The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The first sign of good customer service was that I got a call from an enterprise rep, at least one day before the pick up time, to confirm my reservation. When I arrived to pick up the car, a staff member (Nick) quickly came to attend me and find the reservation information. I had reserved a full size car, which they did not have available, and Nick was quick to offer a free upgrade to an SUV. The car had just been washed and was ready. Nick was very attentive and responsive during the pick up process; he walked with me to inspect the car, explained the new cleaning procedures in response to COVID-19, and clearly explained the terms of the rental agreement. After dropping off the car (at a another location because it was a one way rental), i had not received a receipt within 48hrs. I called enterprise who instructed me to call the queensbury location directly and speak with a rep to close the reservation. I spoke with Marissa who was very quick to identify the issue and resolve it. read more

The staff was helpful, picked me up at the repair shop and when they noticed my licence was expired they drove me to the DMV for an Interim licence. They put me in the car I wanted and when the insurance company complained about the upgrade, they told me not to worry about it. I got to stay in the upgraded car and they will work with the insurance company to get it covered. They really made what could have been difficult, very easy. read more

Called to get a car that was going to be fully covered by our vehicles dealership as they were out of loaners. The Queensbury service rep was short with me on the phone and clearly in a hurry to get ready to leave for the day. Made one attempt to contact our D'ella guy (a call D'ella later said never came in) and said got no answer so nothing further she could do for us. We were more than willing to pay and get reimbursed from D'ella at a later time, but this was some how not worth considering. So we were left with zero help from this establishment. After this interaction I will try anywhere but Enterprise for future needs. read more

Customer service very good. Hidden fees bad. They told me if i didn't have an easy pass it would be 4 dollars per day plus toll fees. No problem. I have been driving the same route for over thirty years and it is about 6 dollars one way. They changed me 26 dollars each way. Told me if i had a complaint to call the toll company? They tell you 100% that you can drop off a car on a Sunday (drop key box) on a weekend and get charged for just one day but then they charge you for two days with the excuse that there's no way that they can check that you actually returned it on time. Twice this happened to me and I won't be going back. If they can't check then don't say that it's just one day! Also beware the insurance charges, they have you initial the "accept" box and tell you that it's the box that you don't want the insurance when in fact it is actually the accept box that's circled so BEWARE. read more

I was home for the holiday week and needed a car to be able to visit a few friends. I made a reservation with enterprise online and pickup was simple. I had arrived about an hour early because it just so happened to work out that way, but that was no problem and I was on the road within ten minutes. The staff was very friendly. When I returned on a Sunday I used the drop box to leave the keys and received a call Monday to confirm that the car had been dropped off and go over the charges. I would definitely rent from this location again. My only issue is that I hate how you rent for $20 a day or whatever that may be, but then there are all these extra insurance charges. I expect it, and this is the case pretty much wherever you rent, but I do wish they would included that all in the daily rate so I know exactly what is going on from the start. read more

Last week I hit a deer with my new car. I was set up with a rental car from Enterprise. I dropped my car off to a local body shop Sunday night and got a ride to work the next morning. Enterprise picked me up from work on my lunch break and brought me over to their office to sign my papers and I was on my way. Didn't have any SUVs so I got a free upgrade. Couldn't be any happier with Sarah and the fantastic service! I highly recommend them. Not my first time using them and won't be my last! read more

Needed a 24-hour rental to attend a closing in Cooperstown while vacationing in Lake George. Staff was friendly and courteous. Car wasn't ready when I arrived, but the wait wasn't long before I was driving away. I hoped for a Ford and got a Chevy ("or similar"), but the car suited the purpose. It was clean and comfortable. Return was quick and easy. Probably won't need their services again, but would recommend them to anybody else needing a rental in the area. Thanks, Enterprise! read more

My wife and I booked a car rental through Priceline for a trip to Texas to see our son graduate from Air Force Basic Training at Lackland Air Force Base; we were scheduled to leave last Wed. afternoon. Four hours before we were due to leave we went to pick the car up at Enterprise....and were informed that there would be an additional $.25 per mile fee since we were traveling outside a bordering state. Nowhere was this mentioned on our reservation...in fact, the Priceline site clearly says, in bold green letters, "Unlimited Miles." At any rate, they wanted to charge us an additional $600(!) on a $250 reservation...but they were willing to "meet us halfway" and "only" charge $315 extra. We cancelled the reservation and called customer service; they were similarly unhelpful. With less than 3 hours before we had to leave, we walked into Hertz Glens Falls. I told them what had happened, and without missing a beat, they set us up with a full sized car that we would pick up on our way at Albany airport, guaranteeing us unlimited mileage. I was shocked at how painless it was, given the fact that I almost had a coronary after dealing with Enterprise! It was handled professionally, compassionately and quickly; and as a result I'll be renting from Hertz from now on, and encouraging everyone I know to do the same. read more

We took the train up from NYC and they were nice enough to not only pick us up, but dropped us off back at the train station at the end of our trip. We had a little trouble with the car when I accidentally locked the steering wheel. Their phone assistance told me how to fix the problem in minutes. Really can't say a negative thing about the entire experience. Will definitely do business with them again. read more

Went to the trouble of reserving a 15 passenger van online months in advance of spring break knowing that they will be hard to come by closer to my departure date. I called reservations directly to avoid any challenges and booked the vehicle. During the reservation specialist recommended that I call back in a few months to check to see if there are any specials that I'm eligible for, thought "hey this person is awesome really looking out for me" so fast forward to a few weeks ago I call the 800# and they instruct me to call the location of pick up to see if there are any specials. When i speak to someone there the kid says "actually i'm glad you called dude" not kidding he called me dude, "we don't even have 15 pass vans at this location ever" WHAT?? so the person that made the initial reservation was just totally being misleading and deceived me and covered her butt by saying call back in few months to see if there are any specials. so someone else can tell me opps they don't have those vehicles there but I still get my tick mark for renting another vehicle today! total B.S. so I sent an email and I get a response within 24 hours that someone else will be in direct contact with me in just a couple of days. Well you guessed it, it's been over a week and not a peep... I had to go somewhere else to find a van for my needs, paid more than I had to because now they have to drive one in for me (a competitor of Enterprise who went out of there way to get me the vehicle I need by the way). I had three outstanding reservations for regular cars over the next few months and I cancelled those and went with the competitor as well. I'm horrified at the thought of me showing up on the day of my trip with that many passengers to find out that they didn't have the vehicle I needed, worse yet, they don't even have that vehicle at all to rent. The Enterprise office was not forth coming with all the details about their 12 passenger van rental. The staff was unwilling to attempt to resolve the issue and has now lost many additional rental opportunities. Despite 4 prior phone calls to be sure all the details were correct they failed to mention all passengers under 18 must be directly related to the driver. Horrible customer service! read more

Great service, quick pick up, I have rented from this location on for more then a few times and have never had a problem.

i had a reservation for a small car. When i arrived (after waiting 1 1/2 hrs for pick-up) I was informed the 2 small cars on the lot were dirty and the only way i could make it to work on time was to rent a mid size car for an additional $7 per day. Matt a manager at this location is rude and only cares about selling extras. He tells you that you need the collision insurance and charges $12. a day for it. I found out that my auto insurance and my credit card cover me 100% and when I told them to cancel this they left it on and told me it was on the original contract and too bad. They must get bonus for selling this add on. Watch out for this. read more
