Entre Nous delivered one of those nights you don't try to top you just let it happen. From the moment we sat down, Julian took care of us like we were regulars, striking that rare balance of attentive without hovering. The owners added to the warmth of the space genuinely welcoming, the kind of presence that makes a place feel personal rather than polished-for show. The sea bass was the standout: perfectly crisped skin, buttery and delicate underneath, resting over earthy lentils that soaked up every bit of flavor. Paired with a smooth Malbec, it all came together effortlessly. But honestly, the best part of the night wasn't just the food or the wine. it was the company. The soft candlelight, a shared table, and her next to me made everything taste better. A spot that feels intimate without trying too hard. Definitely coming back.

We decided to try this French restaurant in Pasadena but it sadly didn't live up to our expectations. The food atmosphere was lovely and they had a nice patio on the side. Some highlights of the dinner were the escargot, duck pate (super gamey if you like it like that), and the green peppercorns on the entrecôte. The filet mignon was also super tender and paired nicely with the blue cheese. Other things we got were the steak tartare, short rib ravioli, duck confit pasta, and the mussels. Although yummy, everything felt like it lacked salt. We were excited for the duck confit pasta, but it was lacking a rich creamy sauce like that on the short rib ravioli. The mussels are cooked in a soup that was milkier than other places, which although yummy, threw us off a bit. Overall, it has a nice ambiance and vibes, but the food we had was very subpar. Considering the prices of the appetizers, tapas, and entrees, the portion sizes were very small (I am aware that French cuisine has smaller portions already). Service was excellent and our server was very attentive to our party throughout the night.

Service was very good. Slow a little bit at times but server was nice. And food came out pretty quickly. Food was above average but nothing I would come back for a second time around. Our dinner seating was at 7pm and one of the specials was an octopus salad. We were happy to order and try it but the server came back later and said they were sold out. For a typical dinner time, it's off they ran out of their special. Appetizers: Half dozen oysters - tasted fresh. The ones I ate were shucked completely Hiramasa sashimi - best app of the night. Delicious Escargots - cooked correctly and fresh and tender. Needed some salt. Just all butter feel. Mains: I ordered the duck confit papparadelle. It was good and at least the portion size was decent. Just nothing spectacular. My sister's halibut dish was made well but portion size really small. They sell the same dish as a tapas size. The main was so small already that it makes me wonder how small the tapa is. My friend's sea bass was a better portion size. Server recommended profiteroles which were ok too. The server gave us each our own plate which was nice.

We finally made it to Entre Nous, and it exceeded our expectations! Every dish was meticulously prepared and so, so delicious. The escargots were a wonderful start followed by our scrumptious mains -- Sea Bass, Steak Au Poivre, Cacio e Pepe and the Ravioli Special. The Crème Brûlée and Floating Island were beautifully presented and a wonderful end to a fantastic dinner. Lovely ambiance. Service was simply exceptional from the entire staff. We'll be back!

This was our first date night of the year! We made reservations for Saturday night around 6pm. The ambiance was SOO cozy, very inviting. Almost like eating at your grandma's home. It wasn't too busy yet. The restaurant itself is small but perfectly intimate. The service was welcoming & attentive. Our server was amazing. Great recommendations and kind. The food that we tried: -Escargots de Bourgogne 24 French farmed snails in shells, garlic, butter, parsley. This was my husband's first time trying escargot and he loved it ! The snails were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Entrecôte Au Poivre 62 10 oz ribeye steak, peppercorn sauce, french fries. Juicy steak!! We got it medium, well seasoned, tender. French fries reminded us of a fancy McDonald's haha Short Rib Ravioli 43 Braised short rib, braissage jus, parmesan, sage. Loved the flavor ! Juicy inside. Wish there were more. Légumes du Jour 17 Chef's selection of sautéed vegetables Helped balance and neutralize all of our main dishes. Loved the assortment of different veggies. I loved how well balanced and seasoned everything was. It's hard for me to enjoy restaurant often because of hot salty the food can be but that was not the case here. I enjoyed every dish so much. We cannot wait to come back !!

And once again a winner. Nice, cozy, friendly, and most importantly, the food was on point. Everything was delicious and made a great impression to our guests from India. PREVIOUS REVIEW 2: Time and again a great place to have a wonderful dinner in a relaxed and cozy environment, with French style. The staff is always knowledgeable and attentive. The food super delicious, nicely presented, and even though not meant to be shared, they did not hesitate to bring extra plate to do so. PS: just maybe the poster with Depardieu maybe past its best time and would benefit from a replacement. PREVIOUS REVIEW 1: In the space of the former Spanish tapas restaurant "Raciòn", a French cuisine - Entre Nous - conquered the space. Just entre nous, the space has not changed a whole lot, except that there is an Eiffel tower at the entrance and a few French posters on the walls. And nonetheless, the visit for dinner was absolutely worthwhile. The menu was retrievable via QR colde. Start with a simple but delicious Kir Royale, followed by a fresh green salad, a tasty onion soup and a salmon tartare. There were excellent choices for the main course. The Seabass, Duck Breast, and the Rack of Lamb, respectively, were all outstanding, on point, and perfect in texture. Yes, missing Racion, but Entre Nous is a qualified replacement.

