I rented through this place for 10 months plus straight so i would think they'd do the right thing ... I returned my vehicle on 8/22 i have a bad back i immediately went to the hospital after returning car and was admitted for 4 days . I was in so much pain i couldn't even think about anything i was numb from the waiste down i left some items along with my iPhone 16 plus in the front driver door .. about an hour in my mom " emergency contact " was called from there stating i left mail and other belongings she had let me know .. i was in so much pain and not thinking about a phone i traced it and it said it was there so i didnt worry wasn't till about the 7th day til i could actually get on my feet for longer than 5 min to use my secondary phone and call mind you this is the phone i have on there records they should have called me first but called my emergency contact seeing they knew they had my phone ! I had to wait till Monday because Sunday closed i realized it seemed fishy that they never mentioned they found my phone but belongings ... i called spoke to them took her 15 min to tell me she tried had a iPhone she needed to plug in to see if it's mine blah blah moral of the story someone from the store stole my iPhone .. $1500 and as soon as it turns on i will be notified and pressing charges and suing .. also btw i had the brilliant idea of saying hey if you don't have it supposedly can you call the people renting the vehicle now and have them check the front door .. her response was yeah would you like me to call you back .. no shit i would .." they never did "where is the common sense well anyhow i called corporate and filed a complaint and they contacted regional manager and are gonna do a internal investigation... i would never ever go to this place again i have spent somewhere around 10k this year with them and they lost there best client because of this read more

I only put 1 star because it would not let me continue without any. This is the worst enterprise in all of Inland county. We make reservations ahead of time and never just walk in but they never have cars for us. We will stand there for a while before they even tell us they have no cars for us. Every time I've come to this Enterprise location for a car rental, I've had nothing but positive experiences. The staff members are all attentive and have great customer service skills. They are great multitaskers and will take care of you and get you out as quick as possible. This last time I was there, they were extremely busy. They had run out of vehicles and were bringing cars from other locations nearby. They made sure that we were comfortable and kept us updated. Disappointing experience called made a reservation and told we were good asked if there was anything I needed to do and was told no. I showed up for my 2:30 pickup and got told the vehicle I confirmed was not available, and was offered a truck instead of a van. I then watched the Pacifica Van I confirmed get rented to someone else and drive off. The manager said that's the only choice of vehicle... so don't count on management, and don't count on enterprise corporate number in your reservations. Consumer beware doing business as Enterprise gives no guarantees with your confirmed reservation, seems like it's a loose term to pacify customers. So apparently all enterprises are the same level of crappy but this one is the worst. If you can make the drive to any other location than to this one, please do yourself the favor! They are super unprofessional, even the assistant manager will hang up on you multiple times after being on hold for forever. Sad to say that the LADIES who work at this location are so terrible at their job. The customer service is so bad here, they won't ever answer the phone. Yesterday we came in the rent a car around 11:30 am. We were helped by a slim young white guy. From the start his service was terrible ! He went to show us the car I was renting and we were in shock! This car looked like it went off roading and hasn't been cleaned in months! I told him how do you expect me to take this car looking this dirty. He said it's fine to bring it back dirty. There's no way they should be allowed to let cars this dirty leave the lot. I asked him if there was any other car. He said no that there's no other car I can rent this was the only one available. One of the worst rental experiences I've had -- unsafe van, unhelpful staff, and no accountability from Enterprise. My experience with Enterprise was extremely disappointing. The van I reserved was unavailable due to a supposed recall, and I was given a different 15-passenger van with smaller seats that couldn't fit 15 full-size adults. When I contacted customer service to ask about other options, both the local staff and phone representatives were unwilling to help and insisted I take the vehicle as-is. Reluctantly, we decided to take the vehicle, thinking we could manage by using one of our personal cars alongside the rental. Shortly after leaving the lot, the check engine and traction control lights came on, and the van began shaking. Enterprise arranged a tow and sent an Uber to another location 40 minutes away, where staff informed us that the recall had been resolved months earlier and that vans like the one I originally booked were available all along. We contacted customer service three times to speak with management and request compensation for the lost time and inconvenience but never received a call back. To top it off, the replacement van leaked liquid--likely from the AC unit--keeping the passenger floor wet throughout the trip. The entire experience showed a clear lack of communication, accountability, and concern for customer safety or satisfaction. I will not be renting from Enterprise again and recommend others look elsewhere. I am only leaving 1 star because we did have a good experience with the tow truck, uber driver and the Ontario airport enterprise when exchanging vans. read more

