Lupe and her partner did a full 5 bedroom move-out cleaning. Our place was a mess. They came in and did a great job. We didn't see the results until after Lupe left. My wife was literally walking around our new house seeing their praises. I've had several house cleaners throughout the years but I've got to say this business is a joke. Between the daughter who does the initial walk through and quotes an absurd amount of money for the "initial" deep clean and overpriced fees for routine cleaning, not following through with scheduled date/time and especially sloppy work. I am very particular and if I'm paying for a service, I expect it to be done and done properly. Not the case with this company. I was very specific when the daughter initially came. Wanted the basic cleaning but wanted it done thoroughly. Stairs to be vacuumed, dusted stairwell, couch cushions to be vacuumed as well as a standard home cleaning. Asked for my floors to be vacuumed prior to mopping (pet hair) nothing out of the ordinary. Simply a job in which should be done if you have a clue on how to clean. The last time they cleaned my home, stairs weren't touched, couch cushions, lack of dusting practically the entire downstairs was as if it hadn't been touched. I have surveillance cameras in my home and watched the two chat up a storm in my living room. My floors were practically untouched. I got home and immediately noticed my floors. Swept my living room and kitchen literally after they left from cleaning and the attached photos show what they left behind. I sent these photos to the daughter and it was as if she didn't believe me. Offered me a discount of 20$ on my next cleaning. So insulting. That last cleaning wasn't worth a cent. I asked for a different crew but she said it'd be the same two people so I don't believe they're staffed as the daughter claims. Their first cleaning was somewhat decent but after that, forget it. They are in and out in a flash and overlook what they think we won't notice. Personally, they need younger staff and cleaning homes is a physical job so I suggest she find a different profession rather than rip people off because she can't physically do the job. Lastly, I offered to give them one more chance after being specific about my expectations. We set the date and the daughter told me the night prior it wasn't do-able and only because I texted to confirm the time. I wouldn't have heard from her otherwise. Extremely unprofessional and very dishonest crew. What a scam. A total nightmare and waste of time and money! read more

I am so happy with my cleaning! Marivel is a very good communicator. Upon her visit I enjoyed chatting with her Father, and her team members are friendly, trustworthy and do beautiful quality work. I have dust and mold allergies, so I had them perform a John Banta style "top down" cleaning, which involves first HEPA vacuuming all the ceilings and walls of the home, followed by a very light soap moistened anti static dusting cloth wipe down of the ceiling and wall surfaces. The final part is to HEPA vacuum the floors to remove any particles that fell or redistributed in the process. (Helpful tip: I chose to go to Home Depot and buy disposable plastic drop cloths which I used to cover all the beds and any fabric covered furniture... so those did not have to all be re-cleaned). This style of cleaning is laborious and detailed work, but they did an excellent job and my house is just airy and sparkling clean now. I highly recommend Marivel and her team, and I encourage others with allergy or health issues to consider this type of cleaning treatment for their own homes. read more

I loved this company the first two times they cleaned my home I paid extra to have my dishes washed by hand I asked not to put my dishes in the dishwasher because it was broken on three separate occasions they put dirty dishes in the dishwasher after I asked them not to The last time they washed my dishes they put them away with food oil and water on them and my baby's bottles smelled bad They threw all my stuff under the sink Total disaster it was a nightmare I was so upset they gave me a free cleaning and reassured me things would get better i kept this company 2 more times I like the way they did floors and folded my laundry I had to hire another company to clean the things that they couldn't do correctly so I had to cut some services and cost so I can pay another company unfortunately this company charges way too much for what they do I do give them to Starr's because every time I had an issue the cleaning lady's daughter wouldn't try to resolve the problem and try to work through the errors The employees did she did try to keep her clients satisfied which I strongly believe in good customer service however the integrity of the work was not worth what they wanted to charge especially since I had to hire another company after I was reassured that they could handle my request from the very beginning read more
