Beautiful urns to choose from for your pets ashes.
    Trish D.

One of the hardest decisions we had to make after the passing of our beloved Kitty Callie was where to take her for cremation. My dad died a couple of years ago and Messenger Mortuary handled his final arrangements. While at the funeral home I noticed a sign for Entrusted Pets. Wondered what Entrusted Pets was and researched this business. Quickly learned that they were started by the owners of Messenger Mortuary who wanted a place where our beloved pets could receive care after they had passed away. The staff at Entrusted Pets was very caring and compassionate. Their pricing was reasonable. They also offered many different urns for Callie's ashes. Hoping we don't have to use their services anytime soon, but it's comforting to know that Entrusted Pets will be there for us.

I cannot say enought about Entrusted Pets and Jimmy, the associate that worked with us. We had to say Good-bye to our beloved Min-pin Mosley. The kindness and compassion that they showed to our family was overwhelming and after such a roller coaster of emotions we are pleased to know that Mosley's ashes are back home with his family and I know he is frolicking with the angels up in heaven. I would also like to express our deep appreciate to Messingers Mortuary for working in conjunction with Entrusted Pets. The Messingers are a Family that truly cares about your Family. Also to Saguaro Veternary Clinic of Scottsdale for their genuine caring of all animals and for the compassion they showed us during this time of sorrow. Thank you to all that helped us during our time of need.

My cat Deogee recently passed away unexpectedly. I called Entrusted pets to cremate him because I saw the amazing reviews on Yelp. From the very first phone call I made that Sunday afternoon talking to Jimmy I knew I chose the right company to help me and my best friend. When I dropped him off they had a room with a bed and seating just to say goodbye. When I got him back they had stamped his foot into clay and my heart just was filled with so much emotion. It means so much. Thank you so much Entrusted Pets

Wow...I cannot say how very thankful I am for these folks. My precious dog passed away, very suddenly and unexpected, and I did not know what to do. I called and was greeted warmly and comforting and scheduled a time to bring my sweet boy in. We discussed options etc and I didn't feel pressured to do anything other than what was comfortable for me. Upon arrival, I was greeted so warmly. My apologies for not remembering that kind woman's name...I was in a bit of a state, but she was so thoughtful and kind. It made a HUGE difference in leaving my sweet boy with her. I was so pleasantly surprised, and sad too, when I received to most heartfelt card and note in the mail, along with precious paw prints of my Chevy Chase-Brown. I HIGHLY recommend these folks for any needs you may have, regarding you beloved pet(s) cremation. Life is a circle and I have no doubt, when needed, I will use these guys

Our sweetest 13 year old mix, Nemmie, took a sharp turn for the worse after a brief battle with splenic cancer. I reached out to AARP on a Friday in hopes of scheduling them over the weekend. I was able to schedule online, and Shelley reached out the following morning to confirm the appointment and provide resources and instructions. Unfortunately, Nemmie's condition rapidly declined and it was clear that she would not make it to the original appointment. I reached out the Shelley, who was able to reschedule our appointment to that same day to make sure our sweet girl could be put to rest with dignity and little to no suffering. Dr. Falcone was the vet assigned to us. She called me roughly 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, letting me know that she was in the area and could arrive before the 12pm appointment. However, she also let us know that it was completely okay if we wanted her to wait until the original appointment time so we could spend an extra few minutes with our girl. She arrived promptly at the appointment time, and was nothing short of an angel for our girl (and for us) throughout the entire experience. I can imagine that having her job would not be an easy one. However, she handled our situation with such grace, empathy, and kindness. Before the procedure started, she took the time to walk us through each step of the process. She also made sure to be as gentle as possible, while getting Nemmie as comfortable as possible before everything started. We also have another dog in the house, who was very curious about what was going on. Dr. Falcone was so sweet to him as well, and let him sniff her, give licks, and be all up in her business prior to the procedure starting. She also did not rush us at any point in the slightest, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet girl. Once the procedure had finished and Nemmie was no longer with us, again, Dr. Falcone let us have as much time as wanted to say our final goodbyes. She also allowed me the privilege of lifting my girl onto the stretcher, covering her with a blanket, and helping carry her out of our house and to Dr. Falcone's car for transportation to the crematorium. One small little touch that I'll forever remember. She was also very clear that there are two options for having your dog's ashes returned to you: either having them shipped to the vet, or shipped directly to your home. AARP's services, quality of care, and empathy for their clients & their pets are truly second to none. The opportunity to have been able to put our girl to rest in the comfort of her lifelong home while surrounded by love and comfort, is truly something that you can't put a price on. When your inevitable duty as a pet parent to see your pet off to the Rainbow Bridge comes, I can't recommend using All About Restful Pets enough. They truly are the best at what they do, and make the worst day of your life just a little bit better.

Even though I knew this moment was coming, no one can truly be prepared to wake up to find your beloved pet has passed away overnight. It was very difficult emotionally to process the loss, let alone trying to figure out what to do with his body. I called a few places that I found online, but the only person to call me back was Desmond (in 10 minutes no less!). He was able to drive over to our house right away. Desmond was kind, supportive, and very helpful. When he gave us his business card, I noticed a photo of one of his Dobermans on the card. It felt like a sign from above that my little Joey was going to be well taken care of. When Joey's ashes were ready, Desmond drove the remains back to our house and delivered the most wonderful package. The urn is a gorgeous wood box, and the clay paw print comes with a small display stand. Some of Joey's fur was also included in a little glass bottle. The note from the cremation center said a tree was planted as well. I've had other pets cremated in the past, but this is by far the most beautiful package I've seen. I would highly recommend Peaceful Pet Transport to anyone in this situation. Desmond is truly an angel and I'm very appreciative for his help through an extremely difficult time.

From the moment I called this place, I was met with empathy, patience, and understanding. I was helped every step of the way and they even put me in touch with a vet who could perform the euthanasia necessary for my 18-year old cat. Any pet-owner can attest to the depth of despair they feel when they have to say goodbye, so having someone there to help dispel any confusion was such a blessing. They went above and beyond. Fast forward to today, 11-29-25. I called Entrusted Pets right when they opened at 9am and the call was answered by someone who responded in a manner that did not align with what I've come to expect from Entrusted Pets. I explained how my 11-year old German Shepherd was diagnosed with cancer and we were told she had maybe a week left. I asked if they still offered assistance with setting up the euthanasia and I was told no. I was then told that a vet would have to come to my place, and we would then have to bring our dog's body to them for the cremation. This is in stark contrast to my previous experiences where I could bring my pet to their facility, say goodbye, and they took care of everything after that. But today, there was no understanding, no support - it was very clinical and matter-of-fact. The entirety of the call lasted exactly one minute, and that included me asking all my questions. Unfortunately, this place isn't what is used to be. Instead, I'll just find a Vet to come to my home - as suggested - and take it from there.

I'm impressed that even if a person chooses the communal cremation that they bury the ashes in a very nice place in Payson that people can visit. I chose the semi-private option.
