    Brett and Entertainment Express were F***ING AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure our day ran perfectly. I have worked with dozens of DJs and executed hundreds of weddings as a former wedding coordinator, and this team is extremely talented. Every transition was smooth, every moment was perfectly timed, and the flow of the whole night was seamless. I understand the whole team worked together to produce a perfect wedding, but Brett specifically was an absolute joy to work with. Just trust him and let his experience lead the way. Everything was SO EASY. We truly couldn't be happier with how our wedding turned out. Our guests are still talking about how great the night was. I truly believe the DJ/ Production team is the most important part of planning a modern wedding and this team will ensure EVERYTHING else will naturally fall into place.     Entertainment Express were so awesome and beyond THOROUGH and METICULOUS for our wedding, ensuring that no stone was left unturned with not only music and presentation, but also run of show, flow, backup plans, and helping us to think outside the box. More important, as a same-sex couple, they were very conscientious of all formalities and non-gender specific paperwork and planning.     We loved everything about working with Entertainment express. Every staff member we interacted with was super knowledgable and offered great advice, and we had no technical issues with the mics, or with the playlists. Our favorite part was the in depth package they have you fill out so that every detail is covered- from the songs you want played at exact moments, to any potential tension with family members. We felt that they really "got" the vibe and tone we wanted for the wedding, and they made sure to help us execute it. And if you're getting married at Padua where are the in-house DJ's, be sure to get the low lying fog or bubbles, as they were both all people could talk about.

    We could not say enough positive things about Entertainment Express and how flawless they made the whole wedding planning process and the day itself. The entire team is absolutely incredible. There was no need for a wedding planner or coordinator. They did such a fantastic job being in charge of the timeline and making sure there were smooth transitions and also letting all of our guests know what was going on at all times and where to be. We attended a few bridal shows at Padua Hills Theatre and got to meet and interact with Brett and Evan on multiple occasions and they are just such a delight to be around. Brett was our MC and he was just the absolute BEST!!! Regardless of if we booked our wedding at Padua or not, we would have absolutely booked with Entertainment Express and I would again and again for any other events. I wish we could get married every weekend to spend time with them! We even had such a great time at our planning meeting with Evan and he was so helpful with the song picking process. I thought it was going to be overwhelming and difficult but it really wasn't. We had a wonderful time and laughed and cried. If I could give them 100 stars I would!!! Thank you Brett, Evan, Bree and the rest of your team for being so amazing and making our day the most magical day of our lives!!

    At first I was kinda apprehensive about Padua's mandatory policy to utilize Entertainment Express as our MCs and DJ. However, in the end they more than exceeded our expectations! They were highly professional, punctual and thoughtful. Bret walked us through every step from lighting, song selection, and order of events. Our guests were so pleased with the production with many telling us that our wedding was so fun and well planned! Listen, don't think just book. You will not regret the unforgettable experience these guys will provide.

    From beginning to end, Entertainment Express played a huge roll in making our wedding night one that we will never forget. Evan was our amazing MC for the evening and kept our guests happy and entertained. Scott kept the party going as our DJ and played all the songs we had on our request list, which made me want to dance the rest of the night! This night was 14 months in the making. They guided us before and during the wedding. We had no idea how much work would be involved. Evan made it easy with a little bit of homework to help us pick the songs we wanted for all the memorable moments of the night. We definitely recommend Entertainment Express for any event especially for weddings!

