Drove it to Norco, back passenger door was making ungodly noises that had this mama concerned for the safety of her kids in the back, so I called over and the female rep (only person I did not catch the name of the-sorry!) was super nice and efficient, told me to bring it back no problem. I get back and she has me on the list for an exchange, no questions asked by any of the staff, just a simple "we want you to feel comfortable and safe in our cars". Love this. While I was waiting for the exchanged van I was able to witness an exchange between Lawerence and an older lady over a pair of missing shoes she had left in a rental some time ago. Lawerence was so nice and patient with the lady (mind you I'm just listening to the whole exchange and wanting to bang my head against a wall). The lady wasn't mean or anything, but she just repetitive, not comprehending what was being said, etc etc during what was approximately a 15 minute exchange.... So my Ford was exchanged for a Mercedes-Benz van... It looked so nice and I felt it was for sure an upgrade *but* I actually turned it down due to it being a diesel and with fuel prices being what they are/the duration and distance I would be driving it. Again staff member Chris, being so patient and so nice, did not make any problem finding me another Ford passenger transit van even though they had to clean/process one that was not quite ready. Seriously I was feeling like such a problem customer myself at this point but they were all smiles. New van feels safe, clean, and I'm confident in driving it around.

However I noticed that I had an additional charge on my account for $47. When I called I was told this charge was made by mistake and I have followed up week after week and it still has not been refunded to me. I'm not sure how you can even make a mistake and charge a random amount to a customer after our business with them was completed. But it seems shady. The entire process of getting into a rental car was easy and hassle-free. They even provided transportation from the body shop to Enterprise, and when my car was ready, they went above and beyond by providing a ride from their location back to the new body shop. That level of customer service really made a difference! All of the staff I interacted with--both (in person and over the phone)--were polite, professional, and worked very hard to make sure everything went smoothly. Jim and John had it priced (almost) at 5 figures lower than the other utility truck place. This thing has less than 30k miles on her....brand new for a diesel Chevy. Gentlemen, you're appreciated as my company continues to grow. I do spread the word about your place as often as I can, and that says a lot! Strongly recommend seeing these guy if you want an 8 month old service truck/van (example of one of my purchases) and save a good 10 grand or if you want to save a little bit more with a higher mileage, checked and maintained by them before it ever hits the lot. Location wise for me, Freeway Isuzu is the closer option, rather than driving to Fontana for parts. I gave this place benefit of the doubt and still called anyways last week, they definitely didn't disappoint. He was rude from the beginning with a bad tone in his voice and due to not having my VIN on hand, I was given bad customer service and told he can't help me. I was only looking for maintenance filters, assuming they have many in stock and VIN shouldn't be an issue but according to him it was. I asked to speak to a manager, and he said he was. As a business owner myself, I would be ashamed to have him in charge of a whole department. Never met the guy in person but that's a bad look. I will never do business with this place and never recommend anyone to get parts from here, as long as he's in charge or employed here. I instead drove the 30 minutes farther to Rush in Fontana and received my parts with 100% better customer service and will continue to give them my business. I hope the owner and/or management will do something with this and better that place. It's a shame, how one person can change the face of a business. I'm sorry but this had to be said.
