I've had this car into the dealership, probably a half a dozen times since I pulled it off the lot brand new. One time the dealership took over a month to get the car back to me, and they still had not fixed the problem. Car Fix diagnosed the problem while they were doing my brakes, and fixed it. I am utterly amazed. It was a $500 fix that the dealership could not even diagnose properly. And a funny story, I had a little sticky note on my dashboard to remind me to fill up my purse with a few candies and mints for my husband. When Car Fix gave me my car back, they had filled my cupholder with candies and mints with a little note that said "you ask and you shall receive." Mike, so sorry that I gave you a hard time when you called about my quote. You were right. You are the best.

My 2015 MINI John Cooper Works needed an oil change. I am very iffy about where I take my vehicle to for servicing. You can't trust just anybody to work on your vehicle when you are away from home. So I looked up Detroit Tuned to take my MINI for servicing. They gave me an appointment for a Thursday when I understood it was on a Wednesday, however when I showed up at Detroit tuned on the Wednesday they did not hesitate to give me service right away. These people are awesome. They made me feel welcomed. Their business is nice and clean. They have a nice lounge with a sofa with a TV and games if you want to play while you wait. They also have lots of performance parts they sell in case you feel like modifying your MINI and want to make it fast or other upgrading. There service is awesome, swift and they well inform you on what they did and how to well care for your MINI. I definitely recommend Detroit Tuned for all your MINI needs.
