Great rental experience from this Enterprise location in Vancouver just outside the downtown area. Quick walk from the Olympic Village stop on Canada Line or 30 minute walk from downtown. I was super stressed returning the car but Sonam made everything easy for me. If I am ever in Vancouver again I will rent from this location. Car was clean and ran great. Pro tip if it's a car you're not familiar with ask the staff to show you the special features. Checkout and return were easy and quick even though they were very busy. Leave extra time for yourself when driving through the city. Get the damage waiver and roadside assistance it's only a few dollars but worth your peace of mind. read more

Had a great rental experience with Enterprise. I was involved in a collision and need to rent a vehicle, with my loss-of-use coverage. ICBC in general is really not very accommodating with the length of your rental. It was a struggle to navigate finding a car in such a short period. My interactions with Jas were lovely. She was patient with me, as I wasn't able to return the car straight away with my schedule. She also understood where I was coming from, and kindly honoured an extra day at the initial ICBC rate for me. She went above and beyond service, even lending me her phone stand for the car. Excellent customer service, and I was able to get in and out quickly each time. My only complaint would be the deposit system, I used a debit and had to give over a $300 deposit for my icbc contract, which I was told couldn't be automatically debited back (they have yet to receive the pos that can process this). This was refunded, but would be issued as a check, which is a bit of a pain. I then had to give a $300 again for the new contract, as I extended my rental. I really wish there would be a more seamless integration for this aspect. Hoping the arrival of those terminals in the near future will solve this pain point for others. read more

Needed a vehicle due to an ICBC claim. When I picked it up, the vehicle was clean. When I was dropping it back off, Shane made sure I was in and out in about 6 or 7 minutes, which allowed me to get on with my day! read more

You can not trust on these guys, they do not deliver what they promises, lie all the time, the place is a big mess, looks like they do not have any training, extreme rude with the clients, totally disrespectful, is the first and last time with this location, same company different locations looks like they do okay, my advise, find another rental place, no client deserve to be treated the way these guys are treating us, for sure the workers in this location do not need us. read more
