We rented a car from Springvale maine Enterprise. We told the guy, we were going to New York, Ohio, New Jersey and CT. He told us a low tire light is on, but don't worry they added air and it will go out. That was on a Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning light still on and tire pressure was at 20 psi. It is supposed to be 44psi. Light never went out. Closed on Sunday so we had to drive to NY With light on and had to keep stopping and filling. I wrote a review and Chris R (owner) wrote to write him the details and he would look into it. (Never heard back from him) Springvale called us and said they would get us another rental. 4 days later still filling tire. DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY. They just want to rent you a car. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. Period. read more

Ive rented from them 3-4 times since my vehicle died. This last time I needed it for a week. The vehicle was in HORRIBLE condition. It felt like it was getting ready to death wobble once it got on the interstate and the steering wheel had an annoying rattle. The rental was due back today. I've been struggling the past two days with my health. Their solution was to let me just rent it another day and charge my card almost $100. As a disabled vet with limited income this hurt! I have used Enterprise in the past and will continue. this location was quick to set me up on the phone with minimum wait time at time of pick up. car was ready at time of pick up. friendly staff. car was clean overall but the interior windows were very streaky and I had to stop to clean them before driving to far (looked like I was driving in a foggy area). i kept the car for 2 additional days with no issues. overall good experience read more

Not very please have used Enterprise in Sanford and Arundel Maine several times had call Wed April 14,2015 to have an SUV reserved for Friday April 17,2015 for a trip that is going to take us 7 hrs I have an older SUV just wanted to be on the safe side . When I called I was told there was Several . When we arrived I was told that they had received a Jeep Compass for me I had mentioned I did want something bigger to set up higher , I figured I'd give a try so I did. Within 20 mins I knew it wasn't for me .First it's just like driving a car low to the ground ,second it was a manual seat on the driver side so you couldn't put the seat up at all being 5' 1" I need some help getting up higher so I can see better . I called and told the gentlemen on the phone that I hated the Jeep Compass and what else they had instead he said nothing and I asked him to look at the other locations and also they had nothing so I took it back was told the manager would be calling me when she got back to the office I have yet to receive a call . I was told that New Management had taken over about a year ago not like it use to be .Also the cars aren't washed outside just not what it once was .. read more

I use the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Sanford, ME on Route 109 for business travel 2 - 3 times per month. This is a great location, with great people. The pickup and drop-off is easy. I highly recommend this Enterprise location. read more
