It's like a bunch of middle school kids got a hold of some scheduling software and want to make money renting trucks in other cities. It might have worked if they had any knowledge or customer service skills. Trust me, they don't. My truck wouldn't start. After talking to multiple people, the manager told me I should have videoed the truck not starting! They didn't believe me and a had a policy that did not allow them to refund my money. Meanwhile I'd rented a UHaul to get my job done. And they have yet to provide me the details of their policy. The "we charge people for trucks that don't start" policy. They also delete all my reviews. So I'll be refreshing mine frequently. AVOID this company.

I was so impressed at the ease and efficiency of the mobile self storage and especially the mobile truck rental, they have different help lines for different things and each of them were SO helpful. This was the first time I needed a hitch and trailer service from UHaul. While there was a missed step for a part to install, the team there helped me locate the missing part and quickly and effectively installed the hitch and had the van trailer reserved ready to go! They did everything RIGHT! My entire experience from start to finish with the GM and the staff (full time AND part time!) were so very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. The man at the front desk tried to call around to the neighboring Uhaul to see if they had any dollys available but none were. All of this was incredibly time consuming after standing in line for a long time. This incident ended up ruining my moving experience. After the store was unable to resolve my issue I messaged Anthony Summerfield the Uhaul General Manager but he replied with a very unhelpful response. This is the worst service I've ever had from any business during a move. Stay away from this company, Anthony Summerfield does not value his customers as you can see in the screenshots!
