They called two hours before pickup to inform me that they were oversold and would not have a car. Cancelled and told me to have a nice day. I called customer service and the off shore agent was extremely rude and had me on hold for 20 minutes before she disconnected the call. Time wasted. I called back and customer service made a new reservation for me in Brownsburg, but it was also cancelled. Not only did customer service make the wrong reservation, but they charged me for the rental. So, now I have to wait days for my money to be refunded. They encouraged me to drive to the airport to see IF I could get a car, but would not guarantee the original rate I booked would honored. Complete chaos.
