The employee was kind enough to discount the fee for leaving the car where I drove to. It was returned on the 10th. I received my $300 deposit on the 12th to my bank and got a withdrawal of $109.75 without warning on the 22nd. For the drop fee that was already agreed upon and signed for. My insurance arranged a rental here. Looking at the car there was damage that I pointed out. The woman promised that she would record the damage to the hood and would send me a copy of the recording. I kept asking for a copy while I had the car. For two weeks, no recording. Then when I returned the car they charged my insurance for the damage. I was billed $500 for the damage that was already there and they still refuse to disclose ANY picture of the supposed increase in damage OR the video. This is fraud. I have tried reaching the manager multiple times and at this point I've had to turn it over to the Attorney General of California. Do not trust them do not use them. read more

He really made sure I was taken care of with a rental, even shuttling me back and forth from the auto body shop. It's a smaller location in Rohnert Park, but you definitely get better service than some of the larger rental spots. read more

Holy Cats! I just got off the phone with Josh from the Enterprise here and between these guys and Downtown Autobody (who they work with on insurance rentals) I haven't experienced customer service this good in a long looooooooong time. Didn't require me to return the rental car to the location and worked directly with the shop to pick it up. Also, incredibly flexible with the timeframe of the pickup as I had to extend it and change the timing of the rental due to changes in the repair needs of my that was a the shop. Randomly got a call this morning from them, and I've been trained so long to fear random customer service calls, but they were just making sure I had a good experience and wanted to tell me it was good interacting with me. Enterprise has always been consistent with their car rentals. Pricing, quality of cars, speed of service....I really appreciate their attention to detail and consistency in quality. The Rohnert Park office has always been great to me. I've rented probably 3 times in the past year, always under exigent circumstances (car broke down). Reserved a car for same day pickup. While in the Uber headed to pick up the car I recieve a call from Enterprise Rohnert Park. They tell me the car Im scheduled to pick up is no longer available. I ask for any other vehicle in Rohnert Park or otherwise local. They tell me they have one in Novato. After expressing my frustration, branch manager Josh hangs up the phone on me as im pulling up to the office. I walk in and ask why he hung up on me. He says because he didn't like my tone. And tells me to leave. He wouldn't give me his name or position with the company. He threatens to call someone, if I don't leave. At which point I leave. Happy to never return. Happy to warn anyone not to rent your vehicle from this unprofessional business. read more

It can be a stressful situation having to rent a car. I've definitely been disappointed when reserving vehicles through other locations. However, this particular location has been nothing short of stellar. In my personal experiences here, vehicles have always available wether I've pre reserved or been a walk-in customer. The manager, Promise, is always seen powering through the high demand for cars needed at this busy location. I've never rented anywhere (including this location prior to his arrival) close to the level of service and efficiency I've experienced here with Promise. I'm a patient person especially since I'm usually last minute with bookings. Having working with the public myself, It's been a shame witnessing any customers take their stress out on him or staff a few times. Believe me, this location is A+. They've worked hard to fill my needs and I've seen many happy customers while return visiting. I do recommend always calling any Enterprise when reserving a vehicle online to make sure one is in stock for you. But, I will reiterate, this is the only location where I've rented and the car is actually available. With that said, I only use this location based off car availability and the service I've received many times from Promise. read more

