I had my hands full with my other two little ones who definitely weren't in the mood to stay still, but Darlene made the entire visit feel easy and stress-free. Her customer service was truly exceptional--she was patient, kind, and so attentive to all of my girls. She has such a warm and welcoming personality that really stands out.
