Rented me a car with bad tires after my car accident , I reserved a Toyota Camry , that gave my rental to someone else . Then claim to upgrade me to a Mazda suv claiming same price . I'm paying 41 dollars a day for a gas guzzler . First of all if I reserved a vehicle , why rent it to someone else and give me this death trap . I'm already going through crap with insurance for repairs after someone hit me . To go to these people to get a car that I'm sure they know tires are bad and they rented me . I call and complain and they act like they don't want to change vehicle . I documented this and planning to talk to a lawyer . So how you rent someone an unsafe vehicle . That can cause another accident , then will try to hold me liable for damage . I contacted them and was told a branch manager would call me back . I am a long-time, high-volume customer. In the last two years, I've averaged over 100 rental days. I had a confirmed reservation at the US1 Vero Beach location two weeks ago. I called the 800 number the night before and an agent confirmed the reservation. When I called the Rte 1 location the next morning, about an hour before the reserved time, to re-confirm , I was informed that my reservation would not be honored. When I asked why the local agent replied, "We can book 150% of capacity. We have no cars." When I asked why no one texted or called to inform me that I would not have a car, the answer was "We're very busy." I was told that the office would call the "instant a car comes available." Now ten days later, no one has called. I had to pay over $50 for an Uber due to the lack of a car. I emailed the branch manager who never replied despite a confirmation I received that the email had been delivered. Three days later, I emailed the regional manager. Again, no reply to date. I have usually had excellent experiences with Enterprise and did subsequently with the helpful branch manager at 20th St. in Vero Beach. But in this case, it appears that no one really cares enough to follow up to my emails, so I am posting this message. read more

this location was the best location because its right next to my job... every other friday go in get my rental from(clara) and everything be great.... went in there yesterday to swap out the rental i have which was a chevy malibu... i saw other car on the lot so im thinking ok this gonna be a sweet swap... get in there and she told me that all her cars are book until wednesday... mind you there was nobody in the lobby.... she could have swapped me out, clean that malibu and rented that car out to whoever.... so now i think im just gonna deal with one office now the location on us.1 in vero beach..... read more

Absolutely awful. My company rented a car for a client. Then sun aviation switched out the car the same night. The new renter left the car in the airport parking lot for months with the keys inside. We then received a charge to our amex for $8k. Yes $8,000!! We tried countless times to resolve it with the branch and corporate. They just kept giving us the run around. We will never use them again, but given we paid 8 grand for a car we had for half of a day, we should get free rentals for LIFE. IF you enjoy being ripped off, use this enterprise! read more

Rare to offer 1 star but this location is horrible. Kaitlan called 5 minutes prior to pick up and said they could not honor the reservation and had NO cars they could rent. Her attitude was bad and she would offer no help. Manager on duty Jamie got on the phone and was rude and would offer no names or contact info for a superior. Not good costumer service had stain on car sit didn't let us pay for them to clean. Told us to go get it cleaned because he wouldn't take it like that , We had to get it detailed which on a Saturday it wasn't easy to find a place that wasn't booked. by the time we got back they were closed which he never mentioned they were closing at 12. The. Found out they told my wife that she couldn't drop it off at any other enterprise. Ended up dropping it off at another location not far from that one. Definitely not using them again. read more

Save yourself $1200; go anywhere but Enterprise! Vero Beach Enterprise actively practices socioeconomic discrimination. First, they forced me to take a vehicle that I didn't want, that cost over $100 more, citing that they had nothing else available, but truthfully they refused to let me put in a reservation for anything else because I have a TD Visa account. I have to travel with a service dog, and then was charged $200 cleaning fee AFTER I had cleaned garbage and melted candy out of the vehicle from a previous renter. They were very clear that I was being charged because of the dog, ADA or not! The cleaning charge was also inflated due to being a larger vehicle than I wanted. To top the entire 3 ring circus off, it is now 3 weeks since the rental, and they have yet to release the initial "hold charge" off my card, even though the actual charges have long since processed. This essentially means that I'm being charged double, and has my TD account in a freeze until the situation gets rectified! NEVER WILL I EVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE AGAIN!!!! read more

After making a reservation over two days in advance with a confirmation number we arrived at enterprise on our scheduled pickup time wait over a half hour before being helped, we are informed that well your "SOL" we don't have your vehicle you reserved for you and we have no solution to your new current problem. We planned this day trip with my parents which are the reason we needed this vehicle because not wanting them to drive a long distance and in the dark. Left with no other options and time because of our planned day needing to leave on time I'm sorry to say we canceled the trip and out $700 for the tickets we bought. I will never rent a vehicle from this company even if they are the last place in town. I'll walk before stepping foot into a unprofessional place like this again.
