I literally looked at ALL the Storage facilities in the area over a course of 3 weeks or so. So I would consider myself somewhat of an expert by now on their hours, options, offers, availability, and most notably the biggest difference which is their customer service. The short end of it is that Enterprise wins in all categories! Not only is it a great location right off the 5 and 134 freeways, but the best deal for the space, and a real great feel from the other renters. That combo is not what you find anywhere else. The place is family owned and you can really tell they care about your experience with them. The Manager Randy is great to deal with, very flexible, and kind. To be honest I left another facility in the middle of the month in order to come to Enterprise Self Storage because of how much better all around it is. If you are lucky enough to get space here jump on it because it seems like people don't leave once they are here. I know I am staying a very long time and I can not speak highly enough about it! This place feels like home!!!!! Randy is super professional and very friendly. If you are like me, always on the go and have a million things on your mind, than this is the place to rent storage space. Perfect location, open even on weekends, friendly smile every time you walk in. I'm all about customer service and if I could I would give this place 10 stars. I get a reminder email every month when I have shipment that has arrived, which makes life so much easier. In addition,to the friendly email reminders of shipment arrival, they always have street parking which makes loading and unloading so much easier. They also have candy treats which makes your day, when you need that sugar pick me upper. If your looking for amazing customer service, clean facility, helpful staff, friendly email reminders, amazing location, and easy parking accessibility than this is the place to rent storage space!!!!! Received more help then I expected! I went there on Wednesday they were fairly busy with people coming in paying their bill, putting things in storage etc. But Randy managed to take the time to show me the space I wanted, where all of the lighting was located and how to access the building. After discovering that I did not have enough space for my items, Randy walked with me and my boyfriend around the facility trying to help us find the appreciate storage space. Since Randy knows the facility inside and out he was able to find the additional space I needed next to the unit I originally rented, which made it more then convenient for us. The location is perfect for me since I live in Studio City, it's 10mins away. I feel safe going there during the day and evening. The facility is clean and neat at all times. Clean ( I'm OCD) 5. temperature control. - This place is a rare find! As I was taking my initial tour I had occasion to meet a woman who had sung the praises of Enterprise Storage she has maintained a unit there for years. She is right, it's terrific ! I am so happy I found Enterprise Self Storage. I needed to find a place to keep my items as my apartment & parking space has minimal storage which just wasn't enough. The units here are great. Good sizes and priced right!! I looked at other storage facilities in the area, but this was by far the best. Since I have moved into the unit, I have gotten to know some of the other renters with space and there is a high level of friendliness. I've even met people to network with! Randy, the manager, I can not say enough good things about. His customer service skills and simple kindness make it a pleasure to do business here. I have been a resident at ESS for a year now, and use my space as a studio. It's a great place, with great management, and with new surveillance cameras.....super secure. Randy, the general manager is super cool and very accommodating. I highly recommend this company, actually some of my fellow artists are waiting for a vacancy to rent a unite like mine. This is good space and it was convenient that they were open on weekends. I wish the loading dock was bigger (pretty much only one big truck can get back there at a time), but the interior was clean, the staff amicable and the price was right. I lived in Hollywood in between apartments, but it was worth the drive to Glendale for those Sundays and Saturdays when I needed stuff. A+ read more

Great Venue! I am an Artist and I turned my storage unit in to a studio. I could not find a better place for the price with a better management. When I arrived at the facility my unit to be was under construction and Randy the manager made everything possible to get me in as fast as he possibly could . Queer manager has sick relationship with homeless man. He let's these homeless people live in there. They come and go as they please . Shaving and dressing in the units. It's like a locker room at the YMCA. He let's them run the place. read more
