This location is in the parking lot of a Ford dealership. I needed to leave my car in the shop and was driven over to the car rental agency in a golf cart along with another customer to get a rental car. When we walked in, a guy who seemed to be the manager, said that it would be a few minutes. We both said no problem and took a seat. Employees went in and out, basically ignoring us for the next 30 to 40 minutes. When they were finally ready to assist us, I was called up to the counter, and the girl started asking me for information to start the rental. When she wanted my drivers license and credit card without having asked me for what type of vehicle I wanted or given me a price, I asked if they had a minivan or SUV available as I needed to be able to transport my kids. It wasn't until this point that I was told "oh no, I think all we have is pick up trucks." when I was shocked that they had nothing else available and hadn't been bothered to mention that before making us wait all this time, she said "well, I can't check for sure because the safe where the keys are is locked and I can't get into it." I wasted almost an hour here, and then had to pay for an Uber to get to another car rental agency. If they were that short on types of vehicles, it should've been stated upfront before they had us sitting there waiting all that time. read more

We made a reservation to be picked up from our hotel so we could pick up our car from the rental shop. We have email confirmation of the time and place of pick up at our hotel. We waited 2 hours to be picked up as we were told on the phone and as per the email confirmation. When the car did not arrive at the scheduled time, we called the shop. Only then were we told that no one would be picking us up as scheduled. What a joke! We could have taken an uber there 2 hours ago but for written confirmation that we would be picked up from our hotel as promised. Despite explaining this to the "customer service" representative at the store, total lack of responsibility was exhibited for their mistake as they repeatedly recited the same devoid response. In conclusion, you cannot rely on written contractual agreements with these people which is totally against the law. They should face the consequences. read more

My family and I had an amazing experience at this enterprise rent a car location. We unfortunately started our adventure with a very negative experience at the one located in Weston, and our vacation was almost ruined, but two individuals from the sawgrass location stepped up to save the day, and they deserve all the recognition in the world for this. These two individuals are Joseph Delgado and Mr. Garcia. While we have dealt with Mr. Garcia in the past, and he has always been a pleasure, this was our first experience with Joseph Delgado and he did not disappoint. Even as busy as they are he made my family and I feel as if we were the only customers in the world. In the future when we need to rent a vehicle, we will be returning to this dealership based on these two individuals. I hope this business will commend and reward them accordingly. If i could give them 0 i would ,they work with Geico rent you cars then go in your account and take money ,out ,because they have your information (Criminal's )) They did it 2 times and I had to call my bank for fraud.. After I turned in the car they went in my account again & took out money for tolls .,an I had a Sunpass ,I went to the office and the same associate Gill Bryd,whom previously rented me the vehicle had a altercation. When returning my rental car I was told I owed a couple of hundred dollars. I was in an accident and my insurance company covered 30 days of rental. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE, EVER. Between them and Geico they have ZERO issues with lying to and cheating their customers. I had a car accident and Geico sent me to Sawgrass Ford for an estimate, who by the way did a great job. Geico sent me a link with 3 different cars I could rent so I took a BMW SUV at $45 a day with a $1035 max. When I checked into Enterprise the guy looked at my Geico policy and told me that the policy is $35 a day but since they sent me a link, gave me a choice then there will be no issues. I double checked and was again assured no issues, that I was covered. Well when I returned the car they charged me $233.11 and all of a sudden no one knew anything. This is a case of two major companies deciding to screw a consumer because they could. I have cut up my Enterprise card and will NEVER rent from them again. Not bad but it was odd that we had to wait over half an hour for them to walk us to where our car was. They said they were cleaning it. Don't they have enough cars available and ready? Especially after a reservation days in advance. Another odd thing is that they gave us the car totally empty of gas. I've never rented a car with an empty tank. They said to return it back empty. Weird. But the actual car was really nice and returning it was a smooth process. $89 for 3 days. We are renting again this week. Let's see how it goes this time. read more

