Staff did what they can to service those very rude customers and also enforced the mandated mask policy. I never heard of them before until randomly walking by and saw them near rainbow. Most definitely will be shopping there from now on though! The clothes are nice and the staff seems friendly. For the short amount of time I was there I only needed a dressing room and I was assisted quickly. However, my issue is with the background MUSIC choice that is BLASTED LOUDLY in this public store; this not a private home or a club, yet the songs that were being played contained lyrics so PROFANE I just could not believe it. I am no prude. But really this is a BUSINESS. Why am I hearing songs with EXPLICIT CONTENT about Sex and Drugs with the, N-word literally used every other word. I didn't see a sign saying "over 21 shoppers only", are you not expecting mothers to shop with kids? Shouldn't they have a choice if they want their kids to hear this kind of music "Or Nah".....not typically a phrase I use but the title of the song that was so OFFENSIVE. I had to go. Google it. This is not a judgment on anyone's personal music taste but there is a time and a place for every thing. If you are planning to have a BUSINESS that includes more than just you and your friends than this is highly inappropriate. I refuse to shop anywhere and have to be offended by what is supposed to something that is happening in the "background". For this reason alone. I will not be going back to this store.

Ridiculous policy. I was really interested in a pair of jeans that were on sale. So I walked away and asked another employee hoping she can let me try them on and I was told the same thing because it was a policy. I asked to speak to the manager and she said," oh she's not here that's just the policy and there's reasons" and I asked for the reasons and she couldn't list them. REALLY RIDICULOUS POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS. Could've made a sale but y'all chose to have a ridiculous policy.

I understand about Covid protocols but at least have people try it on before buying. How else are you going to make sells like that? I understand body suits you can't because of the crotch area but at least be considerate for customers to try on clothes that way we don't go back and have that complicated exchange or refund issue.
