The owner replied, "We do not discriminate." That response wasn't just dismissive--it was offensive. Offering a military discount isn't discrimination. It's a sign of respect for the men and women who've risked--and in many cases, given--their lives for this country. Equating gratitude with discrimination shows a serious lack of awareness, and quite frankly, a lack of respect. What made it even more disappointing is that this store is located in a community where many military families live. These are the parents, spouses, and children who support service members from the home front--often enduring long deployments, uncertainty, and sacrifice themselves. To respond that way in a place so connected to the military is not just tone-deaf--it's disrespectful to the very backbone of this community. If I could give zero stars, I would. This business doesn't deserve even one for the way it treats the very people who make it possible for all of us to live and work freely. Of course, every business has the right to decide its own policies--but customers have the right to support businesses that reflect their values. I won't be returning here, and I hope others who understand the true meaning of service, honor, and sacrifice will choose to spend their money elsewhere.

The gentleman with glasses tells me that they don't recycle transmission fluid. He walks away to recycle the motor oil and I clearly read on the sign in sheet TRANSMISSION FLUID IS ACCEPTABLE. I tell him that your clipboard says you recycle it. He says no we don't anymore . I asked him why would your clipboard say that you do and your signs outside say as well . He told me with the most serious face that they changed a law in California that auto parts stores don't recycle transmission fluid anymore. I couldn't believe how lazy he was just to do that. I went over to autozone and to ask if they took Transmission fluid , they said yes. I also asked if any law had been changed regarding recycling said fluid as oreilys said they didn't take it anymore. They said no that all auto parts stores are mandated to take it. What a lazy employee from oreilys. Don't recommend shopping here.

The staff is consistently…read morelaid back and for me the MOST important factors in where I spend money are the quality of the staff and a consistently flexible return policy. This store has both, and the fact that they store receipts with your phone number and the superior return process when something doesn't fit my car or really even if I just didn't want it as much as I thought I did - has secured my loyalty to THIS brand, particularly this location for all of my auto parts needs. It's worth the extra few bucks to have that better shopping experience and peace of mind. P.S. AutoZone can suck it, y'all know what you did.

However, I walked in the store today to do an exchange for an item I had purchased 2 weeks ago and that all changed. I bought 2 coolant gallons due to a water pump replacement and I only ended up needing 1. It was sealed, never opened. I misplaced the receipt but I did pay with my credit card and it was purchased with a water pump so my phone number was given for the transaction. FRANCISCO "looked" for the transaction and he was quick to say that it wasn't there. I didn't even want the money back. I needed to get something else from the store. He claimed that I would have to wait until tomorrow because his manager wasn't there. It was obvious that he simply didn't want to do it. I have lost my receipts in other occasions and I've never had to go through this with anyone else. I don't waste time or energy, especially on a guy like him. I drove to another nearby O'reillys and they quickly found my receipt and took care of me. MANAGEMENT should have this guy working in the back because it's clear that he can't handle customer service properly. I can say my store, a loyal customer for so many years, thousands of dollars, close to home, and I had to go through this inconvenience.
