Hats off to you for saving my family's road trip by having a van ready and available when your competition failed to honor their commitment and left is high and dry. Avoid this place in every way you can! Horrible customer service. The guy at the front desk who helped me was rude and looked like he had a bad day. I had to return two rentals in the 3 weeks I had my car in the shop. Kia's contract with only this company do I had no other choice but to rent through them. The first car they provide ran good, until two days later, the brakes were bad. The 2nd vehicles engine light came on the 2nd day. Where to begin.... First, I tried to contact this company via their "Contact Us" link on their website and never got a call back. So I called and told the lady I wanted to rent a 12 or 15 passenger van. She said they were out of the 15s, but had the 12 available. I said okay and she took down my information. Before we ended the call I confirmed if the pick up location was at their Riverside location. She said she had started it for San Bernadino, but would call Riverside for me and just transfer it over. I happened to be driving by the Riverside location and decided to drop by and see about extending the rental for a day. The guy at the counter said he never got a call from their San Bernardino location and didn't have anything available anyway. I ask him to follow-up with the San Bernardino location, but he said everything is booked. I told him that they should not be making commitments they couldn't live up to and at the very least should give a courtesy call. He said he'd see what he could do and would call me back in an hour. Well, you guessed it. No call. It really irks me when someone advertises using the "locally owned, quality service" bit, but provides worse service than any of the major chains we've used. You just make other local business owners look bad. I definitely won't use this place again and would caution anyone who is relying on quality service or dependability. read more

About three weeks ago my husband and I went here to rent a van after ours broke down. We were desperate to get a van at an affordable price since we had our three kids (all in car seats!), four bikes, and a bunch of gear. It being Sunday at 11:30am, this was one of the few places open. Not only did the owner wait until we arrived (minutes before they were scheduled to close), but we were in and out with a clean and new Town and Country for just $75. This company is worth 10 stars. A group my daughter performs with rents vans from them on a consistent basis. Each year I am asked to drive them to and from the airport which includes pick up and drop off if the vans. Every time I have encountered the staff they have been friendly and warm. They go above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. Well, this time was above and beyond expectation. My daughter hit the van with my car. I was ready to go in and be charged an arm and leg for the damage. Instead, I was met with kindness and grace. He buffed out the area before assessing it to make sure that I would only be charged for the real damage. Not only did I leave feeling relieved, I left there feeling that he truly cared about me as a person. I highly recommend this company and am so thankful for their kindness and care. Their Cars are much older and their rates were 15 dollars more a day than enterprise. I was stuck renting from them when all other agencies were out of rental vehicles. When I arrived they were very helpful got a weekly rate of 199.95. Their hours are very inconvenient for returns they close @ 5 on weekdays and 2 on Saturday and 12 on Sundays and no afterhours drop. When I was charged 43.65 for one extra day I mentioned the price point was outside of what they offer I was told you signed the contract. Don't make the mistake I did don't sign the contract. I will avoid this compay in the future I suggest doin the same. read more

The van was nice and clean but what REALLY irritated me was that we filled up the tank less than 1/4 of a mile from the location, literally right up the freakin street. When the pump shut off, it meant the tank was FULL. YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO "TOP IT OFF" in ANY car, that gas goes back in the tube anyway!! So when we dropped it off this guy says "the gas tank isn't full, the indicator has to be PASSED the line, that will be a $7 charge"... are you freakin kidding me?? The tank was FULL! Luckily I wasn't in the mood to lay into him, but I was definitely pissed. I know it's only $7 but it's the principle and really felt like a scam to me. For every car that gets rented just charge them $7?? Dishonest and bad business! Anyway, nice van, shady business. read more

We needed a rental van quickly and I called several places, ended up renting here. The van was clean and served its purpose. I like that they were open early on Saturday and Sunday. Renting/returning was a breeze. Diane was super helpful. The only reason I'm dropping a star is because our rental didn't come with unlimited mileage like it would've with other rental companies- it was 200 miles/day, .20/mile after that. I chose to go here rather than the "big" rental places just for the fact that every time I go to the others, they're dirty inside and out and you get a piece of junk unless you "upgrade" and get the same car I did for a few dollars more a day.
