PLEASE spend a little extra and go elsewhere! It's going to cost you in the end anyways. Avis corporate is extremely difficult to navigate or reach anyone who can help. They are taught to deflect only and will lose your calls so you waste your time. This location does not answer phones either! The other issue is your contract is in the app and you will not be able to view it without their passcode to get in. It's a weird wonky system set up to deter you from communications. Please check out how many others have been ripped off on their FB page. Wish I had known sooner. Hertz and Enterprise are legit. This is NOT a legit place by any stretch. They may think they are but the rest of the industry is much better and more accountable.

I told him I'd be on my way out of the country and needed one way so I rented a car for one way with same day drop off at Logan Airport. He said the rate I was quoted was low. That's what I was quoted. Why not then negotiate? There was obviously a problem. BUT, I just said the car wasn't coming back here or today, I needed one way, drop off at Logan on the same day. He printed the paperwork and handed me my keys. The car with full tank was returned that day to Logan--October 14th. On the 18th, I was charged $758.77 for a weekly rental with a failure to return it to the same place. A four hour rental. He knew I thought I was renting one way, same day rental return to Logan. Why not renegotiate my contract before sending me? I have a public presence and will share this as often as I am able. I'll do whatever else I can. There is NO reason to EVER rent a car from this Hertz. The could have made a good amount of money with an ethical rental. I should have read everything. I know that. Do you? We had a very clear five sentence interaction and 4 hour car ride that cost this much. 758.77. Thieves. This was intentional. I was the first customer in the morning with no one waiting. So slick.