This French restaurant just within Old Pasadena is a gem. They have both indoor and outdoor seating; the outdoor allows for dogs. The service was great and the ambiance is really nice. All of the dishes were outstanding with lots of great flavors.

We came on a Sunday at 5:30 PM with a reservation, though the restaurant was still pretty empty at that time. The crowd started picking up around 7 PM as we were leaving. The staff was very attentive and quick to clear our plates as soon as we were done with each dish. They offer a nice selection of French wines and alcoholic drinks, along with daily specials that aren't listed on the menu, which the server will explain at the beginning of your meal. We ordered the escargot, salade d'endives au roquefort, duck confit (tapa), rack of lamb (tapa), and filet mignon au bleu d'Auvergne. I'd recommend the escargot, rack of lamb, and filet mignon in particular. The lavender sauce on the lamb was especially delicious, and our medium rare filet mignon was perfectly tender. For dessert, we tried the Îles Flottantes AKA floating island. I'd heard about it on cooking shows and was excited to finally try it. It was a unique treat that's light, not overly sweet, and a good portion to share between two people. As for parking, there's a structure just around the corner as well as available street parking. It's Pasadena, so expect to pay for parking.

Overall, this is a cute, cozy little restaurant that would be great for a date. We had the escargots, and my mother had the halibut with whipped potatoes. She enjoyed her fish, which she said had a great sauce pairing. I had the special, which was salmon surrounded by vegetables. It was a light, delicious dish. The salmon skin was nicely crispy with a lot of flavor.

Solid restaurant overall with cute decor and vibes. Ranked from most to least favorite: + Beef tartare: Get this if you want a strong flavored tartare, with a good amount of vinegar. What's interesting is that it's paired with chips versus the usual bread. The chips were nicely done but not for heavy dipping because it's pretty fragile. + Scallop risotto: Very buttery and the scallops were tender. Well done dish overall. + Moules: I liked how juicy the mussels were and the fries paired with them were fried perfectly. However I couldn't rate this very high because the mussels weren't the best quality with the large amount of sand in quite a few of them. + Duck main: My boyfriend had this one but I tried a few pieces and this was my least favorite in terms of the duck flavor. The gamey flavor caught me off guard on this one. Solid appetizers and tapas so it's still a good place to hang but the mains needed some work (or maybe better ingredients).

Filet mignon with potato gratin! Great wine selection as well!

I came once for my birthday during covid and I've been dying to go back. It was just as good as I remembered it. The must have appetizers for me are the escargot and the Brie in a puff pastry. They're sooo good. Next time I really want to try the duck pate. I want to try everything on the menu actually Service was impeccable when we came the first time and nothing changed this time. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The ambiance here is super cozy and intimate. A real French feel. We chose to sit outside today as the weather was nice and I love some twinkly lights. The plan is go to back often so I don't eat so much every time lol

Food and service were spectacular. In the front of the space it's more casual, but there's plenty of seating and a gorgeous outdoor patio in the back. If you are in Pasadena, I HIGHLY recommend coming here!

Our waiter was incredibly passive and at times it felt like we were being completely ignored. He would attend to tables around us but never checked in with us, had what seemed like a limited knowledge of the menu, and offered a half assed apology at the end of the night. The table next to us was clearly someone of importance, because they kept getting "gifted" foods, cheeses, drinks, etc. - which is fine, but only magnified our poor service. We also saw our food and beverages as well as other tables food and beverages be delivered to the wrong tables. My fiances sorbet was given to the special table next to us, but they had already had their dessert, and so the wait staff left with it and a minute later delivered it to our table melted. There was one staff member that was wonderful, and it seemed like he was a busboy who was filling in for our waiter (sorry I did not get his name) but he was very kind, personable, and would be the reason we come back, aside from the great food. There was also no acknowledgement of the special occasion we were celebrating, which is a minor thing but at other restaurants it's usually never missed and helps make for a nice experience especially when we mark that we are here celebrating an anniversary. All in all it was a disappointing experience. We may return for the food in the future, because it was excellent, but the service needs to be worked on.

We always start with the Brussels sprouts--they are absolutely excellent and definitely one of our favorites. I usually order the skirt steak, which is getting harder to find at restaurants these days, and Granville does a great job with it. The atmosphere is also fantastic, especially on the top floor on a nice evening. My only criticism is that the service in the bar area can be a little slow at times, and it sometimes takes a while for someone to get to you. Other than that, we've really enjoyed every visit. Great food, great atmosphere, and a place we continue to come back to. I highly recommend Granville!

The last time I was there, I had a Farmhouse Beets appetizer - roasted organic beets, lemon-oregano vinaigrette, feta, arugula, candied pecans - which was delicious. For the main course I got the Chipotle Chicken Club - chicken, bacon, avocado, jack cheese, red onion, chipotle aioli on ciabatta - really good and it also came with potato chips (were a bit too oily). For dessert, I had the Yuzu Olive Oil Cake - oh my, it was sooo good, loved it. Berry Lemonade was good but a little too sweet for my taste. Arturo was our server and was attentive and helpful. Overall, a really good experience. I'll definitely come back :)