We were referred to HeartSound by our wedding coordinator Cynthia who spoke very highly of them. We checked out their mixes on their page and we were sold, it was apparent from the get-go that both Ricardo and Adrian are superb disc jockeys and have great knowledge of different kinds of music. They legit live mix and are darn good at it. We first met with Ricardo and Adrian through video call and they were both static to work with us and make our wedding reception one to remember. The planning process was stress-free, with open communication and prompt email responses. We filled out their "Music Questionaire" and this helped all of us be on the same page. They listened to our requests and understood the type of celebration we were looking for. Both are super professional and personable. The evening of the wedding, HeartSound was there on time and looking sharp. They were able to hit all our favorite genres while keeping our guests on the dance floor. Ricardo and Adrian understood when the music needed to be turned up and when they just needed some background noise. We also had a live singer for a portion of the dinner service and they supported her and it was all done seamlessly. I would like to mention that we had Spanish-speaking only guests at our wedding and HeartSound's bilingual skills were greatly appreciated. Overall their MCeeing was fun and engaging, the perfect amount of hype for us at each stage of the evening. If you book these guys, you will not be disappointed, please, do yourselves the favor! Thank you for making sure the vibe was right the whole night, Adrian and Ricardo. We received so many compliments from guests raving about how much fun they had at the wedding reception and YOU were such a big reason why! When we came across Heart + Sound, we knew they were the perfect match for us! It was clear that Adrian and Ricardo cared about making our vision for the day come to life. They were deeply curious about the "why" behind our music selection, were very flexible/open to suggestions, and best of all were bi-lingual! On the big day, they played all of our music choices flawlessly and even added their own flare that kept the party going until the very last song. Lastly, the Heart + Sound team was extremely professional and accessible. We had a few last minute requests and they graciously accommodated.     So happy we booked Heather for WTW's month-of package. We were actually looking for a day-of…read morecoordinator but after speaking with Heather, we realized that month-of would be more beneficial especially with vendor logistic/timing (plus WTW prices were reasonable). Heather saw us 2x before the big day: final venue walk through and our rehearsal day. She was super organized during those 2 days and helped guide us with our venue and corral our entire wedding party during the rehearsal. Heather also provided us with a day-of timeline, even for the hours she was not physically at the venue. On the wedding day, she arrived with Annaleise (team member) around 3pm and immediately got to work with the decor set up before our 6pm ceremony. All we had to do was hand over our room key and off they went! To be honest, we were so busy that day that if we didn't have Heather helping us out, I'm not sure how we could've accomplished what we needed to do. No amount of uncles and aunties could've done what WTW did in the same amount of time hah. Plus we had a cocktail hour "flip" during our ceremony, so having WTW help us during that time was crucial. At the end of the night, all our items were returned to vendors or packed away in the boxes we brought them in and stored in our room. During the month of, WTW used Google's suite to keep everything organized and documented, which I found very helpful since its a program that I am familiar with (vs learning a new program). And Heather also provides some rentals if you want to add more to your decor, which was also VERY helpful when we needed more candles and stands. Heather is professional, calm, and assertive. She knows what needs to be done to help make your day run smoothly and is a team player with the vendors and venue. For reference, our wedding was in Riverside, a church ceremony, 8 people in the wedding party, 120 guests, ~10 vendors, plated meals, and a hotel venue reception. We had a couple funky additions in the night which made the reception feel nontraditional, but Heather handled them like it was normal. We haven't received official pictures yet, but when we do, I hope to update this review so any new potential clients can see her magic. Thanks again!!

Design: We told Abby we wanted an "East Meets West" theme that blended our cultures in a way that felt modern and elegant, a tough balance that could've easily come off as cheesy in if executed poorly. But Abby nailed it of course, her design sense is unreal. From color palettes and floral choices to the way she tied together modern décor with cultural elements, everything was cohesive and elevated. She has an incredible eye for detail and always found creative, out-of-the-box ways to make our ideas work. The end result was a wedding that felt truly felt like us! Communication: Throughout the entire process, Abby and her team were consistently on top of communication. She kept us updated between meetings, sent friendly reminders, and made sure we were always aligned on next steps. It's easy for things to slip through the cracks when planning something this big, but Abby kept everything organized and stress-free. Some of our vendors were booked more than a year in advance, but Abby and her team were always on top of follow-ups, contracts, and logistics. Working Style: We can't say enough about how enjoyable it was to work with Abby and her team. They're so friendly, positive, and genuinely care about their couples. Whenever unexpected hiccups came up (and they always do in wedding planning), Abby handled them with grace and a sense of humor. She's done hundreds of weddings, so she always had the experience to guide us to make informed decisions. Planning is one thing, but executing flawlessly is another and they did it all seamlessly. From coordinating vendors to keeping our timeline on track, they were everywhere and nowhere all at once, putting out fires behind the scenes before we even knew they existed. At the end of the night, we were blown away to see how they had already packed up all our belongings, made sure our ride was ready, and tied up every little loose end without us lifting a finger. That level of thoughtfulness really showed how much they care. Budget & Financial Management: The truth is weddings are expensive, and it's easy for costs to spiral if you're not careful. Abby was phenomenal at keeping everything organized and transparent. She tracked every expense, set reminders for upcoming milestone payments for vendors, and even handled tipping for all our vendors so we didn't have to stress about it on the big day. What really stood out was her honesty and foresight -- anytime a decision could push us beyond our budget, she proactively flagged it and walked us through the financial trade-offs before we committed. Our wedding took place on February 4, 2024, at the Mission Inn Hotel in Riverside. Due to a tight budget, I decided to plan all the pre-wedding details myself (which, while rewarding, was extremely exhausting -- I wouldn't necessarily recommend it!). However, I knew I would need a professional coordinator for the day of the wedding itself. Also, the Mission Inn Hotel has a preferred vendor list, and by choosing vendors from that list, we were able to avoid additional vendor fees. To be honest, I initially chose Ana because she was the most affordable option on their list. But after working with her, I realized she was absolutely essential to the success of our wedding day! Ana has many years of experience in the wedding industry and is incredibly knowledgeable about every step of the process -- she even holds a minister's license. On the day of the wedding, she flawlessly managed the timeline, handled unexpected issues with ease, and allowed us to fully enjoy every precious moment without stress. I can confidently say that without Ana's support, our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was. As first-time bride and groom who had no prior experience with wedding planning, we wholeheartedly recommend Ana as your wedding coordinator.
