There was also no mirror check at the end, and no styling advice or opportunity to request adjustments, which made it harder to address issues before leaving. On a previous visit, I brought my younger sister in for highlights. The service itself was fine, but at the end, the stylist loudly said, "Thank GOD, that's over with!" while we were still nearby. It made what should have been a fun, memorable experience feel uncomfortable and awkward. I understand that not every appointment goes perfectly, and I initially brushed off the first experience. However, after the haircut issue, I feel there are some consistency and professionalism concerns. Small things like checking the final result with a mirror, offering minor adjustments, and being mindful of comments within earshot of clients would go a long way. Because of these experiences, I'll likely look for another salon moving forward, but I hope this feedback is helpful for improvement.

They comb wet hair from root to end with fine-tooth combs, causing unnecessary breakage and split ends. Both adults and children end up losing hair because of improper detangling. They also overuse heat, excessive blow-drying followed by high-heat flat ironing which leaves hair dry, damaged, and unrepairable. Communication is difficult because most of the stylists only speak Spanish, making it hard to explain styling preferences. The manager is dismissive and often rude. Their products contain questionable ingredients, and they charge extra if you bring your own, which feels unreasonable. The only positive is the owner, Victor, whose customer service and professionalism stands out but he's not always there, and his business experience has greatly declined. His partner is a nightmare as she is very unprofessional and rude. you would think she is paying you to get your hair done. very dismissive attitude.
