This place is overpriced for the work that the hairdressers actually put into hair. I paid $20 for the hair dresser to barely touch my hair while cleaning it (although I loved the smell of the shampoo and conditioner), for her to cut almost nothing off when I asked for a couple inches off, and no blow dry!! Awful, dirty place. They had not cleaned the floors in what looked like a solid hour or two, and my hairdresser re-used dirty tools to cut my hair. Next time I'll remember to wait the extra day and go to my normal hair salon. I never recommend going to this Supercuts, avoid at all costs!!! read more

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE...STAY AWAY!!! My boyfriend went in for a simple, "bald fade", and came out under 10 minutes later with hair that was all hacked up, and looked far worse than when he walked in. Del, the hair dresser he had the unfortunate experience with, would not listen to a thing he said, and refused to cut is hair the way he asked. If she cut his hair and it looked nice, even if it was not the style he requested that would be OK, but let me just tell you it looked awful! I paid for the haircut, so I decided to call to see if she would fix it for him, and she began to laugh at me, yell, and talk down to me for 20 minutes. I was told to call Julie the next day, and she acted the same way. The girls justified the bad haircut on the fact that they weren't barbers...? IM CONFUSED?! Are hairdressers less capable than barbers?! Anyways, They were soooo mad that they had an unhappy customer. To make a long story short, I had to take him for another haircut, and when he walked in the barber was like " who F-ed up your head"...they asked for one guess, "Supercuts in Raynham", and "let me guess, Del cut your hair". Turns out, this is a common occurrence. Terrible customer service, probably the worst I have every experienced ANYWHERE, and even worse...AWFUL HAIRCUTS. Do yourself a favor and stay far farrrr away from DEL, and JULIE, and Supercuts in Raynham. I have personally been to the Taunton location, and they were excellent the couple of times I went there. Two bad experiences here already. I came back the second time to give them one more chance, and I guess I shouldn't came back. I didn't get what I asked for. She barely touch my hair, and the hair was done under 10 minutes. I have thick and I've never seen anyone cut my hair that fast. I am very disappointed with their services. I do not recommend going here. So far I've been there 3 times with my boyfriend. There are 2 hair dressers there that are great and 1 that's pretty decent but clearly she was new. The rest are terrible. This one woman, I think her name was Christina or Melissa, and she has cut both my hair and my boyfriend's and butchered both. I was there barely 7 weeks ago for a trim that came out great then came back today for a trim of just the split ends and this woman cut off 4 inches! After I told her no do not cut off 4 inches, only the split ends! My hair does not grow that fast! Now my hair is too short for me and I am really sad that that much of my hair is gone after I specifically told her not to do that. I needed a half inch to an inch cut. Also when cutting my hair she just started doing it. When I've gone to other salons they take your hair and show you how much they are going to cut off and ask you if that's how much you want off. But no she just started cutting and it's not like I can have her stop! My hair would be in even! I have also had several friends in the area tell me about how she's butchered their hair and a few other employees who have messed their hair up so bad. I personally believe this woman needs to go back to beautician school and study her craft a little longer. I am very upset with my hair and I do not wish anyone else to feel like this so please do not visit this salon read more

ASK FOR DEL OR FLO!! I have been going here for my haircuts and color for almost ten years!! I love going to two specific people, Del and Flo. They have both been there for longer than that and do a great job. I don't always trust other people to touch my hair in these budget salons. I have had bad experiences in similar places, so once I found these two fabulous ladies, I trust nobody else! They also take their time and don't rush me through either. I feel like I am in a regular salon and they have come to know me a bit and how I like my hair done. I have tried going to some of the other girls in there, but it makes me nervous sometimes after having had those other bad experiences, you don't want to trust your hair to just anyone even if it will grow back! Make sure you understand the pricing structure for "extras" like adding conditioner, blowing dry and styling adds a big amount to the bill. read more

I've been going to this salon for a very long time. It's convenient that they will take walk-ins. However, be aware of JULIE, a hair dresser there. It seems like she does not like to cut anyone's hair because every time I go to the salon, she will wander around pretending like she is working so she doesn't have to take the next customer that has been waiting around. This is what she did today for 1/2 hour when there were 3-4 people waiting for haircuts. The other hairdressers had a customer in their chair and could not take anyone. Finally after having a few words with her, I left without my son getting a haircut. I was so outraged that I don't think I will go to that store for a while. My frustration is not with the store, but with Julie. If she doesn't want to work, then she should find something else to do! read more
