I have used Enterprise several times in the past for personal and business use. This reservation was disappointing and a waste of my time. This was my first time renting from this location. I thought all would be well when I received a confirmation phone call from Hunter at 8:40 the morning of my reservation. Hunter was professional, friendly, and personable as he confirmed that the type of vehicle requested for my reservation was an SUV. I stated several times that I wanted an SUV. Hunter said that would be no problem and that I would be placed in either a Grand Jeep Cherokee or a Nissan Pathfinder. When I arrived at the location of the address that I was given, I realized that this was incorrect. So I called the number from which Hunter called me and spoke with Nate. I explained to him the issue of having the wrong address, my conversation with Hunter, and my request for the SUV. Nate said that would not be an issue and he would see me when I arrived. Upon entering the location, Nia was at the counter area. I checked in again with her. I explained to Nia how I was given the wrong address, my conversations with Hunter and Nate, and she apologized then began to check the system for available vehicles. Nia made me aware that they did not have any SUVs available and asked did I mind being placed in a Jeep Wrangler. Annoyed that I was assured twice that I would be able to get an SUV per my reservation and confirmations, I told her that was not going to work. It took a total of 2.5 hours to get me into a vehicle. To make matters worse, when Nia was finally able to get a rental for me, it took three times for the detail area to get it to where it was acceptable to drive. Nia tried her best to make the situation better despite her manager, Alex, being present the entire time hearing and seeing me being disgruntled. Alex never stepped in as a manager should, nor did he apologize for being told two times before I arrived that I would get an SUV. Alex is a poor excuse of a manager and should not have that role. read more

I am a brilliant man! I do things that baffle the female human mind. Take my latest accomplishment. I managed to stuff a family of four into a compact car and drive over 2,500 miles all while contorting our bodies for hours to fit the space! Amazing you say? Well, I even fit two medium + two carry-on luggage into the trunk along with two grocery-sized bags filled with video gaming stuff, shoes and one laptop computer. This was no easy feat and required some serious engineering (and organizational) skills, something that I don't think my wife fully appreciated as she starred disapprovingly at me for nearly two states! I personally though she looked sexy with her knees folded into her chest :-) You see, she thinks it's a waste of money to rent a car when we have great vehicles of our own, one of which is a very comfortable minivan. But we travel a lot and I worry about aging our vehicles with too much mileage. So I tried to justify THIS rental by going with a vehicle that would give me much better gas mileage, not to mention I got a rate of $14.99/day from Hotwire! But sadly, when we stepped out of the car after a few hours for a potty break, I had to admit to her it might not have been one of my brightest ideas considering I couldn't stand up straight. It felt like we'd been in a serious car accident. We must have looked like a group of escaped mental patients to everyone who saw us stuffed into this shoebox driving down the interstate. I don't know what made me think a Ford Festiva would be worth the gas savings for a 13 hour drive (one way) to Dallas, 6 hour drive to Branson Missouri and 13 hour drive back home... but I wouldn't advise it for either your body or your marriage. Aside from my blunder in choice of cars, I've rented from Enterprise a number of times over the years and always have a pleasant experience. They get you in and out fast and are very professional, but could be a little more detailed when cleaning their cars. I took the car home and wiped the interior with wet towels to get ride of dried ketchup, caked on crumbs and other stains from the previous renter. Also needed a good vacuuming, but otherwise was ok since it was fairly new. The SiriusXM satellite radio came in very handy. On average, I got about 37 miles to the gallon this trip (almost double our personal vehicles average) so I saved nearly $175 dollars in gas over a 2,300 mile road trip to make up for much of the cost of the rental... but my chiropractic bill is probably going to erase any of those savings! However, I'm pretty sure we are all at least two inches shorter after over 32 hours in this car. So the kids should still be able to fit last years school clothes for a little more savings. Customer service here is low level and every time I've rented here I've gotten a car that smells like smoke.

