Reserved a car a month before we needed it for a vacation. Location left us without a car as they said a reservation does not guarantee a car. They did nothing to help find us a car that would work. I had a family emergency and needed a last minute care rental. The staff at this location were very friendly and were able to get me a vehicle in a well timely manner. When returning the car they noticed that I was waiting in their lobby with my luggage and offered me a ride to my nearby location. I was a victim of an assault and carjacking while in their rental vehicle. The police recovered the car with no damage and it was returned with all my belongings still in it. However since then Enterprise has charged me an additional $650 in recovery fees and refused to return my property. They disposed of it instead. They have been rude and can't keep their stories straight. I was also told by one representative that I should have fought harder during this assault. Due to the check-out agent failing to notice some ding on the vehicle, I was charged falsely for damages. You may as well have broke into my house and stole $400. Total scam with little recourse for the consumer. I will use a different company for my business travel from now on. Use Yelp to find the other local options. I'm so done with Enterprise. Enterprise was great in the beginning.. Sadly I was told by an employee that if I just gave a good review they would take off the $92 dollars they charged my account after I had returned the car and wasn't told it was going to be happening. So when I called and spoke with Manny he looked into and broke it down to that they had done a two day charge on accident on there behalf and he'd have it fixed and to give him a good review. So I trusted that since we spoke like adults everything would go that way. A week goes by and my account still hasn't got the money back into it so I call to speak with him and he says give it till the end of the week it should for sure be in there! So I do so and nothing is there by the end of the week so I call again. Upset of course because they have taken money out of my account in the first place I didn't owe to them or didn't have to just give away at the time. I was told Manny was out of office and the woman I spoke with took my name number and spoke briefly over what had happened but couldn't quote what manny had said so he would call me the following day! Never got a call.. so I call again, told again he's out of office.. absolutely saddening to know another place we can't trust nor go back too. I would like this fixed Enterprise.. absolutely ridiculous I've called and sent in circles by your customers that say things they can't keep up too. read more

Everything was fine and it went like clockwork on Christmas Eve. It was cheaper than other Enterprise rentals in the area too.

Customer service seemed nice and friendly but they gave me a fucked up car! I had to swap out cars because the one I had traveled into town with started to overheat. I guess because I'm from out of town, they decided they wanted to keep all of the "nice" cars within the area. They had a LOT FULL of cars that were supposedly "reserved".... but with me already being in a vehicle, and a club card holder, shouldn't I be priority?? Guess not, because they gave me the shittiest car they had.... keep in mind that I had my family with me and we had to travel 6+ hours back home. I've been using Enterprise for a while now and this really upset me. I am considering never stepping foot in an Enterprise car again, and discouraging everyone I know not to as well. read more

Had the worst experience with Enterprise. Tried to reserve a vehicle while mine was being detailed. The agent could not locate the detailing facility, even though I gave her the address and zip code. She insisted that there was no such facility! The detail facility is across the street and two streets south. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she disconnected the call. Nice! read more

Be very careful with this Enterprise location as I was blamed for some very minor and superficial damage I had overlooked during my walk-around inspection with the representative. Be sure to inspect your intended rental with a fine tooth comb as it will certainly come back to haunt you upon returning. Additionally, they didn't have the vehicle I pre-arranged for with their online reservations, so had to settle for less with no sort of "comp" for the inconvenience. I was in a pinch, so settled for less as I needed a way to work one day due to my truck having to visit a mechanic, and ended up getting blame placed upon me for a prior renters damage. Mediocre at best. When they came to pick me up it was in a car that was very dirty inside and had a very very strong cigarette smell. That was supposed to be my car. Thankfully the chip in the windshield spread and cracked on their way to my house cause I would have been stuck with that car. My insurance was picking up the cost so I'm guessing they give insurance claims the junky cars. But since the car was not safe to drive they gave me a decent car. But it only had a 1/4 tank of gas. I had to go from there to the gas station. The man that works there is nice and so is the one lady. When they went to drop me off at my vehicle the man driving me acted as if I lied about where I was going because it was out of their jurisdiction. He even went as far as to question me twice about getting approval for the ride. He acted like I was a hassle. I won't rent from there again. Reserved a car through these jerks. I got a ride down there, and they claimed that they had rented it to someone else and had nothing available because I was there half an hour after the reservation. I asked why they hadn't bothered to call me and tell me they didn't have the car I reserved, and they claimed they were too busy helping other customers. There was NOBODY in there. Just two losers sitting on their fat butts doing nothing. The phone was not ringing, there were no other customers, nothing. LIAR*cough*LIAR*cough. I called their corporate number and was told someone would get back to me. They didn't. When I mentioned what happened while picking up my car from a competitor, who got me an equivalent car at a lower price on half an hour notice, they asked "let me guess, Enterprise?"
