The best part I really appreciate was the follow up call that just let me know I don't have a balance, the car was returned in good condition, and he asked how my experience was. First, the technician stated they only had about six vehicles on the lot for rent, even though there were many cars sitting on the lot. Secondly, He said most of those cars were for sale. Third, since I did not pre-arrange a rental, they only had one vehicle left on the lot for rent. Those cars rented for about $55 a day, but I saw on the internet, a panel truck rents for $117 a week, but I was told there were no panel trucks available. Next, I was given a 2026 VW TAOS. After receiving the vehicle, I was not given instructions on how to operate anything inside the car. Then, before I drove off the lot, I asked the technician, "How do I adjust the seat"? He showed me how to adjust the seat and I departed from the lot. After driving a little while, I could not see out of the side mirrors and I stopped at another Enterprise office and was given instructions on how to operate the mirrors. Finally, it was time to fill the gas tank! I had no clue! I looked on the leftside, a little by the door side, on the side where most gas levers are located, but unfortunately there was no gas lever. I panicked. I stopped at an HEB grocery store gas station and I had to ask a strange man to help me locate the gas tank lever. He didn't know where it was either, but he said unlock the vehicle and he pushed on the gas tank door and it opened. And lastly, the front passenger door was broken and would not open from the inside. My passenger pressed the unlock/lock button and the passenger door still would not open. I had to get out of the drivers seat, go around the car and open the passenger door. I was not informed the passenger door was broken. RECOMMENDATION: The technicians need to ask the drivers if they know where the most important functions of the inside are to operate the vehicle, such as seat adjustment, mirror adjustments, radio function if you want to connect your phone to use the navigation system and allow hands free phone calls and above all, the gas tank operation!!!

While it wasn't without it's bumps the team was great throughout. From the pick up (home close by) and drop off (collision center), to the exchange to a new vehicle (slow tire leak on the first one?) and the extending and closing out of the insurance claim/contract at the end....the team was friendly, helpful, and understanding. The cars were just ok (meh)...I am writing this review based on service. The service is what I will remember. Thanks for making a stressful experience LESS stressful. I appreciate it!     Was sent here by my insurance company due to my car being hit. When we got there at 12 there was a…read morelong line and when we finally got to the desk at 1224 Eileen told us she could not help us even though she pulled us up in her system because we had to make a reservation online. She had to help all the people behind us that had a different reservation they made online even though she found our information. This was due to a system error they were having where Potranco made reservations like it was open when it was not and transferred all of its customers to our location. She was able to give 3 other people a car and we waited an hour only for her to only suggest we make a reservation on Monday for a smaller car because they were too busy but she still gave cars away to multiple people behind us. We came in Monday they still only have trucks. She told me on Sunday we were making a reservation Monday for a smaller car like economy which she compared to an altima she gave away Sunday in addition to I believe a red civic. Still no car available and we are there for our scheduled time at 8. She kept blaming the weather and said that a car of the size we were looking for like the ones in their parking lot would be available after an oil change maybe later and they would give us a call back at 10. No call and no car it it's already 11. I spoke to a chat representative only to be told no ETA for when i will receive a call back for the service we received. I come in immediately wanting a manager because I am convinced this lady does not want to help us. I tell him that there are nothing but economy cars in your parking lot because that's what she called them and that's almost what they look like online. The manager corrected the misinformation we received from her she was trying to get us an economy car not a standard car like we wanted. The ones we had pointed to in their parking lot at 8am that needed an oil change. I dont argue with the misinformation I was given by her because at this point i just want to get the car and leave. We finally are walking out to a civic and she tells me I can't drive the car only my father can. This is how I now know she didn't want to help us or maybe me specifically. Not only were we given the wrong information by her multiple times but now I can't drive a rental that I am on the insurance of with my family with. I have rented cars multiple times even overseas with my families insurance. If you come here don't speak to Eileen she clearly does not like her job, does not follow up, and is most likely to give misinformation or not help you. And yes I did follow up with my insurance I can drive this car. At least the manager was helpful and did what she obviously did not want to do but this was a whole weekend and hours later. Thank you enterprise for showing you care during our difficult time.
