I truly believe Your asking for trouble if you buy your car here. I bought, what looked like a…read morenice Jeep Liberty. 4k plus 1k trade in, over 5 k total . ( Traded in a running driving stopping S10 truck worth more then I got.) Everything is wrong with this thing , I MEAN EVERYTHING IMPORTANT. On my way home the Brake light went on, (brakes still working) I called them immediately in the car BEFORE I even got home and told them, They asked me If I had tried the Emergency brake I said no, but I will and It didn't work. Then they said come back next week they would look at it, Sherry assured me they would take care of it. So I call the next week, they couldn't look at it yet, and I discovered the brake system had foreign substance in it. While waiting I found out the knock sensors were bad and the speedo was off, it's running faster then actual speed also the Emergency brake system didn't work. I called two repair places they both told me the whole system would have to be replaced, of course they hadn't looked at it. Soon found out much more was wrong with the Jeep. I brought it in to signature and they told me to wait another week. So I bought some parts for it and brought it in to them the next week. I Bought the Jeep on the 7th. called them that night then went in about the 10th then brought the Jeep in on the 16th, was told to wait, then brought it back on the 21st and they took it until I got it back on the 29th of Nov. It took them 8 days to get to it, they flushed the system and replaced both rear calipers, (the bleeders had broken off when they drained the system) They also replaced the knock sensors I had bought, that the code reader said needed to be fixed. I had ran the reader trying to find the problem with the brake light, no Engine light had come on. Later found out the Engine light doesn't work at all. Again the speedo was way off reading faster then actual speed. (37 read, actual was 25 used a gps app to find that out) At this point I had asked them twice to take it back and refund my money or trade it for another Jeep, they refused and sent me to another shop to find out about the speedometer. The other shop (also used a speed app) said the cluster was bad and had been replaced before. And needed to be replaced again. So I Immediately brought it right back to Signature and asked AGAIN for a refund or exchange they flat out refused, even after I told them the brake light was back on already. He didn't care and told me he wasn't going to fix the Emergency brake or anything else because he had to replace the rear calipers and didn't charge me for them. So after all that I bring the Jeep home and wanted to move the better tires from the back to the front, when I did this I looked to see if I could find were the E-brake was broke at or maybe what I could do to fix it. Found the entire system was missing. Nothing to Fix there is NOTHING THERE, all gone but the cables. NO backing plates, no nothing, cant even buy the internal parts to fix it without the backing plates, they come riveted to the rear end and the rear end has to come apart to install new ones.. I called them again told them about the Emergency brake system is missing and that the check Engine light is non functional. They are no longer returning my calls. I had put less then 125 miles on the Jeep. Next I had to put it in a trans shop, wasn't shifting into first without hitting the gas then it drops in. They had it a day. Now 350 bucks later they tell me what I already knew was wrong and put it in writing. They did fix the trans issue, was low on fluid and needed a new filter, then they told me the filler tube was broken and tied on to look like it worked. WOW. (Still needs to be fixed) So I made a complaint to the Secretary of State, they basically told me to get a lawyer. I'm a Disabled Vet in poor health and had saved my money to buy a nice Jeep, and got taken, BAD, and have the proof, but SOS informs me this is a buyer beware state and suggested I file a Civil suit. BUYER BEWARE OF SIGNATURE AUTO is my advice. When you by A car (especially from a Dealer) you expect it to drive and stop safely, at least for a while. The Owner should be ASHAMED of the way his business is run. My wife and I Would and Will discourage anyone from going there to buy a car.

Unsafe, Dishonest, and Unprofessional - Avoid This Dealership at All Costs…read more  On July 14, 2025, I brought my car to this dealership for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. The inspection report I received stated that my brakes, rotors, and drums were "checked and okay," with my front brake pads listed at a depth of 9 and my rear pads at 6. Exactly two weeks later, I had to bring my car back because my brakes were making loud, scraping noises. I was then told my front brake pads and rotors were worn metal-to-metal and had to be completely replaced. Somehow, my front brake pads supposedly went from a depth of 9 to 0 in just 14 days--something that is not realistic unless they were never inspected in the first place.   When I questioned the service advisor, I was told that "lube technicians" don't check brakes if a tire rotation isn't performed. I had to remind her that I did have a tire rotation during my last visit. She then changed her explanation, saying these "lube technicians" are not certified to do physical brake inspections and only look at the outer brake pads--not the inner ones. This directly contradicts the inspection report I was given, which would lead any reasonable person to believe a proper inspection had been performed. If what I was told is true, then my inspection report was falsified, which is not just sloppy work--it's dangerous negligence. They knowingly gave me a document stating that critical safety components on my vehicle were fine when in reality, they weren't even properly inspected. I trusted that my car was safe to drive with my two children inside. The truth? We were driving around for two weeks in a vehicle that could have had catastrophic brake failure at any moment. If that had happened, the outcome could have been tragic. We could have been seriously injured or killed, all because this dealership chose to mislead me about my car's condition.   I choose a dealership over cheaper service centers specifically because I believe I'm paying for quality work by certified, competent professionals who will keep my family safe. Instead, this dealership is putting customers' lives at risk by letting uncertified workers handle inspections and by giving false safety assurances.   To make matters worse, neither I nor my father (who has called multiple times) have received a return call from the service manager--despite leaving multiple messages. My father even reached out to the GM, but still--silence. This isn't just bad customer service--it's complete disregard for accountability. I am a return service customer here, and this brake replacement alone cost me over $1,400. The very least they could do is acknowledge the situation and own up to their mistakes.   This entire experience has left me with zero trust in this dealership. My car was purchased new in 2022 and has fewer than 50,000 miles. Yet somehow, my brakes were allowed to wear down to a dangerous point immediately after being declared "okay." This is unacceptable, unsafe, and unethical.   Now, I am left wondering: if they can falsify an inspection on something as critical as brakes, what else are they willing to misrepresent? Every future visit would leave me questioning whether my car is truly safe for me and my children. That trust is gone forever, and so is my business.   I will never return to this dealership, and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting them with your vehicle. Safety should never be optional, yet this dealership treats it as an afterthought.

