I am an Emerald Executive Elite with National, so they offered me my choice of vehicles. I'd reserved a midsize and I drove a new-ish Ford Edge all week. Returning was easy. Pick any empty space in the National area, park, record the mileage, drop off the keys, and head to the airline check-in counter. We ended up going to another dealership, only to pay out of the pocket to fix issues because we didn't trust them to fix it correctly. It seems as if it's always something that goes wrong with this vehicle. It's completely frustrating to have a vehicle that you have had for less than a year and you have put so much money into keeping it together because of issues that has gone wrong with it, and also to be told by other mechanics or dealership that this vehicle should not have been sold with issues like this.
