I got an upgrade for a reasonable discount but the system was down so the agent said he would correct the rate after. The fuel level was also typed as in 8/8 instead of the actual 4/8 and there was quite the hold on my credit card. Both these things were noted on the carbon copy I was given so I wasn't too worried despite my previous horrible experiences. When I returned the Jeep a week later, the same agent was there, he corrected the fuel level and the upgrade rate. The whole return process took less than 10 minutes (I've spent over an hour returning a Hertz vehicle before at Salt Lake City). The process was smooth and everything promised was delivered. It's good to note that regardless of whatever circumstances, make sure the fuel level is noted correctly (hand written is fine) and if the rate is different, make sure it's noted and signed by the agent in case of disputes.

Great customer service and high quality rental…read more When I arrived, there was nobody in the office for about 15 minutes. I walked behind the counter to check and it literally seemed abandoned. Finally when someone did come, they were pleasant and helpful. I found the service slow and the whole ordeal took around 50 minutes, not ideal for someone in a rush. They were almost out of cars and I saw a few clients being told that they would have to wait till they bring in more cars. The quality of the rental was good. The car was clean and in nearly perfect condition. It was a 2018 car with low mileage and still had the new car smell. It was paid for by my insurance as someone had rear ended me so I can't comment on the rates. Returning the car was much quicker than picking it up. They were very friendly and efficient. They asked my if they could improve anything for next time. I told them about the long wait when I was getting the car and they quickly offered me a free upgrade on my next rental. This was really why I gave them 5 stars. I was super impressed with this customer service. Would definitely recommend this Enterprise branch!

Troy and Natasha provided an excellent service for us in our need while in Plattsburgh…read more Because our car was undrivable (collision with a deer), Natasha picked us up and drove us in to the Enterprise facility to sign paperwork, pointing out various sights along the way (we were in the area 300 miles from home for a short getaway). The car had only 8000 miles on it and was pristine. We were in and out and on our way in no time at all. When I had some questions Troy was happy to help, patient and informative. Highly recommend.

I was told it's better that I found out now instead of the day of, I would have been better if they didn't promise cars they didn't have. I ended going to another company and having to pay $400 more because it was so last minute. They didn't offer any courtesy discount for a next rental or any compensation. To top it off I wrote customer service and didn't even get reply. Great customer service!
