closed at noon on a Saturday. Keep in mind my email I got says to be there at noon on Saturday. You tell me to be there at noon when you close. What a worthless company full of worthless people. To top it all off the confirmation email from them they gave me the wrong address. I rented from this location. They were good and courteous people. However, this is a strip mall location. It was a rainy day. I was there b/c insurance was paying for my rental due to a wreck, which I was in with my 4 year old son. I was extremely shaken. There was not a proper walk around due to the rainy day. I signed off on the car. I've rented a hundred cars travelling for work. I never inspect them, because I rent from real companies. When I arrived home 2 miles later, my mom pointed out a scratch on the car. I thought nothing of it. I thought a company like Enterprise would have such things logged in their computer system I returned the car to another location. I was treated belligerently. The manager foreshadowed the end result when she said "This scratch won't be on the contract". She knew damn straight she was shaking me down. I was immediately reported and they are currently trying to shake me down for money through my insurance! Never once was it suggested to look through rental history of this car to see if the scratch was reported. That seems logical, right? Treat the customer like a human? Pure, unadulterated shake down by a terrible, awful company. In short, don't rent from Enterprise. This branch was friendly. maybe they are nice when you return the car to them, so this may be unfair to this branch. But the overall Enterprise experience, an experience which was thrust upon my by a wreck and another insurance company, could not have been worse. But my advice, don't rent on a rainy day when the process is rushed. If you rent from Enterprise, if there is so much as a dog whisker scratch on the car, note it down. Inspect the exterior, interior, pop the hood. They may try to tell you the air filter is dirtier than when you picked the car up and charge you $500. Think from my perspective. I was in a wreck with my 4 year old son. I was given a rental car by the person of fault's insurance company. I was 500 miles from my home. It was Thanksgiving and rainy. The walk around was in the rain. I am 100% sure I did not put the scratch on the car. Now I am being shaken down by a crooked company, looking for an extra buck. I'm a single father, trying to exist. I'm honest. I didn't shake down the insurance company due to the wreck. I'm a good person being taken advantage of by a horrible company. How unfair is this company. How awful is this company? I have had a repeatedly great experience with the management and staff at this particular Enterprise. I only wish that they would rotate management a bit less. I highly recommend renting a vehicle here and if it's a few more dollars it is by far worth it for the quality of service. read more

Used to be great for years... I rent from this location quite frequently. Last time the car had been smoked in, not washed, not vacuumed.. paid full price full size.. had to exchange the car the next day since they had no other options. not a huge problem. This weekend I get a weekend special. The car has been smoked in, and also dirty. The guy tells my you get what you pay for with the 9.99 weekend special... seriously? I understand if they are advertising cars for 9.99 that are dirty and have been smoked in but come on... last time I checked they aren't.. I have rented from Enterprise for 20 years exclusively.. lately I've been wondering what else is out there.. used to be the absolute best customer service.. upgrades, extras, nice people.. now it's seeming fairly mediocre like how I imagine other rental places.. too bad - I'm rating 3 stars because it's a good company and this location used to be great too.. but the last few visits to this specific location has downgraded my view of this company. - to be fair the guy offered to take it back and have the car cleaned "to my specifications". My point is the car should be clean and the service should be great no matter what "deal" I'm getting. read more

I made reservations about a month or so, in advance, knowing that I would be needing a rental. I chose this site, in Noblesville, because it was much cheaper for me to rent there instead of at the airport which was astronomical, for the same thing. When arriving, a young man [who was not interested at all in helping], took me outside and said "this and this".... I had made reservations for a certain car, and it wasn't available???.... so, I was able to get a small SUV, for $10/day... of course!... more money ...I received the SUV, and drove off... when stopping, I found that the vehicle was dirty... actually filthy! on the inside. I took it back, and asked for a discount, the young man said... "oh.. I'll clean it"... he took it to the wash bay, and sprayed it with water! ... and then returned it to me. I proceeded to take it to a car wash, pay for it to be cleaned well, and vacuumed it myself. I then complained to the company online about this. The manager, Chelsey, called me... and made it right. She gave me my $$ back for cleaning it, and a discount. This was not her fault, but that young man should be reprimanded for his actions. I have always used Enterprise, and I was very disappointed that this was my experience at this time. If it were not for this good manager, Chelsey, I would not go back. read more
