Refused to honor reservation. Would not call to update reservation. Spoke with multiple agents to no avail. It is Thursday I still have no car from my Monday reservation. Enterprise has offered no solutions or offered any compensation, upgrade, coupon for future rental etc. Just awful business management. read more

We scheduled to pick up a car at 8:30 a.m. only for them to tell us that there was a wait. When it was our turn they then told us that our car wasn't available and that we would have to wait for it to be cleaned if we still wanted the car we requested. Let's me choose and pick a car that they don't even have. Then only had the smallest crappiest cars left, and we just have to deal with it cause it's "over their heads". If i knew i couldn't get the car that i needed i would have gone looking somewhere else. read more

We reserved three cars a few days ago for a trip with a total of 14 people, and we had an appointment to pick them up at 9:30 this morning. We had a friend drop us off and when we went to get the cars we were told they had none. They politely asked to call us in a couple of hours to let us know we could come back and get the cars before noon. We all had something to go to from 10-12, so we said we would leave a few minutes army and get there as quickly as we could. They called us back and said we could have a Suburban and a Four Runner that each seat 7. So we went to go pick them up immediately, and as soon as we got there, they were giving the Suburban to someone else. They then offered us the Four Runner and a Murano and said that they each sat 7, or the Four Runner, a Ram truck that seats 4, and another car that seats 5. Or she said we could go pick up two cars from the place in Binghamton, which we couldn't do because that was our final destination. So we decided to go with the Murano, then the woman said that it either seats 6 or 7 and she wasn't sure, but they said we had to wait for it to come back (at this point it was 12:15 and they close at 12). The Murano was returned a couple of minutes later, so they cleaned it and then when we asked how many people it seats she said 6. We looked in the car before we left and there was in fact not a third row of seating, so we asked if they could show us how to put up the 3rd row and she said oh it only seats 5. And then she offered us the truck again. And we said no because none of us feel comfortable driving a truck. And she said I'm sorry I didn't know you were coming in this morning and I don't work here I work at the facility in Binghamton. We were very disappointed and stressed over the fact that we ended up with enough seats for 12 instead of 14, got the cars at 1:00 when it was supposed to be picked up at 9:30, the car we were offered was given away right in front of us, and the woman lied to our faces about how many seats the vehicle had. read more

We were scheduled from our insurance company to pick up our car today, no scheduled time.. called them to let them know we were on our way - and they gave our car away that was scheduled for us as my husband totaled his car this morning... as if his day wasn't going bad enough. They don't have a car for us, and wanted him to ride to Binghamton, NY and he has to work at 1 a.m. which is why it was SCHEDULED for US. We will NEVER be going through this company again, and we will make sure the insurance company knows about this shitty service. read more

My family rents cars from them and they are great to work with as the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The cars are affordable and we always get the nicest cars at the lowest price option. One time we got a nearly brand new black Mustang sports car!!! Other times we will get Nissans, GMCs, and other high quality vehicles, again at the lowest price! They are clearly well serviced... AND BEST OF ALL THEY ARE SPARKLING CLEAN WHEN PICKED UP (or dropped off to you.) Veeery impressed Enterprise!!! read more

It is so strange to call a business where the phone just rings and rings and never goes to voicemail. Never got to rent a car from them, and after spending so much time trying to get a hold of them, I don't want to in the future. read more

A local body shop made the reservation for me, the fee being taken care of through insurance. Enterprise was supposed to have called me to confirm the reservation, which they didn't. They were also supposed to have picked me up at the shop. They didn't do that either. The woman from the body shop drove me down to Enterprise. My name was in the system, but no vehicle, and they didn't have one available until the afternoon. Hello? If my name is in your system, there's a reason for that. I've used Enterprise a couple of times before, and was less than thrilled those times as well. But this one takes the cake. They either are not trained thoroughly, or they just don't care. I guess a paycheck's a paycheck and to hell with the customers. That's not the way to run a business. read more
