I rented a car from Bestway-Rent-A-Car in Burbank, CA in early June. I called to tell the rental office my plane was delayed by a half hour. I got there with a minute to spare, they were about to close. Oscar still took the time too make sure everything was in shape, and satisfactory. Also went over the details of the car. These guys really helped me out. My car had broken down and I needed to rent a car ASAP. These guys got me a ride and were very understanding when the mechanic kept adding more days to fix my car. The rental was a nice Nissan Cube! Kinda ugly on the outside but super clean and comfortable inside. Had a great experience with these guys. They picked me up from the car repair place right when they should have and took me to their location (close by), where the rental car was waiting. Can't remember whether it was a Corolla or a Camry, but it was spotless inside and out with a full tank of gas, just like it's suppose to be.
