Everything was wonderful about my rental experience. This location is an asset to the Enterprise portfolio. I was very pleased with my first experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Yuma international airport. When the vehicle I reserved wasn't available at the time of my arrival and the other similar vehicles in the same class did not provide the equal amount of legroom Angelica and Justice went out of their way to ensure that they found me a vehicle that was comfortable for the needed legroom as I am 6'4". The follow-up communication as to how I was pleased during the course of my rental was extraordinary to say the least. Garbage. Absolute garbage. The customer service at this location used to be outstanding, friendly and accommodating, but has rapidly dwindled to absolute garbage. If you need to speak at the physical location you will not be able to. When you press 4 to speak with a local representative, the automated system tells you option 4 is not valid. When speaking with the representative on the 1-800 line, she was incredibly rude, then when asked to take the survey I was placed on an indefinite hold, this not being allow to take the survey and report her behavior. I was beyond happy to learn that this location now has luxury vehicles available; as that wasn't always the case. As a lover of beautiful cars, I would often fly into Phoenix or San Diego to rent a luxury car, and then just drive to Yuma. I'm so glad I don't need to do that anymore! Customer service is also important to me. Marco was at the desk on my last visit, and I can't think of a single thing he could have done better! It was apparent that he genuinely wanted me to be happy with all aspects of renting a car thru Enterprise. If I had a business, he's who I'd want representing my company. Vehicle selection and customer service are my priorities when renting a car and they were stellar in both those areas; great job! read more

I made a reservation online same day, got a confirmation email and confirmation number. When the time came to go get the car, not only is it hard to find the location, but when I called the woman I spoke with said that they tried to call me(not true since I didn't have any missed calls or voicemails) and inform me that no cars where available. It was extremely inconvenient because now my father has to drive me to the airport which is why I wanted to rebt a car in the first place so he wouldn't have to. If you decide to make a reservation with these clowns, I would call and make sure they actually have a car available. Absolute GARBAGE read more

Enterprise has been, for the last three years, my favorite place to rent a car. The customer service has always been very Goodman the cars have always been current and clean; no grumpy clerks or stinky rentals. They're usually not the best price in the airport but a couple of dollars' difference is easy to take when you know the car is clean and sound and your entire experience will be as hassle-free as possible. read more

I rent about once a month. and have done for the past 2-3 years. I started out with Hertz, as they had the best deal at the time, but we had to change cars due to mechanical problems three times in a row. The staff at the Yuma Airport location where I always rent was surly as well. Next I went to Avis, which had nice, courteous service and always-working cars. But then I went to Enterprise, b/c when I was comparing prices they were the cheapest. So only 1 rental so far from them. My husband noticed trash under the seat from a previous driver, so I reported it when I returned the car. They gave me a 5% discount for the trash, which I hadn't noticed. I'll be renting again in October, and will go with Enterprise. I've seen they have MiniCoopers, so I hope one day I can get one! read more

This is the first car rental company we go through now! We started out with Hertz because we have a business account, but Enterprise beats all of their prices 24/7, hands down. I rented a vehicle at this business on May 18th, 2019. This most recent rental was not my first, second, third, or fourth time renting with this business. However, this time was different than others because I had my car towed off the property. I have always parked my car here and not once have I encountered this situation. There is a sign in the designated parking lot that says "Enterprise parking only." However, this apparently does not apply to Enterprise customers. The employees of Enterprise make no mention, whatsoever, whether customer will be leaving their personal vehicle there at the airport or not. Employees neglect to even ask the question if customer drove their personal car there or if they arrived to the airport by some other form of transportation. Therefore, again, the Enterprise employees make no mention of where customers can and cannot park their personal vehicles. After enduring this situation, finding out where my car was located (since it was no longer at the airport, where I last left it), paying $258 to retrieve my vehicle, I then went back to this business to ask if there was somewhere that clearly states that customers cannot park their personal vehicles in the "Enterprise parking only" spaces/parking lot. The employee responded with "It is assumed that customers know to park in the airport parking lot, where they are to pay for their parking according to airport parking rates." In my opinion, this is terrible customer service and there should be some kind of clear indication that customers are to park their personal vehicles in a specific parking lot, regardless if they are customers to one of the car rental businesses within the airport. read more

Horrible service. Do rent from Enterprise at airport. Made reservation online 9/12, vehicle/ number confirmed, and when it was time to get the car, the reservation was not honored (paper confirmation in hand). They claimed there were no more vehicles available, only bigger sizes and at a, obviously, more expensive rate. I have used Enterprise (off 24th St) where they do offer good service. I recommend 24th St or 4th Ave over the airport one. Heck, there is even a car rental place 1/2 block away from airport. read more

I travel all the time, the Yuma airport Enterprise customer service is outstanding. I really enjoy their ability to provide service, they contact me a few days into the contract to verify that everything is going ok with their vehicle. The vehicles are clean and in great condition. read more

I made a reservation for a car and was told the one day rental would be $28. I picked up the car the next day. When I returned the car I was told the bill was $64. Double the price I was originally told. They said it was because of the basic protection I had gotten. I remember them asking if I wanted the premium or basic protection but it sounded like I had to get either one or the other. They also did not tell me what the price for the basic protection was going to be so I assumed it had been included in the price they quoted me for. Anyway they told me it was going to be $28 and then it turned out being $64. I felt like I was mislead. I'll be using another company next time. read more

I rented from the Yuma airport enterprise for 2/19/2016 and when I arrived at the airport to pick up my vehicle I had to wait over 45 minutes past my pick up time to receive my car. Employees were very apologetic and nice but still an inconvience when you are on a time line. Other then that nothing really significant to my experience. read more

Enterprise Car Rental poor customer service resulted in loss or possible theft of personal item: 2 days following a vehicle return I contacted the Yuma Airport Enterprise location in person regarding an item I left in the car. I gave the representative details and was assured by the representative that I would be contacted later that day after contacting the staff and current renter to locate the item. 12 hours later I had not received a call and I again contacted the Enterprise location by phone, the same representative stated she had not completed contacting everyone and stated that she or her replacement would contact me before they closed. By the time they closed they did not contact me. I then called Enterprise National customer service and was again assured they would follow up on the issue and that I would be contacted the following day. I have made a total of 3 calls to the National Enterprise customer service hotline and was assured twice that I would be called back, each time they have not followed through and I am losing hope that I will recover my item, and any faith in this companies commitment to its customers. read more
