BUYERS BEWARE! This dealership is either incompetent or dishonest! I found a vehicle on auto trader…read morethat i was interested in and requested pictures. The pictures sent appeared that the vehicle was in good shape, I questioned these pictures asking: "do these pictures accurately represent this vehicle?"- answer yes absolutely. Is there any damage that is not depicted in these pictures? answer-there is no damage to this vehicle not shown in these pictures. I clearly stated that i was driving 8 hours to buy this van and asked is there any possible issue that i need to know prior to this expense and trip. answer-it is a solid as a rock. After making the 8 hour trip and seeing the van from approximately 40 feet away i noticed rust coming from the roof, the salesmen said they hadnt noticed that which is odd that i could see looking out of the dealership window. On further inspection this van had been driven into a parking garage that was too low causing $10,000 in damage they claimed they did not know about. In further conversation it was made clear that they bought the van with a 6 inch hole in the roof that they patched at their body shop. This seems to be obvious dishonesty considering their body shop did this work so obviously they knew about this. They statted in writing from the dealership management "they would fix the damage and ship the van to me" and then did not do this. Furthermore in writing they said they would reimburse the rental car for my trouble. Again after sending proof of expenses they have not and have ignored any communication. This is a summary of a few of the dishonest things this dealership does. Do NOT buy a car here go anywhere else! Nate

The hotel itself offers large, clean, and spacious rooms, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Everything felt well-maintained, and the rates were excellent for the quality provided. Now let's talk about the food--because it definitely deserves recognition. The salmon bites were absolutely delicious, and the cheesecake was just as impressive. The catering throughout the event was well-executed and flavorful, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The event space was also well done. The setup was clean, organized, and created a great atmosphere for the conference. The vibe throughout the weekend was positive and engaging, and the DJ really brought it all together with a great mix of music across multiple genres. Spacious, clean rooms Excellent pricing for the stay Delicious catered food (salmon bites + cheesecake standout) Well-organized event space Great music and overall vibe This was a well-rounded experience, and I would definitely stay here again--whether for an event or just a getaway

Our family came to Memphis for a professional project and interview, and we chose this hotel…read morebecause we expected the Hilton name to represent professionalism, security, cleanliness, hospitality, and a comfortable place to rest. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, particularly at night. Our concerns started at check-in. The gentleman who checked us in came across as condescending, crass, and disrespectful. His demeanor, including what we perceived after my son and I walked away from the desk, immediately made us feel unwelcome. We were among a minority of guests in the environment at that time, and the interaction was uncomfortable enough that we questioned why we were being treated that way. I cannot speak to another person's motives, but I can speak to how we were treated: we did not feel welcomed or respected. The much bigger concern, however, was what happened to the atmosphere of the hotel at night. The large lobby/bar area became extremely loud and crowded, with many people coming into the property for music and nightlife. During our stay, we encountered strong marijuana and cigar odors, extremely loud entertainment, and public sexual/intimate behavior that we found completely inappropriate for common areas of a hotel. Some of the conduct we personally encountered near the elevators was sexual enough that we were shocked it was being permitted. This was NOT an environment I would consider appropriate for children or families. There is nothing wrong with adults listening to music, dancing, having a drink, or enjoying themselves. That is not my complaint. My concern is what happens when reasonable boundaries disappear and registered hotel guests have to navigate explicit behavior, smoke, crowds, noise, and an atmosphere that feels more like an uncontrolled nightclub than a hotel. Security did not make us feel reassured. From what we observed, personnel appeared more interested in blending into the nightlife atmosphere than establishing boundaries and protecting the comfort of registered guests. That is unacceptable. A guest should be able to walk from the entrance to the elevator and from the elevator to their room without wondering what they are going to encounter. The hotel also needs to examine access control. Its location near public transportation means there can naturally be significant pedestrian traffic nearby, which makes effective hotel security even more important. Public transportation is not the problem; uncontrolled access and inadequate security are. The smell at night was also unpleasant. Marijuana/cigar smoke and other odors were strong enough to noticeably affect our experience. I want to acknowledge that we did encounter a female employee during the daytime who was much more pleasant. I believe in giving credit where it is due. Unfortunately, that positive interaction could not overcome the larger problems we experienced. We are not writing this review because we expect everyone to share our beliefs. We don't. We do, however, believe that there should still be standards of dignity, modesty, respect, self-control, and appropriate public behavior in a hotel where families and business travelers are paying to stay. There is a difference between nightlife and lawlessness. There is a difference between welcoming everyone and permitting virtually anything. There is a difference between adults having fun and forcing other paying guests to encounter sexually explicit behavior in common areas. Those distinctions matter. From our family's faith perspective, what we witnessed was deeply troubling. A society does not become more compassionate by eliminating every standard of public decency. People of every background deserve dignity and respect, and that includes families who simply want to walk through their hotel without being exposed to overtly sexual behavior, heavy smoke odors, or an intimidating nightlife environment. Hilton and this property's management need to seriously examine what is happening here after dark. Review the cameras. Review security procedures. Review who has access to the property. Review the smoke issue. Review what is occurring around the elevators. Review employee professionalism. And ask whether a mother, father, or family arriving at night would reasonably believe this is the environment they paid for when they booked a Hilton-affiliated hotel. Our experience was that the property changed dramatically after dark, and we did not feel comfortable or secure. We came to Memphis for business--not for a nightclub or adult-entertainment atmosphere. A hotel should offer travelers a place of rest, safety, hospitality, and dignity. For us, this property failed that basic responsibility. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously rather than dismissing them. The property needs stronger boundaries, better security, greater professionalism, and much more consideration for the registered guests.

