I don't ask for much but I do expect to be treated nice when I am checking my bags. I was one pound over so I give her an extra star for not making a big deal about that but I think it's because I am flying FC.

My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! The Boarding process is as fair & orderly as any I've seen. No confusion over Seat Assignments. There was room to stow my carryon overhead, though some passengers' "carryons" should definitely have been checked. Flight Attendants were helpful with arranging them to fit the spaces.