Albert was responsive, replaced a failed battery shortly after purchase, and the dealership worked with me to address several concerns. Because of that experience, I intentionally held off on leaving a review while the repair process was underway, hoping I would ultimately be able to leave a positive one. Unfortunately, my experience changed over the following weeks. Within four days of purchasing the vehicle, I reported an intermittent rough idle and other drivability concerns in writing. The vehicle was returned for inspection and repairs through Paul's Auto Service. Later inspection records documented excessive oil leakage and oil intrusion into an electrical connector. After those repairs, the vehicle developed additional engine issues, including ignition-related misfire codes. Throughout the process, I continued communicating with the dealership professionally and documented each step. I asked for written explanations regarding the inspection findings and whether the later engine issues had been evaluated in light of the documented oil intrusion. Instead, I was ultimately advised that the remaining issues were considered routine maintenance, and on June 26, 2026, I was told, "I cannot help." What disappointed me most was not that the vehicle required repairs. Used vehicles can develop problems. My disappointment was that concerns I documented within days of purchase were ultimately characterized as routine maintenance, and I was left responsible for additional repair costs without receiving the written technical explanation I had requested. I believe in giving businesses an opportunity to make things right, and I did exactly that over several weeks before deciding to leave this review. I hope A&B Motors will reconsider how it handles situations where customers promptly report significant vehicle concerns immediately after purchase.

I contacted a car broker and when I saw his numbers, I was not impressed. I contacted a few other dealers, but the one or two vehicles they had either had the wrong trim level or were in a color combination that I didn`t like. There was one, in white that I would have bought and was about to drive 50 minutes to test drive. I called Jeffrey Kia, hoping to find a car that I liked that was closer to home. Brad was with a customer, so I talked to his manager, David who located the car in a great color (Panthera Gray), but it was at another dealership. It was better equipped than the vehicle that I was considering. David said that he could get it from the other dealer and honored the price that I was given on the lesser-equipped car. I had to wait the weekend until they could get the car from the other dealership, but it was well worth it!! Not only do I love the vehicle, but Bradley was passionate about the Kia line and was very knowledgeable. When I took delivery, he went through every feature and function that the Stinger GT has to offer. Jeffrey Kia was a great experience!

1 STAR -- I WOULD NOT TRUST JEFFREY KIA SERVICE CENTER WITH A DIAGNOSTIC…read more I'm writing this review while I'm STILL sitting here waiting for my vehicle, so this experience is extremely fresh. When I scheduled my appointment, I specifically explained that my 2022 Kia Telluride AWD was jerking while turning and had multiple warning lights on the dashboard. I was also told there was an open software recall/update and was asked to leave enough time for them to complete it. I arrived about 10 minutes before my 11:00 AM appointment. Almost immediately, the service advisor told me I needed to authorize a $200 diagnostic fee. I repeatedly brought up the software recall/update, but that concern seemed to be brushed aside. Then I was told there were approximately 15 vehicles ahead of mine and they might not even get to my vehicle until around 6 PM -- possibly later. Because I needed the problem addressed, I agreed to wait. While sitting there, I started researching the Kia technical information myself. What I found was extremely frustrating: Kia has issued information describing AWD-related symptoms including "shudder, jerking, binding, or chattering" while turning at low speeds -- incredibly similar to the exact complaint I gave them when I arrived -- with a prescribed AWD/4WD software logic update. At around 12:30-1:00 PM, after discovering this, I went back to the desk intending to CANCEL the $200 diagnostic. Suddenly, I was told my diagnostic was already completed and the results would be ready shortly. So somehow I went from having "15 vehicles ahead of me" and potentially waiting until 6 PM or later... to my diagnostic being completed roughly two hours after arrival, conveniently right when I tried to cancel it. You can decide for yourself how that looks. Another hour and a half later (likely after that ACTUALLY did the diagnostics) I was told that the diagnostic reportedly found that I need a front sensor and that my rear brakes will need replacement in the near future. Meanwhile, the software update/recall and oil change were also completed. My biggest issue is that the conversation seemed to jump immediately to a $200 diagnostic charge BEFORE thoroughly addressing whether the symptoms I reported could be related to the open Kia campaign/software update or an applicable Kia technical bulletin. That makes me feel taken advantage of as a customer. I'm not going to call it a scam. I'll simply tell you what happened and let you draw your own conclusion. I came in with symptoms that closely matched Kia-published AWD concerns, repeatedly mentioned an open software update, was told I needed to authorize a $200 diagnostic, was initially told my vehicle might not even be looked at until the end of the day, and then somehow learned the diagnostic was already finished when I attempted to cancel it. That experience destroyed my confidence in this service department. If you bring your vehicle here, I strongly recommend researching your recalls, campaigns, technical service bulletins, and warranty coverage BEFORE authorizing any diagnostic charges. Based on my experience today, I would not recommend Jeffrey Kia Service Center.