This Enterprise is the worst ever. They never seemed to get whatever you ordered on-line. If I needed a bigger vehicle, I will order that. I usually order the vehicles 2 to 3 weeks in advance and yet they always like to swap out to another bigger car. That is not what the customers want. Why can't you provide your customers what they want when Enterprise had lots of ample notice in advance. Terrible experience with this Enterprise. read more

I was involved in an accident and got a rental from this location. They picked me up and everything was fine. After purchasing a car, I dropped off the car at the Kennesaw location and was told i was only supposed to have the car for a certain amount of days so i owed a balance. I told the lady Enterprise or the Insurance company didnt inform me about the time limit/timeframe and that was my first time hearing about it. She said ok we'll charge the ins company and i left. I looked at my account and saw they charged me and i immediately called this location and they said well we sent the bill for the 2 days and after a month(WRONG) of no payment, we had to charge your card. Car was turned in 30th of Sept the 18th of Oct is not 30 days lol. I contacted the ins company and was told they didnt even receive a bill for those 2 days that is they had received it they would have paid it. They asked that enterprise send them the bill so they could pay. I called enterprise back to speak with a manager last thursday and one wasnt available so they lady said the same BS about the ins comp not paying and was even talking over me. She said a manager would call me back....no call back. I just got off the phone with a manager(didnt catch his name) and he said he couldnt reverse the charge that i should ask the ins company to refund me. First of all, if you guys had done your job effectively, this BS wouldnt be happening. I told him they charged my card and it needs to be refunded by THEM. He said they couldnt because it was closed (huh?). I asked if the only way to reverse is to file a claim with my bank and he said yes so, i called my bank to add the info about them telling me to file a claim and refusing to reverse the transaction. They are incompetent, unprofessional and Ill never rent from enterprise. I wish i had a say in which company to rent from but unfortunately this is the ins company of the person that totaled my car. read more

Rent A Car here and Get a Hassle too. --The car initially for me was given to someone else. I had to wait 21 minutes. When I initially arrived I was told I would be getting car A. As the employee told me that another employee said they wanted to give out car A. I was told I'd get car B and it would only take a minute. 21 minutes later I'm told the car is ready. --Days later told me my insurance wasn't covering the full price of the rental. About 4 days after I received the car I was called. I was told my insurance wouldn't cover the full cost of the car and I had asked for insurance. I had specifically not asked for insurance coverage by enterprise so they offered to take it off. I called my insurance people who told me they were covering the full cost. I called the store back and spoke to the manager who told that no problems were in their computer system and that everything was fine. --They called me to ask me to bring back their rental car so they could sell it. About 4 days after that I received a car asking me to return the car so they could sell it. Overall renting a car here was like being an employee of the store. I was first called and told incorrect information which I had to sort out then call back. The second time I was called they wanted me to return the car to them so they could sell it. It was a supreme chore to rent from here. --Only once was I apologized to and it was for the wait on the first day. read more

In my experience of renting several cars over a couple of years at this location, there are two major issues with this location: 1) they cancel reservations in advance without warning or notice, and 2) they never have the phones working or on in the facility. Issue 1: the website lets you make reservations even when they have no cars. Their procedure is to cancel your reservation rather than just stop taking them when they have no more cars to rent. This means that when you show up to the location to collect your reserved car, they don't have one for you.... and they don't care that they ruined your travel plans. Issue 2: without the phones being on, this means that I cannot schedule someone to pick me up so that I can collect the car. This pickup service is what is supposed to make this company different... but they don't actually do it because they don't answer the phones. read more

This place is okay but if your are using insurance double check everything with your insurance company , because enterprise doesn't keep up like they should . Also if your have Full coverage insurance then you more then likely Do NoT need to buy there $15 plus a day insurance - that adds up ! They had all my insurance information and still had the nerve to tell my insurance doesn't cover the car if I drive it . I told them that I had already spoke with my insurance agent and my coverage did included that protection and I would not be purchasing there's . They already knew that though.. But they are just hoping for someone who isn't informed about there own coverage to walk in so they can rack up $15 a day . Also I was unhappy with vehicle selection they had . I made a reservation a week in advance for mini SUV and I was told I'd have no problem getting that vehicle. When I called to make sure , and they told me they didn't have any it was all first come first serve. This was disappointing and we did not like the vehicle we got stuck with . read more