No handle bars or seat in the shower of the "handicapped accessible room". This is a HUGE problem…read morebecause there is literally no way for a wheelchair user to take a shower, and also is a potential fall hazard for disabled folks, even if they can stand. Someone is going to get injured in a fall and Hyatt will get sued. Also, the front desk woman when we checked in around 5 PM on July 6 needs to be trained in how to respectfully treat disabled guests - she came up behind me and pushed my wheelchair even though she had just been told by my companion that I did NOT want help going up the ramp. She should have respected that. This really upset me. The distance between the front desk and the elevators to the rooms is very far for a wheelchair user. The door to the "handicapped accessible room" is barely wide enough for a wheelchair, and there is no way to keep it open when entering - so the wheelchair user has to contfbd with a door trying to close on him/her when struggling to get through. Lastly, due to the extremely long distance from elevators to the lobby, ordering food is a nightmare. Why oh why do they not have room service?? Or have hotel staff run a food delivery to the room? They expect disabled people to just not eat??

We'd stayed here a few years ago and while quirky (super slow valet service and odd check in…read moreprocedure), I liked the in lobby bar/small bites area. Now they've done away with the bar altogether and have merged the check in and valet service with the next door hotel (the Hyatt Centric). While this was fine, and the people are super friendly, there wasn't any information about this new procedure (at least that I saw), which resulted in some wandering back and forth between the two hotels. Again, not a huge issue, just odd. My main complaint is the beds are extremely (and I mean extremely) uncomfortable! No mattress support whatsoever, creaky, and the pillows feel like they're filled with sand. So bad, that we decided to check out a day early (though we'd paid for two nights with no refund) and checked into a different hotel (The Peabody). The Beck and Call bar/restaurant in the Hyatt Centric is delicious however. Excellent shrimp and grits.

We weren't impressed…read more Don't waste your time with this company. I believe this tour company and Blues City Tours are one and the same. I searched online for a hop-on, hop-off city tour and came across this company. It was a July 4th Saturday. We arrived at the Welcome Center on time but we were also supposed to pick up other passengers at different stops. The route did not follow the schedule because we had to pick up passengers. The tour guide was hard to hear, either the microphone wasn't working well or the the bus needed servicing... it was competing with the tour guide as far as loudness. The following places were on the schedule: Ticket Booth/Hard Rock Cafe National Civil Rights Museum/Blues Hall of Fame Rock N' Soul Museum/BB King's Stax Museum Graceland Sun Studios Auto Zone Park/Peabody Hotel Bass Pro Shop (Pyramid) Welcome Center We saw 4 of the places listed above. We got off the bus in Graceland and spent quite some time there. The bus runs every hour and 20 mins but the bus came late, we could've stayed a little longer at Elvis' mansion. We thought we'd have to take Uber back in town. We could've done our own self-guided driving tour. It turned out there were only six of us who booked that day and one of the ladies with us was a tour bus guide herself in New Orleans! She too was disappointed with this company. Paid $63 ($30/per person + fees). Don't waste your $$. I was just glad to learn about The Lorraine Motel where Dr MLK Jr. was shot while standing on a balcony outside his second-floor room. We drove to the museum after the tour. Other than that I didn't learn much from the tour. I'm sorry to say but It was disorganized. Review #1876
