Great business & quick service. They were able to do same day service on two separate occasions. Great customer service.

Poor customer service all the way around! They don't even know how to answer the phone correctly.

The shop diagnosed the issue as a valve cover leak. I approved the repair expecting that it would resolve the problem. However, the car continued leaking oil shortly after the repair. When I brought it back the following week, instead of addressing the original concern, I was given an entirely new diagnosis involving additional repairs that were more than triple the cost of the initial repair. Stating that it was my timing cover and power steering hose that was now leaking. What was frustrating was that none of these potential issues were mentioned during the original diagnosis. If the engine had multiple possible leak sources, I believe that should have been communicated up front so I could make an informed decision before approving the first repair. The lack of clear communication made the experience feel like the problem was not properly diagnosed the first time. I don't mind paying for necessary repairs, but I do expect transparency about potential causes and realistic expectations for whether the initial repair will fully solve the issue. Because of the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled, I no longer feel comfortable returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

We had a full vehicle tuneup on my wife's Camry and let's just just say it was nothing but stellar. Belts, plugs and full brake work done in 2 hours at our home. Great work! I'll be recommending him to friends/colleagues in the near future. Thanks again!

Very disappointed with my experience with Ryan. My vehicle is a 2019 GMC Sierra, and I contacted…read morehim because my truck had a coolant leak and I already strongly suspected that the radiator needed to be replaced. Before coming out, he told me he would still need to diagnose it and charged me $115. After paying the $115 diagnostic fee, I was basically told exactly what I already knew, the radiator needed to be replaced. Then I was informed that he couldn't actually do the repair because the job required the A/C refrigerant to be recovered and he didn't have the equipment necessary to do that. His recommendation was for me to take the truck to a repair shop. My biggest issue is, if you're advertising yourself as a mobile mechanic/certified technician and charging $115 just to come diagnose a problem, I would expect you to either have the equipment necessary to perform common repairs or be upfront BEFORE charging the customer that you may not be equipped to complete the job. On top of that, I felt his labor quote was extremely high. He quoted me $700 JUST FOR LABOR to replace the radiator on my 2019 GMC Sierra. I ended up taking my truck to an actual radiator shop, and they charged me only $300 for the labor. That's a $400 difference for the same radiator replacement. So I essentially paid Ryan $115 to tell me I needed the radiator I had already told him I believed I needed, was quoted $700 in labor, and then was told he couldn't even perform the repair because he didn't have the necessary A/C equipment. Based on my experience, it left me feeling like collecting the diagnostic fee was more important than actually repairing my vehicle. I would not use this service again. I would strongly recommend asking exactly what equipment he has and whether he can actually complete your repair BEFORE agreeing to pay the $115 diagnostic fee.
