Absolutely phenomenal experience from beginning to end. Miriam was EXCELLENT in taking care of me in a timely manner even though she was very busy taking care of a lady who has arthritis and making sure the car she's driving met all of her needs, all while keeping me updated and assuring me she'll be right with me in a moment and I kept telling her no rush. I only had $600 on my credit card at the time and she made the total cost which was initially higher than 600 fit 600 on the dot so that I was able to still get my rental right then and there. After paying I was given my keys and I was on my way the car was in excellent condition and clean and had no issues whatsoever during my 786 mile road trip both there and back. Dropping off my rental was extremely easy all I did was bring the keys and I was out the door. Extremely satisfied with the entire experience start to finish. read more

Was stuck with Nissan Versa(only car left on the lot supposedly) due to an insurance claim and it had a ton of problems with it. Safety is something that should be taken seriously and then on top of it their website said that they would be open until until 6pm but they closed at 4. It says that their hours were updated as recently as two days ago and it's money there should be no reason they're closed. read more

I car broke down late Friday night so I needed a rental car I was going to Enterprise since they had a contract with the shop that I took my car too, but they're closed on Saturday so I went to Hertz . I made a reservation on a car to pick up around 11;30.. so when I got there Dylan A. told me my reservation wasn't confirmed ans he no cars available, when I was about to leave he stop me and told me he might have one car that I could rent it was a nissan so I took it. Thank you Dylan for going above your call of duty for the car. You save me of losing a day of work. read more

This company is one of the worst ever to deal with, I rented a Ford Expedition and a day later wanted to change it to something smaller, they gave me the run around ( oh we don't have any other SUVs, oh we'll call you back as soon as we can, sorry we only keep our SUVs by the airport... etc) then I called the Eastpoint location which had a mid size equivalent and was willing to rent but as soon as they found out it was an exchange they said oh no we're sorry we don't have anything for you at this time. Do your self a favor and never deal with hertz. read more

After hitting a bunch of dead ends trying to rent cars in the area, I called Hertz and spoke with Erian. On the phone she was very professional and pleasant and I knew we were going to finally be successful. Upon arriving I was not disappointed. She is very accommodating, friendly, and made the entire experience positive. Shes the kind of employee I would imagine most businesses would be lucky to have. So, they were super friendly. And thus it gets a 2. However, I was given a Versa with one of the tires (on the inner side of the tire) with no thread left and no traction. It's their responsibility to maintain the vehicles, and they failed to do it. Safety is a big deal. read more

Talk about a knight in shining armor. A bad week was made a whole lot better by the great service and attention we received from this Hertz location. We had our car hit while it was parked in front of the house and were told to go to Enterprise by the dealership. What a mess. I won't get into the catastrophe that was our experience there since this review is in praise of Hertz ...so back to that. Option 2 after we refused the filth bucket car from Enterprise was Hertz. They were very quick to get us through the paper work part of the transaction and we were on our way in a nice, CLEAN car. Sadly ... And we can almost laugh about it now ... We were stopped at a red light and got rear-ended by a lady who was texting only two days into the rental. Again, Hertz was very accommodating and had us in another rental within a few minutes of us walking into their office. Tricia, the manager, is a real benefit to this company and Jim, whom we dealt with on our second visit, was a pleasure to deal with as well. Nice to know that there's a place we can count on if the need ever arises again for a car rental. In the battle between this place and Enterprise, it wasn't even a close fight. Love this rental car location. I almost do not want to write a review because I don't want the word to get out. The lady in here is so nice, she upgraded me for free to a mini van :) . Quick service and they don't treat you like a criminal just because you use a debit card instead of a credit card. They do a quick credit check. That's it. At Enterprise they want 2 utility bills in your name, that are current and that you owe less than $200 on. What a waste of time and embarrassment to have to show some clerk your utility bills. Hertz makes it easy and their full-coverage insurance is $10 less per day than Enterprise. I will never rent from Enterprise again. Hertz all the way!!!! read more

Can I give negative stars. Seriously that bad! Got a rental because of car repairs, dealership called ahead got mid sized car set up, get there and the car they give us smells so much like smoke, overpoweringly like smoke, but they say that's all they have available that's big enough to fit both kids car seats. Keep the car for 1 day, but can't take the smell anymore because it's making us physically ill, call and say we're going somewhere else, they magically have another car, get the new car, the whole interior is sticky with some time of purple slime (yep we cleaned it ourselves) and the outside is COVERED in bird poop, plus now smells like smoke from the previous car's odor seeping into the kids car seat and I cannot get the smell out of them. Thanks for ruining my $400 car seats. Never again! read more

This is probably the worse location to pick up a rental car. I've had to use this location 5 times this year for business travel and it has been a nightmare every time. Each visit they've only had one person working and they expect them to manage the phones and help customers in store. The representative in the store is friendly but there is no excuse for me to have to wait over an hour every time I need to rent a car. I will not use this location ever again and really debating using hertz anymore. Absolutely ridiculous! read more

I was given a Toyota Camry that only had 13k miles on it. After using the automatic steering feature on it on the highway, the car pulled in the lane. I turned it off and tried it again five minutes later and it pulled the car yet again and I had a complete blow out that didn't even have any rubber left after I stopped. I had to wait for an hour on the side of the highway for tow to change the tire to a donut and then drive to nearest Hertz which is 45 min away. This Hertz told me the original Hertz would reimburse the $86 repair for tow service. Hertz refused to listen to my issue as I had explained this to the branch manager Miriam, she stated blown tires are my issue and would submit my tow bill to her manager Ryan Pendleton. Ryan never called me back. I had emailed Ryan as well showing pictures, explaining the issue with the steering and my bill. I never heard back. Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, to not even acknowledge the potential issue with a vehicle that is dangerous that they are leasing. read more

This company charged my credit card over $300.00 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! My insurance company paid for the week's rental and they took the money out of my account without any notice or permission. I would NEVER do business with a company that lacks such integrity! Poor business ethic! read more

My pass experience of renting vehicles at this location was great!! However, currently I must say the customer service is very poor. For instance, some of the employees are very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend anyone renting a vehicle from Hertz from this location presently. I will only give them a one star rating, which in the pass would have been a five star rating. read more