I have never been treated worse than today in 10+ years of renting from Enterprise! This location (relocated from Duluth Hwy & now on 2095 Riverside Pkwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 ) has changed management and the new crew there, ESPECIALLY the young manager who *says* his name is AMIR BAKER is the worst example of a customer service manager I've ever seen. He should not work in front of customers AT ALL & is a terrible example of leadership in front of his team. I will never return to this location, period. He makes enterprise look so bad. We made a reservation several days ago with the Enterprise app as normal, for a cargo van to do some moving, and went to pick it up today only to be told that they don't have any available. So what's the point of a reservation? Then the lady working there said they haven't had any cargo vans for the last four days. They were NOT even trying to resolve the situation. I'm thinking, aren't they supposed to check their inventory vs reservations at some point a day or two before? I often get calls from Enterprise to confirm my local reservations. Perhaps call me ahead of time to let me know there was no van at least? So, I asked the lady to call around and find us one because we had a reservation. She started to make a couple calls while we sat and waited. I heard her make *maybe* three calls... Meanwhile, there was a distraction from my botched reservation. There was another customer who was there before us who also had a reservation. She was upset because they didn't have her car too! She was saying that this was her 49th reservation & she'd never had an issue like this. She even said she had called twice in the last couple days to confirm again. Now they were trying to give her a damaged car. They were going back & forth & I watched how they handled her situation to no resolve. The lady got more & more upset because she had to load things and do a tradeshow out of town & now had no suitable car. It was obvious they were not really trying to help her. After she left, the 5 employees stood behind the counter, led by their manager, talking bad about the customer saying they were tired of "these pampered customers". I couldn't believe what I was hearing! They even joked & said she should go to the southside to rent where the previous manager got moved to. It was just totally unbelievable. So then back to me, bottom line they didn't have our van & flatly told me that's it & there's nothing they can do. Thinking of the huge bad predicament I was now in without this van, asked them well can't you call around more places? I was willing to drive an hour if needed. I just needed the van. The manager stepped in & said, no, they can't do that. Then I said well can you give me a substitute vehicle? He said no because they were sold out and no vehicles. So I said can't you call around & find me a substitute vehicle? He said no, everybody is sold out, and pretty much that's that and I'm not getting anything today. I told him that's not right because I had a reservation and they should make efforts to honor it. He said I don't have any reservation anymore because he canceled it and they can cancel my reservation at any time. They don't have to honor it. His whole attitude, this AMIR BAKER was arrogant, immature, and definitely not a good representative of any service oriented business! The young lady working with him is definitely learning from him too. She was once courteous on a prior visit, but today she was just as pretentious. I was so appalled & pulled out my cell phone to video him. Then he started ignoring me at that point. Then I saw someone returning a Jeep SUV, and I said well how about THAT one? Then the original rep lady jumped in & started saying that I was creating a spectacle & that they won't help me at all anymore. Then the manager asked me to leave. I got a lot of this on video & will definitely file a complaint to the corporate office. I have spent THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of dollars with Enterprise over the last 10 years and NEVER received this kind of service. It was very shocking! I was assisting my sister w/her rental car (she was recently in an accident). Since she was still sore I offered to drive her to Enterprise Rental. ALL of her rental car arrangements were confirmed early in the day by Hunter (a District Manager - we'll come back to him later). The address that was initially given to my sister had the location of Enterprise being located 881 Cripple Creek, Lawrenceville, GA - when we arrived a gentleman told us they were in fact "a body shop & NOT Enterprise Rental car..." he went on to say "...this happens ALL the time w/Enterprise customers & he doesn't understand why they keep giving out this address". He said if we were like other customers I probably needed the ACTUAL Enterprise location of 2095 Riverside Pkwy, Lawrenceville, GA." We then AGAIN confirmed by calling & arrived @ Enterprise on Riverside Pkwy. We were cheerfully greeted by Nia & she did her best to assist us. She explained that the SUV that we were told was reserved & available (by Hunter the District Manager just earlier that morning) was now no longer available & we could pick out something else like a Nissan Armada or Jeep Wrangler but there would be a surcharge.   This was problematic - we explained 1st we sent to the wrong address now we're at the right address & the mid sized SUV is no longer available & we would have to pay MORE money for an issue that was not our fault. We then asked to speak w/Hunter she advised that he had already left for the day but her manager Alex was seated right behind the counter area where she was assisting us (I'm SURE he could hear us). Quite some time had elapsed (more than an hour) b/c Nia had shown us different SUV's & attempted to see what happened with our original reservation. At NO time did Alex the manager attempt to intervene despite his worker clearly being unable to bring about resolution - THERE ARE TIMES WHEN A MANAGER HAS TO INTERVENE. When my sister DIRECTLY asked Alex why is he NOT "stepping in as a manager" he replied he "has 5 things to do... I just can't". WOW! My sister is a corporate trainer with more than 35 stores. I've been in sales for more than 14 years; I started as a Sales Associate worked up to Internet Director then was a Finance Manager. We both have not EVER told a paying customer standing in front of us that "I just can't". I'm really hoping that this will be a teachable/coaching moment - really shouldn't have to state that a manager needs to be able to multi-task AND intervene when you have a disgruntled customer (who was initially given the wrong address AND then told the SUV that Hunter the District Manager confirmed was reserved is now no longer available). This is management 101. We expect better. read more

