They built retention walls, stone staircases, installed lighting, replaced an aging fence, and planted several new arborvitaes. Everyone that has seen the new side yard have been thoroughly impressed with the aesthetics and quality craftsmanship, but the biggest compliments come from our furry family members. Our dogs love the artificial pet turf which makes their messes easy to clean and hose down and they're not killing our front lawn anymore! They do excellent work but they're not cheap. Holly had a great plan for what she wanted to do with my yard, including the flowerbeds. One thing that I appreciated was that she used as much of the material that had been installed by the previous homeowner as possible. This minimized the amount of new shrubbery needed and kept the costs down. I was very pleased with the initial presentation and the No Limit crew maintained the yard completely from there on out. The owner is infectiously cordial and polite. In the spirit of truthfulness I will say that there was a small communication snag very early on. However, Holly handled the matter professionally and courteously and I was very impressed to say the least. Also, there were a couple of times where I had to follow-up about something that may not had gotten done on the last cut. They were always extremely receptive and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. Throughout the season it was a pleasure to come home every other Wednesday and see that our yard had been transformed into a beautiful almost scenic oasis. Whenever I did have a question about anything - usually to confirm receipt of my payment - Holly was prompt and again, courteous and professional. During the process, they destroyed our front yard, side yard, as well as the entire back yard. When it was brought to his attention, we were told "it's part of demo mode." We were then supposed to reuse rock we already had, that was less than a year old. Instead of anyone ling the rock and putting it on a tarp, they used a bobcat and ruined all the rock because they were covered in mud (white rocks.) Mike got into a cussing match with my husband and then told us we had to come put an extra $1000 because his team destroyed our yard, and we now needed it fixed. He even told my husband that he wished he never worked with us and couldn't wait to be done. The yard was left uneven, caps were not sealed, the staircase was sideways and uneven and worst of all, anytime it rains, mud and rock shoot all over the patio and stairs.
