    Very rude front desk on 8-6-2020 if you have a choice find another place. There was a detour to get to the office outside the hospital and it took me an extra 7 mins to get inside. So I was 7 min late to a 11:30 appointment. I understand that's sometimes not ok. But once I got inside I stood in line while two ppl that were together were filling out paper work and I was second in line my I remind you. After the ppl got finished with their paper work it was now 10:53 and I was told I may not be seen. And they asked me to step outside to do my paperwork even though I may not be seen. So update I was walked back to the room by a very rude lady that was whispering to the lady up front before calling my name I've been working on my review and want to post it but have little wifi so on my way to the room I asked what's the WiFi password and she told me they don't have a guest WiFi. So I asked why one shows up and she stated they don't have one. I'll include a pic of the WiFi guest that they do have. My guess is they don't want my review. I'll let you know soon how long I've waited in the room and how the dr treats me.

    I was having some trouble with my tonsils. The doctor I saw was very nice and seemed competent. Really not a whole lot they could do for me, but she did prescribe me Flonase and some allergy pills. Much cheaper with my insurance than just over the counter. I appreciated that. I would go back to them. Good experience.

I was having problems with my voice for the last 3 months and I felt uncomfortable swallowing at times. I scheduled an appointment for 9/23. 2 days later a person on her office staff called me and told me she would do a Telemedicine call only and if she saw fit, She would have me come in. GREAT! Docs are now charging patients their full copay, mine is $30 for a telephone consult an then charge another $30 to come into the office to be checked. $60.....come on! So, I call my other ENT in Phoenix. They told me by all means, come in, we even have an opening tomorrow. So I went in and had a full exam. He even scoped my throat by putting a endoscope in my nose and down my throat and had me make certain sounds. The Dr. found some problems that I will not go into her but he told me to discontinue an inhaler that I was using that was prescribed by another Dr. He also said some of my problem may be due to acid reflux and I may have to change from OTC meds to something more suited for my condition. So tell me, how could that diagnosis been made via the phone? It wold have cost me $60 instead of $30. This Telemdicine this is a racket, a licence for doctors to increase their bottom line.They can charge you your deductible and code whatever they want to the insurance company. I have already dismissed 3 of my long term docs for bad practices like this. I dismissed my PCP last November after 15 years. I was in a car accident and went to the hospital emergency. The Hospital told me to see my PCP and follow up in 3 weeks with my PCP. My normal copay is $20 to my PCP and he wanted $150, what a rip for a follow up. I told them I am a patient for 15 years, they told me that they asked the Dr. and he said that is the rate.I tried to get the Dr. to change it but no go, so I quit his practice also. Why do doctors feel it is ok to fleece ther patients.

His words after looking ONLY at my nose was "I don't see a problem." Seriously my nose was tender to the touch due to the sores. The audiologist was ridiculous. She put a sample pair on me that were not working right/not programmed properly. I tested them for almost 2 wks, went back and told her the pair she put on me didn't make a difference. She claimed to try to change but couldn't figure out how so told me to take the first pair home and try them again. They didn't work the 1st 2 weeks so now they were supposed to magically start working? OR I could buy a pair (over $4,000). The overall experience lacked care and compassion from staffing, on time appts (I understand a few minutes late but not 45-60 minutes for every appt), follow up from there office, etc. oh, and I bought the brand Widex that she suggested, but not from them. And I paid a lot less than what they were going to charge.