I had a very good experience at this location yesterday. My original car that I rented from the airport had a tire with a slow leak. I called this location close to where I was staying and had the pleasure to speak with Nate. I was on a tight schedule as I had to transport a family member to the doctor. Nate told me to bring the vehicle down and they would swap it out for me. Upon arriving, Nate was assisting another customer but did go in an speak to the branch manager about my situation. Within a reasonable amount of time, they had me into the new vehicle and on my way. I especially want to give a shout out to Nate as he went out of his way to see that I was taken care of and his friendly demeanor made a little bit of a stressful situation more pleasant. He told me he was new to Enterprise. I especially like to recognize when I feel people have gone a little above and beyond. read more

My son was in a car accident (no fault of his) and needed a car to get to work. I was offered a rental by the insurance company. I specifically asked if he would be able to rent one since he was only 17 and was told yes, they have agreements with ERAC for instances like this. They said I would need to rent it and he could be added as an additional driver since we were on the same policy. When I got to ERAC to pickup the car my son was not with me, he had to work. I explained the situation to the ERAC agent and he told me my son needed to be there in person to add him. He assured me he could be added only being 17. I returned the next day only to be told my son couldn't be added by several other agents. I demanded to speak to the original agent (who was hiding in the back, clearly avoiding me) and after 30+ min he came out and told me there was no way to scan his license in since he was under 18. Different story than the day before. After much discussion, agent told me he would manually key in the info for my son to be an additional driver. I left and requested a copy of my service agreement the next day. Guess what never happened?? My son was never added as an additional driver. Do better! No reason to blatantly lie to a customer... read more

Booked online through Costco travel three weeks in advance. Needed a minivan to move my daughter to school. Got a confirmation call from Enterprise the day before. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment / reservation today. I was told they had no minivans but could offer a comparable SUV with third row seats, but their driver just left in it and may be back in about 15 minutes. I told them I didn't need the seats but the interior space for moving a college student. I said I would wait and see the SUV and asked if they had any larger vans available and was told no. While waiting I watched at least three other people arrive for reservations and were told there were no cars available and only offered an explanation that third parties were paid to schedule reservations that the branch could not control. No one was offered an apology. After waiting 20 minutes with no update or offer of any further assistance I called Hertz across the street and located a cargo van for less than Enterprise's minivan. read more

Our experience with Enterprise was overwhemingly horrible. I made a reservation for a convertible a week prior to pick up so that my wife and I could celebrate our wedding anniversary. I am a physician so my downtime is precious and I expect quality and competence from companies that have been around as long as Enterprise. On the day of pickup, I was notified by the agent at this location that I was placed on a DO NOT RENT list of which there was no explanation why. He also did not provide us with a phone number to call to try to straighten this situation out or at the least attempt help me correct this situation. I have been renting vehicles for years with Enterprise and I have not had this problem before. Our agent then stated that he could override this. How can this be overridden if I am on a do not rent list?! I truly felt that this was a cover up for the fact that they did not have the vehicle that I requested and lacked the customer services skills needed to simply inform me of the truth. Instead of trying to find for us what we requested, the agent then offered us a Jeep Wrangler of which someone else was driving the vehicle and was not even on the lot for me to see. He also stated that I would need to drive to the airport for a car that I reserved. Given that I could not see the Wrangler, they offered me a GMC Arcadia. The Arcadia was unclean and also (by the grace of GOD) I noticed a nail in the left rear tire. We were going on a five hour drive and this would have been a clear road hazard that was neglected. What kind of company would allow this type of practice?? I can deal with subpar customer service but my wife and I's safety is first and foremost. We would have been on the road and that tire would have blown without question. We left this location immediately and I called the corporate number. I canceled the reservation and when I explained the situation, I was met with complete apathy with no attempt for resolution. This combination of events has led me to discontinue any future business with Enterprise and I am NOT interested in e-mailing any customer care rep regarding this matter. I just ask that this experience is used for future training purposes so that others will not have to experience what I went through. read more

