In her exacts words this bitch Swears I don't know my inventory, this Girl has the audacity to call another customer a bitch while I'm paying, she also proceeded on patting herself in the back for knowing the stores inventory because she is SOOOO GOOD she said, she's SOOO GOOD at her job she calls the customers bitches when they leave, anyways back to my story on MY BAD EXPERIENCE, I return today 09/27/21 as I walk in she's eating nachos and licking her fingers I say hi I would like to process an exchange for a bigger size on these denim and she just sits there continues to eat her nachos laughs at me through the inside rolls her eyes and says ALL SALES ARE FINAL with no empathy, I understand she's probably getting paid minimum and doesn't try too hard to give great customer service but geee at least be a little empathetic, so I proceed by saying wow great customer service OBVIOUSLY I'm being sarcastic now because I had to give her a taste of her own Medicine soooo she says no refunds or exchanges read the signs they're all over the store can't you see, like ok miss I obviously missed them it's her job to say no refunds or exchanges when she is checking customers out but again she was too busy having such a great convo with her comadre but anyways PINK MELON find some new employees these are clearly terrible representation of your business
