Great service. Malcym was friendly, professional, and punctual! While I did not have to experience any lengthy service delays, I noticed that Malcym was the only employee working the front desk at a particularly busy moment on a Saturday morning. I was on a very short time schedule and was able to return the vehicle to another Enterprise location (one-way trip) on time; however, had Malcym not been so quick/efficient at his job, I may not have been able to maintain my busy shcedule; a blunder on Enterprise management. WATCH FOR FRAUD ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNT Our daughter's bank account was FRAUDULENTLY drafted nearly $900.00 ($873.46 to be exact at last count) by ENTERPRISE for a rental car that is covered on a third party's insurance. The third party was at fault for the accident. Richard Moore, the Branch Manager, said our daughter's account would be refunded. We are now eight (8) days later and the refund has NOT happened. The very haphazard car repair was done at RED MCCOMBS HYUNDAI NORTHWEST where Kody Dean is the Shop Manager. It took a full month and multiple trips to RED MCCOMBS to get the repair completed. THEN staff at RED MCCOMBS somehow temporarily LOST the ENTERPRISE rental vehicle. Save yourself trouble with these two companies. We highly recommend AGAINST using ENTERPRISE or RED MCCOMBS HYUNDAI NORTHWEST. Looks like we will have to LITIGATE against ENTERPRISE to get the refund. PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE is the third party's insurance carrier. read more

Had to obtain a rental due to being the victim of an accident. The cohesion and work with Red McCombs Toyota Collision and the Enterprise off of Fredericksburg Rd here in San Antonio is Stellar. Richard was extremely helpful and made the process extremely seamless. When I came to pick the rental he was extremely accommodating and offered me exactly the vehicle I needed on the spot. The quality of the vehicle was spectacular and very nice. I own a 2021 Tacoma and ended up with a 2024 brand new Tacoma. What are the odds?! It was a blast. There were even points where I had to extend the reservation because the repairs on my truck were taking longer than anticipated. Just a simple phone call to these guys and I was all set. I also noticed he was extremely hard working and a very polite and an overall happy guy. I don't think even if I had kicked his puppy he'd get upset. Honestly hard to come by these days, seeing somebody so upbeat and going out of their way to go the extra mile to help me out in a very stressful and confusing time. I really appreciate it sir. Whoever reads these, (if ya'll even do) needs to go down there, shake this mans hand and give him a raise! If I EVER end up in the shop again, Lord forbid, I know the folks to call. 11/10. Somehow im on a no risk list, when ive only every used them via my car insurance once in 2019. I even had to pay then well over $300 for their own insurance. Everything was paid in full. Now here in 2024 I tried to rent a vehicle for just one day, nope somehow on a risk list. I was given a number to call their risk service so i can understand why, but no one was available, DURING their work hours mind you. Ive always paid my dues when needed, haven't used them since my car wreck in 2019. There is no reason for me to be on a risk list. It just makes me feel like some kind of criminal. Because of this I will never use them, or recommend them again. read more

If I could give this review zero stars I would. Weston is a liar and plays dumb to cover his own tracks. Me and my wife called four or five different enterprise locations and called this one three different times to which Weston told us each single time that he had a car available for us today at 9 AM. Now me and my wife have missed two days of work because he lied to us and then when I asked him who was working yesterday he said he didn't know when it was him. I hope he understands that they record all their calls for a reason and I'm going to have all of them pulled and a legal team will be looking at is. He was incredibly disrespectful and a complete liar. This is the first time ever full heartedly felt the need to get corporate involved and I hope he gets fired. read more

Mr. Adam Cruz's service and attitude was phenomenal! My car was in the shop & I was rushing to get back to work after finding out bad news at the dealership. Anyway, the manager of the dealership requested their service and he arrived to pick me up in half the time that was anticipated. Upon returning to the Enterprise site, he showed me the few selections they had and though the vehicle had just returned Mr. Cruz ensured me it would be ready in no time. Little did I know he had snuck out to wash the vehicle himself as quickly as possible. Just goes to show he will do what he needs at the expense of his customers' happiness. This didn't happen to me but I witnessed a young woman handle a very annoying, I-get-what-I-want, privileged white woman superbly. The woman wanted a rental today though it was for tomorrow, asked those returning vehicles if she could have theirs, was condescending the entire time, and kept making snide comments under her breath. The representative even called Firestone to make sure the angry woman could take her personal car down the road to have it looked at. The representative was extremely professional, courteous, and calm. There wasn't an ounce of annoyance in her voice or body language. And when the rep found her bag and called her, the woman was lost and she calmly gave her directions until she arrived at Firestone. As someone who managed and worked in customer service for years, she's a keeper and Enterprise would be wise to make sure she's happy and keep her around. read more

Typical rent-a-car shop not discernible from all the rest. I was provided a rental car from a car dealership that didn't have any loaner vehicles. Funnily enough I was provided a VW rental despite my car being of Japanese persuasion. Enterprise came to the dealership to pick me up but I ended up waiting 1.25 hours when I was assured they were "on their way." Considering they were just 2 miles up the road, it seemed excessive. Upon arrival, I learned that despite being provided a loaner, I would have to pay the taxes which would amount to just over $6/day. I agreed, got my car, and departed. The VW Jetta I was given had a sticky accelerator and some funky European controls such as the cruise control. Overall, I didn't care for it. I dropped the vehicle off at the dealership and their service department contacted Enterprise. I ended up paying almost $20 for the car because "per day" doesn't mean per 24 hour period, no, it means per calendar day. I guess they make more money this way. The staff at this location were great despite the tax per calendar day situation. The car was clean, and smelled like the leather interior it had. Other than the sticky accelerator, it was a pleasant enough experience. read more

A gentleman and a professional.even after just getting off of the phone with a rather troublesome person he helped me get my rental even though enterprise no longer takes my curent bank card.... i did not know this and when i made my reservation i was not told of this.