#EnterLies Rent-No-Car Like some of the other reviews on here. The customer service is definitely lacking. Not sure how you can treat customers this poorly and still be in business. If they weren't a big name company and more of a mom and pop business i'm sure the establishment would not survive. My Experience... I reserved a premium SUV ($1xx/day) 2 months in advance to make sure I was able to accomodate my entire family with the 3rd row and additional trunk space. My reservation was at 3pm the afternoon before leaving on vacation to pick up the vehicle. Upon arriving, the lady at the front desk proceeded to look up my reservation. "Uh oh, I'm sorry sir but we don't have a vehicle for you. I'm sorry I don't know what happened. Would you like a regular suv?" I replied no and that I reserved a premium SUV for a reason. She proceeded to tell me she can't help me and there was nothing she can do. So I asked for a manager... Linda ( Asian lady... looked like she was pissed off at someone or something) told me the same thing, we can't help you. I asked if she could check another location but looked at me with a stare without even checking and said all locations are sold out. I was then only told to check back at 7am when they open to see if any vehicles came in. I told her I made reservations to be able to beat traffic the next morning. All she did was stand there and shrugged her shoulders and said i'm sorry. I literally sat in my car and in complete awe that I was being treated like this! Never again! read more

Enterprise is my go to car rental agency, but this was my first time using this location. I was nearly put off by a pretentious supervisor who was more interested in flexing his authority over others in the office than in providing good service. Fortunately, the rest of the staff were friendly, efficient, and service oriented. I wish I remembered their names, both the ass-hat's and the young man's who managed to keep my business, but I was in a hurry and under more than a little stress. Next time I'll take down names to give credit to the deserving. My five stars are for the young man who work so diligently to make me feel like an important customer when his superior was working so hard to undermine him. read more

They are really nice here. Take pictures of vehicle before you rent it. Was in line and overheard this man saying he did not do the damage they said was on vehicle. Enterprise may have been right but don't take any changes. Dana Fowel with Fox 5 News did a special a while back on a car rental agency and don't remember the circumstances but she did emphasize to walk around vehicle you are renting before you get on the road and take pictures. And at this Enterprise in Lawrenceville, be sure to start vehicle while the agent is still with you. Last 3 times, I rented, I didn't notice until I was already on the road that a warning light was on. I know that you have to show like 3 utility bills to rent a car but not if you are having your vehicle worked on next door at Hayes Chrysler. read more

Absolutely the worst place to rent. If I could rate it at ZERO STARS, I would. I rented from THIS LOCATION and everything that follows JUST ACTUALLY HAPPENED. Don't be fooled; just because you found what looked like a "good deal" on a place like Hotwire or Expedia, this place will turn you upside-down and give you a prostate exam to boot. I needed a car for ONE DAY, got my itinerary reserved through Hotwire for $40/economy car and was informed when I came to pick up/rent the car (without any sense of shame at all) that for my $40 rental, I was going to need a $250 deposit. TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY to rent for ONE day. But that's not all!! Since I didn't come to them rolling in Benjamins nor had $250 of space on a credit card, I had to use my debit card. "What's the problem with that?",you ask? Well, apparently despite the fact that the day the "accept" debit cards, using a debit card actually means that you are probably a criminal and/or Dexter and thus you will also need to provide 2 utility bills AND 3 "references with phone numbers." That's right folks, you also have to humiliate yourself by using their sloth-speed computer in front of everyone to access and print out 2 utility bills AND risk your friendships by giving out 3 of your precious contacts' phone numbers so Enterprise can harass THEM if you should fail to bring back the car...after ONE DAY. I still cannot believe how in the moment, I was too shocked to do the right thing (and walk out without a backwards glance while giving them the one-fingered salute) and actually DID all of this stuff, even though it has basically left me without funds for the remainder of the week (it's only Tuesday!) while they hold my $250 for the day I rent their (very basic) economy car and then take "48-72 hours" to release my money after I bring it back. Tried to call Enterprise Corporate but guess what? They aren't open past 7p Central time! You got it right again, kids; if you have a problem and need to speak to someone, you'll just have to wait until 7a (Central, of course) to do it. But don't worry- if you need to RENT a vehicle, someone is available 24 hrs a day to screw you to the wall. And the ceiling. And the floor. And possibly actually rob you blind while you are slack-jawed that any of what is happening is real. Congratulations, Enterprise, on officially becoming THE WORST rental company I have ever had the displeasure of making the epic mistake of renting from you. read more