The assistant manager Kia is ghetto to start off and has no customer service skills. She was very passive aggressive and right off the bat when we walked in she was rolling her eyes. It seems like she had gender preference on who she wants to help. They ask to see if you pay your bills on time. I'm not sure what that has to do with assuring your address information. I'm not happy. They booked my car when I specifically made an appointment and even asked the rep if they would have my car available the day I was going to pick up and she said they would because I'm making a reservation, that reps name is Ariana. They didn't have my car and they tried to give me a smaller car. I had to ask and suggest so that I got something comprobable which they didn't have; the person that "helped" me at this point was a manager no less, don't remember his name. Also, I noticed a lot of people renting cars for leisure. That's great for them, I'm not renting out for leisure, I'm renting out of necessity and I rely on people keeping their word; I got a ride to enterprise in Perris, it was not easy especially because I have small children; I thought the process at enterprise was going to be easy: arrive, pick up, and leave especially because I had a reservation, but it turned out to be a nightmare. I was not happy. I am now at the Murrieta location. We'll see how it goes. Edited to add some things. Murrieta location: they were much more friendly and the employee moral seemed better. They did help me get a car that was a bit bigger but it's till not comfortable or comprable. I was also told to call any other enterprise locations to see if I can get the car I was looking for and at all 3 enterprises I've called so far, the second they hear I'm an insurance case, say they don't have a mini van. I can smell the scam. At this point, I'm convinced enterprise doesn't want to rent a minivan to me because they don't want an insurance case, they don't make money; it's all greed. As we left our initial location in Vegas and an hour into our drive the coolant alert came on, we stopped at a fuel station and also noticed our trunk wouldn't open. When we were on our way to Mexico we stopped at this location, hoping they would be able to assist us. Jessie and Bianca are the reps that assisted us and they were super helpful. They were able to pull everything up and get us I to a new vehicle in minutes of being there. If ever in the ares definitely recommended stoping at this location. read more

This particular location is very rude and unorganized. From the woman manger to the skinny guy being very ignorant to both have no customer service. The woman who helped me out was very unprofessional and kept confusing me (she stated she was helping out from another location) and didn't understand what she was trying to communicate to me especially if she would be laughing about everything. Very weird. I told her whatever she was telling me, it was not funny. I wasn't sure why she kept laughing. My agent called to give them my information to reserve my rental. Enterprise called me to reserve me a vehicle and set a time and day and the day of my reservation they were also supposed to pick me up from the collision center near by and they never showed up. I had to walk to the location to pick up my rental. Then when I got there, they didn't even have a car available for me. Why make a reservation?? Then I had to wait approximately one hour to have something available for me. I got an email confirmation that my claim adjuster had spoken to the in regards to my paperwork and they told me they had nothing. I brought my car in back for the return and had them check everything out and confirmed everything back how I had rented but when I came to refunding me what I paid they couldn't until they got the paperwork from my insurance. Then my insurance person sent me an email stating that he spoke to them and sent them what they needed again and that they should of called me to let me know that they had spoken to my insurance agent and that they should be refunding back what I had paid. But nope nothing, they never reached out. Never again. If I could I would do a 0 star. read more

I had to drop off my car to the body shop and my insurance covers upto a full size truck. I called more than 2 weeks prior to needing the rental to setup for a similar dodge charger to what I have. The Rep on the phone said it shouldn't be an issue. Was in a car accident and went thru enterprise for our rental. The first rental wasn't bad, a lot smaller than what we drive but it's what my insurance covered. Car was nice & clean but the problem came when we needed a rental a 2nd time because our car needed a small repair after we picked it up from the auto shop. Enterprise dropped of our new rental car to the auto shop so we weren't able to choose which isn't a big deal since we only needed it for 2 days BUT once the car arrived & we got in the car to leave we noticed the car smelled like a cow had slept in it. The smell won't leave its straight up feces. How & why would the enterprise driver be okay with getting in the car driving it to the shop & giving it to us... the smell is so bad I'm sure he noticed it the minute he got in. read more

They gone call me at the last minute to tell me that they don't have that vehicle in stock but offered me a diffrent vehicle that was not at all similar to the one I had a reservation for that messed up my whole plans.I would have appreciated if they would had given me heads up two days prior not when its time for me to pick it up the next day this makes no sense they won't be getting my business at this location ever.... they deserve zero stars in my book! Came to pick up my reservation last week and the lady working made me stand to the side while she took in drop offs since it's "quicker" even tho I was there first which I was ok with. Fast forward to dropping off I walk in and the same lady is doing reservations and made me wait 20 minutes to the side till she got everyone in their vehicles and off the lot. When I got to this location at 10:15AM to pick up my car, I asked how fast he could get me out of there. I was told "it's going to be a while, the cars are being detailed right now" I realize I was in a hurry, but I just wanted my car for my 10AM confirmed reservation. Do they not check reservations to see when they need to be ready? The detail guy had 3 cars lined up, so they only have 3 cars???? This is one of the worst enterprise rental facilities. Picked up a car on Friday, it was a little busy but while we were being assisted another customer was being helped and the guy helping her was rude didn't want to help her contact the riverside facility to make a reservation. She was elder and from out of the state. Guess being in customer service means not to assist customers. So we went outside to get our car and they tried to give us a mini van and say it's a midsize car. Said no thank you, so was offered the option to get a full size for $4 more per day. Excepted it and then went through the car check. The car was filthy, not washed, white stuff all over it like coffee spilled. Eatin' sunflower seeds all over on the floor.
