Tracey saw I was a little shaken up and try to calm me down by showing me what exactly the problem was - even made a video for me as he took out the part so I could understand what he was doing. Both Tracey and woman in the office made me feel relaxed and comfortable despite the unfortunate event. After a few hours in the shop, Tracey was able to get my car back on the road that night.