I seem to have the "Murphy's Law life." Last week I wrecked my brand new 2018 Jeep Cherokee. I dropped off my car at the dealership. My insurance company had already TRIED to make reservations with another local rental agency. My family and friends ALL told me ..... noooooooooo, Go to Enterprise. They're more professional. I had never rented a car before so I followed their advice. When I got to the dealership and checked my car in, they gave Enterprise a call. I sat down thinking I was in for a long wait. I couldn't believe it. It was less than 10 mins and I was on my way . When I arrived, Ana Bedon QUICKLY opened the door for me. She introduced herself and shook my hand. I felt like they rolled out the red carpet! At first there was an issue with my insurance and it suddenly seemed I wasn't going to be renting a car and I got worried that I was stranded. Then, Marvin Lawson walked up beside Ana and I don't know what they did, it was very quick but I had an SUV and I was on my way. I was even a little short on my fee and they never stopped smiling and made me feel like all was well!!!!!! Now THAT is customer service. No complaints other than the driver who is supposed to pick you up, if you request to be, sucks at being timely. I ended up walking three miles just to get there. The assistant manager, however, is as nice as she is pretty. ;). She's extremely helpful and very strait forward about everything so you can get on your way quickly. She takes the time to talk to you about any concerns or questions. I really liked that. The cars are always clean and ready as you would expect. I've rented from this location quite a bit in conjunction with Hayes Chrysler. Whenever I drop off one of my vehicles for warranty repair, I get a rental from Enterprise. The location is OK, and the staff is usually helpful, but what's the deal with the veritable armada of frigging minivans at this place? Who at Enterprise corporate is ballin' outta control ordering hundreds of thousands of Chrysler minivans? Needed a rental because my car was totaled, the process was fast and friendly and they even called to let me know when my insurance company cleared everything with them. But from previous experience, it's typically cheaper to rent from the satellite Blvd location if your paying yourself. Make sure to bring two items confirming your address like utility or check stub if paying with debit card. read more

We booked a car in May for a vacation in June. We booked a Suburban SUV, they called two days before to confirm everything. The day of, I'm trying to get a ride to the office to pick up the car. They put me on hold for 25 minutes, then a different attendant randomly answers the phone and has no information regarding the rental and claims that they do not have the car. When asked for an explanation he simply says "I don't know." He fails to offer a valid reason. We go there anyways and he says they'll give us a completely different car that's nothing like what we asked for. He says, "I can look for my manager and try to call for different offices to see if they have it." He walked to the back then the manager came in speaking to a different manager. The manager at that moment was at the front as well speaking to someone else about the same problem. Apparently, she had disrespected someone and the client literally had to tell her "This is where you apologize to me and my wife for being disrespectful." She gave a blank stare and said I already did, but yeah I can apologize again. All of this without an ounce of empathy in her voice. The first guy who attended us comes back to the front, sits back for a while then I ask him if he's called other places to check. He says NO. I asked him why if he said that's what he was going to do. He simply says oh I was looking for my manager without knowing she was up here. You'd think he'd turn around and start calling and checking right? He literally didn't lift a finger. The manager spoke to us, in the same tone, without a single ounce of empathy or responsibility. I turned around and left and I heard them scoff at me. After they were in the wrong they still had the audacity to be disrespectful. That is as bad as it gets. Keep in mind I kept as cool a head as I could in that situation. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF. ZERO STARS. read more
