Mirella and her team are simply amazing! I have never had my home cleaned so thoroughly. Even ceilings, light fixtures, blinds. They are cheerful, with great customer care. To the woman who thinks Mirella is Honest? That is a laugh. This is what she did to me. when I was really sick, she was doing my laundry. One day she brought me a $20 bill that I had left in a pocket in the laundry. I also thought, how honest. At the same time she was busy ripping me off for anything not nailed down. this was not an accident. The fair market value of everything she stole was around $5,000. She had taken some good jewelry. Fortunately I improved and then realized what was happening. I feel it is my civic duty to tell everyone. read more

We decided to arrange for Northbay Housecleaning to clean my mom's three-bedroom house in Santa Rosa, where my mom lives. So I called Mirella(the owner) to set a time to meet with my mom. Needless to say; my mom was very impressed. They came to the house regularly and from the beginning, the experience was great. Their pricing is very reasonable and their quality of work is great. On occasions when my mom needs to reschedule to a different day, they have been more than accommodating. We have visited my mom four times since she started service with them and the house looks great every time. This is by far one of the best experiences with a cleaning service. read more

One could not find a more professional approach to this business than the one Mirella uses. She worked with her staff on the first visit to make sure that the work was done to her standards. They were on ladders, cleaning any surface that did or didn't move! They were all very careful and did a very thorough job of cleaning, were punctual and pleasant. It's been a few years so I wanted to reiterate how fantastic NB Housecleaning is! I hadn't been able to utilize their services for the past 2 years, but called them last Friday - DESPERATE for help the next day (Saturday) as we were moving from our house. SUCCESS!!! Alejandro was willing to give up his Saturday to help me, and he just transformed my kitchen and baths to pristine condition prior to moving - and did it with a smile on his face! Northbay arrived just as the carpenters were hurriedly finishing work they should have completed two days ago on a house we're selling. Consequently every counter top, bathtub, sink, and closet was a mess. I had intended to clean off the surface dirt before they arrived but, given the last minute carpentry work, that was not possible. In about five hours these two women cleaned every inch of three bathrooms, made the kitchen and it's shelving and appliances shine, vacuumed the carpets to perfection, and had bagged up all the small trash left behind by the carpentry crew. Northbay gets consistent five-star ratings. That had seemed impossible to me. Now I believe they deserve ten. This was an extreme test of their skills---although unintended. The place looks so nice now that I'd almost be tempted to move back if we didn't like our new place so much. read more

Amazing!! We had a tenant leave a very messy unit, with a shower door you could barely see through. We were told we'd have to replace the door....but Northbay worked their magic and it's as good as new! The whole unit was sparkling again. Disappointed I have to leave a one-star review. I had an appointment for a quote this morning at 9am. Now it's 10am, no call and no one has shown up. I called another company and booked a cleaning. I can't take a chance that no one will show up on the day I need the house cleaned, the day before our landlord walkthrough. Hoping the next company is more reliable. :-( read more
