Luckily the tire didn't hit anyone and my family was ok The dealer in Traverse City, was wonderful, the Service manager drove out and took over and the car was repaired the next day- great customer service They recommended I call my dealer when I got home I thought to check it and see if it was something else that caused it Well I did and they said they would fire someone for that and it must have been someone trying to steal my tire This certainly poor customer service. I really don't want anyone fired. I rather think this is a management issue- pushing the tachs too hard , poor policies ( checks and balances) I couldn't get much if a word in edgewise I'm ashamed of people I should be able to trust.
