They have access hours so if someone comes after hours, they'll know they are up to no good. I was happy with the price and the options I got. I got a 10'x15' space and it was a non-climate controlled space. But get this, technical the building the unit is in? Is temperature controlled which is what I thought climate control was. The climate control takes care of humidity for if you are storing electronics. The gate, the door entrance, the elevator, all are code required to access. And if you are moving items to the unit, you can use their truck at no cost! (reservation required) I am definitely happy to leave my items here at this facility.

Went to start it up and it wouldn't start. I didn't know road side assistance was 24/7, so I waited till they opened back up and the lady was rude and told me to contact roadside assistance. I asked her about an extension to finish due to truck malfunction and she said I would be charge extra and hung up on me. Finally got roadside out to get truck started and I just returned truck because I wasn't paying extra for something that was their fault. Over all, the staff was rude and it was a huge waste of my time and I'll never use U-Haul again.
