Every time I am in there, they have almost more work than they can handle. This time, I had a mixed experience. It was my first time to purchase optional insurance. I have never had problems or claims and I'm covered through credit card anyway. When they showed me the car and walking through final work, another employee arrived in a new Chevrolet Suburban and offered to me at the same price as the car I would drive. I thought I saw something but shrugged it off. Yes, I did see something. When I checked the Chevy backed in, they quickly found an almost microscopic crack in windshield. I define that as one third length of my pinky nail (I have short nails and average hand size) and maybe 5 hairs wide. No star or point of impact. They said not to worry, I had bought insurance so no problem. Still, that struck me as suspicious. First and only time I buy optional insurance, free upgrade, then they find something small to charge me. I had driven looking in area of "crack" and had never seen it. I spot little problems. Don't take a free upgrade, don't buy insurance. Stick to the basics and you'll be fine with a great experience.

The man at the desk just laughed at me and said yeah customer service tells everyone the same thing. He was very rude about it. So I asked him to text me if they got a vehicle before the end of the business day. He said he would. Later that afternoon I got a message that they now had my vehicle and to come pick it up. I got there to pick the vehicle up and the exact same thing happened again. No vehicle for me. This time it was the manager laughing and a "I don't care it's not my problem" attitude. Very rude and disrespectful. I told him this was just bad business to bring me in twice and then tell me no once there. I will never use Enterprise again and do not recommend them to anyone.

I'm not a fan of letting them pick my vehicles out for me but the Ford Expedition was perfect for this short trip and I'm sure I could of switched it out if I had wanted to. All the cars are located across the street on a unsupervised lot so returning your vehicle takes little extra effort on your part so allow yourself enough time - check the mileage and return the keys to the counter and of course let them know if you've returned it with a full tank of fuel, they'll verify the mileage and fuel level at some point and charge your card the difference if you're wrong, it pays to spend a few extra minutes to ensure you've collected all your belongs or you'll have to walk all the way back. They kept my car for about a week, and during that time I had to spend a significant amount of money on Ubers and Lyfts because I had no vehicle. I was repeatedly told they were waiting on a part that hadn't arrived. Eventually, they called to say my car was finished. I paid approximately $2,000 and was waiting for them to bring my car around. After about 20 minutes, they came back and told me they actually needed to order another part but I could drive my car for now. The check engine light was still on. It took about another week for that part to arrive. Then I was told it would cost around another $2,000. At that point, I tried to work out some kind of solution or discount with them because of everything that happened. As of the time I'm writing this review, I have not received a response despite attempts to follow up. What disappointed me most was the communication throughout the process. Being told my car was finished, paying for the repair, and then finding out more repair parts were needed. Combined with the delays, additional transportation costs, and the lack of follow-up afterward, this was not the level of service I expected. This review reflects my personal experience. I hope the shop is able to improve its communication and customer service going forward.

The manager at this location was very well educated on all topics discussed and even went out of his way to do research on some things I needed to finalize my rental. He was very well spoken about his policies and stuck to them! I appreciated this service even more because it took quite a bit of time to get my reservation complete, about two hours. We had great conversation and felt like we weren't bothering anyone by being there for so long. I'm just passing thru town and just so happened to have stumbled into this Hertz location. I rent cars weekly for work and this is without question the worst experience I've had…read more It started with the ever annoying late show. Along with two others, I had an 8:00am (opening time) reservation. At 8, no employee could be found. There was the "out moving cars" sign posted, the rental car equivalent leaving the light in and a spare set of keys on the desk so your boss thinks you're still around. We walked outside, to the tiny rental lot, and to none of our surprise, she was nowhere to be found. Around 8:20, she leisurely walked in and started her day. Everything seemed relatively normal, I got my keys and went on my way. I get to the car, and it's filthy, oily French fry fingerprints on all of the surfaces. I walked back in and sort of cut in line and asked for some wipes, she rudely shouted "you're going to have to wait a minute", I said I've already waited 20. Needless to say, it went downhill from there. She eventually walked outside and lazily wiped it down with dry paper towels, all while cursing, complaining and denying seeing anything to clean up. Class act Enterprise, thanks for the enjoyable experience. The big take away, in the middle of this Covid-19 thing, while your competitors are thoroughly cleaning cars, handing out extra cleaning supplies to renters, and doing all they can to ensure customer confidence and safety, you're handing out dirty cars and wiping them down with dry paper towels.