As I said this company has absolutely no customer service or concern for any customer. Enterprise responded with a general go nowhere form letter telling me to contact them which I have several times but no response. Funny they have my phone number my drivers license my credit card, my address, my email and still no corrective action taken by enterprise Rent-A-Car and their employees. Just dropped off a car I used for the weekend, unlike my horrible experience at the Coral Springs location in my last review. It was the total opposite, everyone was friendly and happy. There was no interrogation about my insurance and deductible, no nastiness regarding waving the insurance option. Would be happy to rent there again. Update on my original review: Nobody told me I would be gouged with a Toll Fee for using the vehicle to get me to/from work. I had the rental because somebody wrecked my car and it needed to sit at a body shop for a week and 1/2. So an insurance company was paying for the rental, don't you think you should bill them for the toll fees too? Which isn't listed as toll fees on my bank statement, just a charge from Enterprise with no notification or explanation. Not only was that a surprise but also still fighting with Enterprise & the Insurance Company to get this resolved. The staff were pleasant and I was able to get in/out in a reasonable amount of time both for pick up & drop off. The car itself wasn't the best quality. One of the employees was still finishing up when the rep walked me out to the car. The tires were being "topped off" I was told and it would be good to go. The rep checked everything over and told me I was ready to leave. I got into the car and got myself situated. The interior of the car was "cleaned" but still felt dirty. There were stains on all of the seats, dirt/dust along the console and it smelled like smoke. When I turned the car on to drive off the lot the "Check Oil" notification came on and it said 0% oil. So I got out and went back inside to inform them about the oil & cleanliness. Nobody seemed bothered by this news and told me it was ok somebody just forgot to reset the sensor. If I wanted another car I would have to wait. So I took the car and headed to work. After work I got in the car to the annoying notification that there's 0% oil and then one of the tires was at 20 psi instead of 34. So I drove it to the closest Enterprise where they topped off their air and once again told me the oil thing was normal, not to worry. For the week and 1/2 I had the vehicle I dealt with the oil notification every time I turned it on and the tire pressure went down once more. I was definitely ready to turn the car back in and be done with it! I notified the staff when I returned it hopefully they'll take care of it for the next driver. read more

Enterprise is located behind the Sawgrass Ford. You have to drive in to the dealership and then make your way all the way to the back (on the right side) and you'll see the small, one story building there. The staff was really prompt and friendly, but the car we were given smelled like someone had taken it on a very successful fishing trip. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that the smell wasn't going to just "air out" until we were well into our 2 hour drive. read more

Having an amazing staff starts from the top down. From District Manager Daneen to every member on staff at this location. I rent cars on some weekends 4-6 mos a year because my children are in competitive cheerleading. We go as far as Atlanta. I live between this location and another and will ALWAYS go with this one. I have seen the place PACKED at 557pm!! and the staff keeps their good attitudes and gets everyone in a vehicle and out the door. Inclusive, they remember me...maybe not my name, but my face and always greet me with a genuine hello and inquire about my trip. Thankfully, one talked my into the roadside service and it SAVED MY LIFE!! I am appreciative of employees that are invested in their positions and companies that value good employees and those that take pride in their work. I have seen the other side of the coin at other locations...in this state and outside!. The staff and the vehicles i have left with from here...always amazing! read more

Thanks to Clara Manzolillo we were able to rent a Ford Explorer over the Christmas holiday. All other Enterprise locations told us "good luck" its almost impossible to request over a specific vehicle over a holiday. Well, it wasn't impossible - thank you Clara for your kind caring nature and understanding how important our trip was to spend Christmas with our son and grandson in Palm Coast. The Explorer was big enough for our little christmas tree and all the presents we had to transport. Went to pick up a truck I had reserved and was met by a very rude and unprofessional man. Everything including his dress was unprofessional. He told me he didn't have a truck for me and pretty much was yelling and seemed quite angry and annoyed. I was helped by a nicer person after he saw this behavior. Overall, this was the worst experience with any car rental company. I wrote a letter to their corporate office and like I thought, they didn't even bother to follow up with me. Second time to use Enterprise from this location. Friendly service but despite booking car online for a 9am pick up, I had to call office for someone to pick me up. Took ages to get through on telephone , then to b told no one could pick me up until midday so half day wasted.... Luckily being on vacation I had no deadline! This has been the worst experience... For starters my husband and I got out rental through an insurance claim, but the stress is took to find and obtain this rental was ridiculous. I left work to pick up a rental from the sunrise location. Upon arriving im told it will be a 3 hour wait because Geico did not provide a pick up time, Which was not true geico submitted the time from 630 the previous day so it should have been ready first thing in the morning. I got there at 3pm! I could not wait that long so they found another location for me, I knew i could not leave work again so i asked if my husband could pick it up, i was told that would be no problem! Upon his arrival to the location on 441 and miramar, the manager was highly lacking in customer service skills, because my husband did not have his license, instead had photocopy of his license(it was recently lost and replacement was on its way in the mail), concealed permit, and a written letter from me, the manager would not rent the vehicle to him. While he sat in the waiting area to call me and ask me to come up there so we could get our rental, the manager continues to talk about my husband to other staff insulting the fact he did not have a physical License on him. This lead to an exchange of words between my husband and the manager while he was still on the phone with me. By the time i reached the location the police were there because the manager wanted him removed from the store, I go in and then Im also refused service! The police suggested I call corporate! We end up back at the sunrise location the next day, after searching high and low for anywhere else with an available rental. the search was rough because all locations all companies were sold out due to hurricane Irma! The staff at the sunrise location had been informed of what happened at the miramar location, i could tell by their demeanor when my husband and i got there. One manager said to another employee "yes thats him" and continue to whisper to each other. We just wanted to get a rental and get out of there! The customer service is complete shit. Now my rental has been returned for over a week and enterprise is attempting to change my account, but cannot confirm what the charge is for? all they recommend is i call toll by plate, its absurd enterprise doesnt have this financial information on who is charging and why and what amount? read more