What a wonderful experience, my husband and I were renting a car to go to Arizona. We got there a young man Joshua Jovick was at the counter. The process went quickly. My husband had been in the day before to pick out a vehicle when I got in the vehicle he showed me all of its features now I'm in my 60s and I drive a 2010 Volkswagon and everything looked like a spaceship! he hooked up my phone to the navigation took the time to walk through everything! We inspected the car together and he was such a joy, friendly and charismatic! that navigation system that he hooked up for me saved us so many times I can't tell you and my husband (who is almost 80) I doubt would have been able to figure that out. We are so grateful for him and since then my sister has also rented a car from them! they're located in Rohnert Park across from target by the bagel store. My wife and I were taking 10 other family members on a quick midweek vacation. Deciding to rent a vehicle rather than drive our own personal vehicles, we booked and confirmed a 15 passenger van through the Enterprise website on 5/21/25. We were both leery in doing this as our last experience was not terrific. 6/19 we went into Rohnert Park Enterprise to reconfirm our rental for 6/25-6/27, we were met by Joshua,(manager) who told us that indeed our rental would be ready on 6/25 and even offered us the opportunity to pick it up Tuesday night if needed. Arriving on Wednesday morning we were met by Ivet, we did the preliminary walk around and then went over the contract. Her contract was $200.00 more than our original email offer, Ivet made the appropriate changes to match up with the email quote, finished up the contract and we were off and running. We returned the van after hours on 6/27, received a phone call on 6/30 from Ivet thanking us for our business and closing out our contract. Excellent service all around. read more

I get a rental at least once a week because I work out of town and don't want to put miles on my car. So as per usual I picked up the rental the night before, on 12/22. After my day of work was done and I got back to town the night of 12/23, I find that someone broke my window and destroyed the inside of my car. They didn't take anything, there was nothing of value. There was also a "tow away" sticker on it. I called police. Well it was there for about six hours when security "red tagged it" which I don't know why, when it's a RENTAL place you would expect cars to be parked there over night. So people probably thought it was abandoned and did all this to it. And THEN I called enterprise to ask why no one called me to let me know and it just sat there like that all day, and they said because they thought it was stolen. Merry Christmas read more

RENT WITH CAUTION HERE. It is not the employees fault they are short staffed. Both on the phone and in person wait time was a minimum of 15 minutes. I rented a car on the 17th of July and returned it Friday the 21st. I still have not received my deposit back of $200 (now I've contacted my bank). The deposit was due back Friday the 21st. But I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. On Monday the 17th I was picked up at Crash Champions by a young man who transferred customers to Enterprise. He was running yellow lights, taking fast turns and breaking hard. I walked into Enterprise to find three individuals in line before me. There is only one customer service representative renting out cars! Really unfortunate for Promise Sydney. He always goes above and beyond, especially when he's by himself. read more

I didn't have my physical card due to the bank but I had the card number etc. And instead of working with me as to what I can do I was told "we can't do that here" then was left without being told what I can do or at the least with out the patience to let me try to see what I could do. Expected to have a bad experience dealing with the logistics of getting a rental car after someone hit my parked car, but honestly the team at Rohnert Park Enterprise did a phenomenal job of making the best out of a crappy situation. Promise (the GM?), Nico, and the other associate who just moved here from Arizona who helped me out (sorry I forgot your name but you know who you are), you guys had some killer customer service and made it a solid experience. Got set up with a nice rental mustang, got a ride home when I didn't have transportation set up, and the GM even made some phone calls for me to help navigate some of the insurance issues I was running into. I rented a car in Santa Rosa and when I got there at 11:30AM they didn't have the car. After looking for 1/2 hour they gave me a worse car. I didn't leave the lot until after 12 noon so assumed I had 24 hours. When I returned the car in Reno the next day at 12 noon they charged me $28 extra for being 32 minutes late. I was able to voice my displeasure in the car he sent me out in, and how unhappy I was with the vehicle. He's apologized and has made amends to me. I had an amazing experience with Blake's auto body for my car body repairs. Because my insurance doesn't have included rental car coverage, Ben at Blake's told me they had a special deal with Enterprise for a rental car for $20/day and I could leave my car there and Blake's would pick it up! I was under the impression that the workers got there at 7 and if I asked, I could probably get into my car earlier than their stated 7:30 time and not make it late to work. I got there promptly at 7, and indeed the workers at enterprise were there. It was an absolute storm downpour outside, so I rushed to the door from my car and knocked on the window. They saw me and ignored me, letting me stand in the rain and cold wind. I waited for as long as I could and then ran back to my car and fumed to myself. I tried this three more times, and each time they saw me and continued to ignore me. The could have at least walked over and told me that they had a policy or something that didn't allow them to open the doors before official opening time, but that was not the case and they didn't afford me that professionalism or curtsey. Once it was exactly 7:30, they opened the door and then acted like they had never seen me before, despite me being there for 30 minutes. The paperwork was easy, and I got to my rental quickly. They did, however, put me in almost the smallest car on the road, a Chevy Spark, just about the size of a tic-tac. At six feet tall, this was obviously a really bad car for Amazonian me, but it was the only car they had available at the time. Not only was it not a good size for me, but with the wind and the rains, I felt so much in danger while driving it, I cancelled all my personal appointments and used the car as little as possible because I felt so unsafe driving it. After I turned the rental into Blake's, Enterprise called me to see how my satisfaction level was working with them. Firstly they had me down for having the car for three days and I only had it for two. Then they were going to charge me like $4/gallon for gas when it's barely $2.50/gallon right now. After hearing my complaints, the man on the other end of the phone asked me what they could do to get a 5 star review and I told him it was impossible because I had such an overall bad experience. He comp'd my gas fee, which is why I gave them one more star than the actual one star they earned, but I will never rent another car from Enterprise after this fiasco. Terrible product, and definitely terrible service; I assure you I will take my business elsewhere. read more

