Pros: The ladies give great haircuts and have affordable prices, so no complaints there! Cons: I ended up leaving the salon and going elsewhere after my hair dresser showed up late for my appointments at least 3 times, and the salon mis-booked another one of my appointments and wanted to know why I didn't show up for it. I waited over 40 minutes the most recent time because my hair dresser wasn't even on site, and I didn't return again after that debacle. They did a good job, but please be on time for your clients! I now go to a salon where I pay more, but get much better service and they are always ready to take me immediately when I have a booked appointment. read more

I was looking for a haircut at a rate that was more affordable for my budget. I made an appointment and then called back to ask about the price. I paid $27. I arrived, met the hairdresser and got my hair washed. I consulted with the hairdresser regarding the haircut I wanted etc. Although friendly, At no time did anyone inform me that the "hairdresser" was not licensed or in-training. I didn't think he was very good but that's the risk, I thought. Once he got to half done, he had a supervising hairdresser check his work and basically fix it (Thankfully!!). After asking questions, I found out that he had not yet taken the test and did not have practice on actual people while he was in school. I was there for 2 hours! I was so happy when I got to get out of that chair. I couldn't take much more. Totally annoyed at myself for not asking more questions beforehand. Definitely felt like a guinea pig. Never will I go there again. They should have informed me when I called for the appointment. Unfair practice... even if the price was less. read more

Absolutely horrible! I left with my hair wet,since my 7 year old unexpectedly had to come. Once it dried, it was shaped like a bell, blunt cut across the bottom. not a single layer anywhere. Garbage! I used the coupon they have in the silver city ,cut and color for 45.00. I was charged an xtra ten, because I have wavy hair. I am leaving 1 star because I have no option to leave 0. read more

I'm so grateful for having found Enve salon!! I started going to Enve a few months ago, based on recommendations from my friend who has been going there for a few years. We had been talking and I mentioned to her that her hair always looks so healthy, and that I was very unhappy with my hair color and texture. I have fine, naturally curly hair that has to be colored every 4 weeks. Kim, the owner, is my stylist and has literally brought my hair back to life. The color looks so healthy, and the texture is soft and no longer feels like straw. I've received a lot of compliments on my hair during the past few weeks, and I feel more confident. Prior to going to Enve, I had been going to a salon whose hair products were described as '96% natural'. Unfortunately, after going to that particular salon for more than 2 years, I had noticed my hair was actually thinning, and felt like straw everyday. I was very discouraged, as the color of my hair went from a soft brown to an almost sun bleached blonde, which the stylist claimed was just how my hair seemed to respond to their product. I wasted tons of money on various shampoos/conditioners/styling products/hair dryers, etc, during those two years and had assumed maybe it was something that just happens to your hair as you get older. Fortunately, I decided it was time for a change, and figured I'd check out Enve salon, based on how great my friend's hair had looked over the years. Enve's location is convenient, with ample parking and there are lots of shopping plazas close by, so I can run errands while I'm in the area. The prices are great, and are much less than what I was paying at the other salon. Kim and her staff are very friendly, and make you feel very comfortable. I am extremely lucky to have found Enve salon, and I'm enjoying all the 'good hair days'. Thank you Kim!!! read more

Melissa is my hairdresser and she always does an amazing job. I tend to change my mind a lot and no matter what new idea I have in mind Melissa is able to make it look even better than I can expect! She always pays close attention and makes sure I like what I am getting. With thick, curly hair, I've never had anyone blow out my hair as good as she does! read more

I have had amazing cuts and color here and often admire the cuts received by other clients. The girls are fun but professional and it's almost like going home. I was there one time when one of the hairdresser's car broke down, and the owner sent someone to pick up her up so it wouldn't inconvenience the clients. Things do happen, so I was surprised that someone would give such a low rating when they admittedly got got a great haircut. Folks, this is the best bang for the buck and I'm glad I found them! read more

My 3 year old daughter who has never has her hair done ever had an updo done. The next day i went to wash her hair and it smelled awful and when i brushed it clumps of hair came out. I messaged the owner and she was very unsympathetic and basically made me feel like i was making this up. She agreed to take a look at it the next day. She was so rude and said the smell was hairspray, What hairspray smells burnt? She then told me my daughters hair had split ends and no damage was caused by her stylist. She never once apologized and refused to refund me saying that i was simply there because I wanted my money back. How rude! My daughter was so upset with the whole ordeal and now she has to have her hair cut that she has been trying to grow out. Finally after demanding she refund me she did. I can not believe how rude the owner of Enve is and how she treated and spoke to myself and my daughter. Very disappointed and do not recommend this salon. read more