Went to this enterprise location after both of our cars at home broke down and we desperately needed a car to get us both to work. I'm not going to lie, I had a couple of people warn me about renting with enterprise and to not do it. Not from this location but they looked down on the enterprise name as a whole. From my first interaction I was completely pleased and satisfied. I dealt with two people(decided to rent my car again for two weeks after my first week was over) and they were both so nice, polite, professional and courteous. I had a horrible experience at the Sawgrass Ford location. I was rear-ended and provided a rental car from this location to be paid by the insurance company. The Enterprise associate took advantage of the new tablet technology, which does not require initials indicating acknowledgment of purchase and misled me into signing up for coverage I did not want. When I returned the car, they failed to give me a receipt or go over my charges. It wasn't until I saw my credit card statement that I even knew I had been charged for the unwanted coverage. When I called about it, the manager assured me that she would refund the charge. She never did. I've complained to the regional and corporate office 6 times and still have not even received a callback. They are ignoring me. read more

I went to Enterprise, and I had a issue (not with Enterprise but with Alamo (who I will never use again)) needless to say I was having a VERY bad morning. I brought my car in for a collision repair (the office is in the repair center) the insurance of the person that hit my son had paid for the rental car. The Branch Manger Elizabeth Rubiano I had observer barking out commands to her poor employees. But, it wasn't towards me so it wasn't my business. I spoke with the employee who's name is Carlos. He was very nice but you can see he was asking for directions at every turn, because of the unpleasant person who was working over him. I told him i had a reservation and need a full size car. She was barking on the phone but interjected to say I had 3 options... and he took me outside to show me the 3 options... I chose the Ford Pickup, (I was getting my Ford Repair) out of a minvan and Toyota pickup. When I we got back to the office she informed Carlos that i couldn't have the Ford cause she wanted to keep it for customers that were getting ford repaired and i couldn't have the Ford. I asked then why did you give him the the instructions of THOES OPTIONS..... she told me she's saving the ford for for repair customers. OK!! I would like a ford product as well. I'm here with a reservation and who my I asked are you saving this Ford for..... NO ONE IN PARTICULAR JUST WHOEVER COMES IN WITH A SERVICE FOR A FORD PRODUCT. Mind you I have gotten my car serviced and have received other cars that were NOT FORD CARS. She was NASTY AND HAD A SMURK ON HER FACE THE ENTIRE time like, I said what I said, and there is NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. I informed her I was given "other" brand cars before and ahe didn't have to carry that smurk on her face with me and she had very poor customer service. I called another location to honor my appointment. This woman should NOT be a manager over ANY COMPANY!!!! I own 2 business here in South Florida that deal with customer service every day and she should be FIRED!!!! Oh when I asked for a "ride" to the other enterprise (because they pick you up right!??!?!? SHE SAID NO!!!! I will be at Dollar or Budget if I EVER NEED RENTAL CAR SERVICE!!! If I can rate this -100 stars I would. I can't understand why they even have 4. Let me begin by saying on this day, not a single Enterprise in this area had cars. I went to four different locations because no employee wanted to do their job and provide excellent customer service so I myself had to play phone tap with 7 different locations to check on their ability. "Luckily" THIS location had 1 Ford Focus left (so they claimed) and the man on the phone said he would have it ready in 30 minutes because the car had to be cleaned (mind you this was said at 3). Why is it 5:21 pm and I'm still car-less and waiting for a car that was supposed to be done more than an hour and a half ago? Sad enough, I hated Hertz for their lack of customer service, but all of these rental places are the same. Enterprise is definitely at the top for the ultimate worst. I am in the customer service business for over 25 years and know the importance of giving good positive feedback when deserved. In most cases, we hear the negative but we never commend on anyone or good service. I had a car accident and my car was in the shop for almost 5 weeks. I was told the repair would take 2 weeks and this expense was coming out of my pocket. Clara, the manager on site, was extremely accommodating, friendly, positive and professional from beginning to start. Even though the situation was stressful, Clara made the transaction as smooth as possible. She went out of her way to speak to my technician and discuss the hardship it was causing me due to mechanical delays. As I sat in the waiting area for a technician, Clara continued to serve the bar by acknowledging and greeting everyone that walked it while she multi tasked and met everyone's needs. I even witnessed customers concerned about certain issues and she always provided a solution. Kuddos to this amazing, friendly and professional manager for truly putting the customers first.