My mother and I were on vacation in this area. My mother picked a car online at a fraction of the cost, but when we got to Rohnert park, there were no cars available. The employee on the phone seemed indifferent to our plight as we were now stranded. My mother had a confirmation number from her email, but according to the employee it didn't exist. It seemed to have vanished from the system. I had to call an Uber to take us to our hotel. My mother was on the phone with Enterprise and booked another car at full price. She talked to Promise Sydney (the manager) and he went out of his way to help us. My mother chose a mid size car, but only a minivan was available to us. we weren't charged extra despite the minivan costing more to rent and he even extended the time we were to turn in the car by two hours at no extra cost, so we wouldn't be charged for an extra day. An Enterprise employee drove us to our bus stop. It could have gone better, but they did their best. Thank you, Promise. read more

I informed the staff at this enterprise rental car that my rental car has flat tires with warning lights on and if they can put some air in the car. I got a dark hair woman telling me they were busy and I needed to wait. I told her thats fine and I will wait. I even offered to do it myself if they tell me where their air pump is. Then she abruptly tells me to take it to Firestone to get it checked out because it's not their job to do that at the rental center. A heavy set dark haired man also chimed in and said, just take it to Firestone because we don't have time here. It's interesting they expect the customer to take time out of their work schedule to drive their rental car to get a diagnostic test at a tire center because they are apparently "too busy". It's this kind of poor customer service that does not deserve any business. My company has been using this enterprise for corporate car rentals for weeks to months at a time. Apparently, they don't need the business because they are already "too busy". I will have the travel department move the corporate accounts elsewhere from now on. As for the car, I will just drive it until the tires are completely flat and running on rims, then they can go and retrieve it. read more

To start this location completely renewed our faith in humanity and in customer service for today's day and age. After calling the location in Petaluma and having an extremely unpleasant experience with Matthew(Enterprise really needs to investigate his practices and vile attitude), Karlie changed the course of our day completely. Karlie and Mick went out of their way, above and beyond our expectations to get a car out to us at the training center we were stranded at that was out of their area of responsibility. Mick was extremely knowledgeable of the area and my husband Josh felt like he and our 13 month old were in good hands. This was after being told at the Petaluma location that they only come out on Friday, late afternoons with no exception. It wasn't that we just wanted a car to get around, it was a dire situation. But Karlie didn't even need to hear about the situation before she said she would help us. Now that is some impeccable customer service. I just have to say that I will not longer rent from anyone else except from Enterprise! Shelby at this location is fantastic and bends over backwards to make sure the customer is satisfied. I was in a bind and I needed a last minute rental, she was able to have a car ready and waiting within minutes of me calling. She even upgraded us and got us into a better vehicle, for a lower price than their competitors.
