It was a great experience from walking in the door; it's a welcoming office, clean, and the team is courteous, from booking the appointment to the actual visit! The "People in the back," Jason and Millie, who actually did the MRI, were very kind and communicative (every step of the way); they followed safety protocols (gloves, needle, etc.). The service was good. The Technician was terrific. Here's why they lost stars... I was told to drink the contrast, but no one mentioned beforehand that there would also be injected contrast. Not a big deal, but would have been good information. Additionally, although I paid what I was told would be my pre-insurance approved portion, an absolutely unreasonably huge sum, they failed to tell me they would bill me separately for "Medical Surgical Supplies"! How could they not have known there would be such a charge? They also offered to let me pay an "uninsured" price of about 1/3 the insured price, but it would not apply to my deductible. Believing I was sent to testing for a reason, I figured I should meet my deductible [There's absolutely nothing wrong with me - a flakey Concentra MD (work physical) didn't understand my blood/urine work!] So... Why does it cost me nearly $2000.00 with insurance, but less than $700.00 without? I hate getting overcharged by medical providers, but I especially hate the "extra" undisclosed bills - would you go out for an expensive dinner and expect a bill a month later for the dishwashing soap? read more

Come here if you want to wait an hour to be seen after you've made an appt. It might have been better if I had just walked in, as most people who came in after me were seen before me. When I finally was seen, the X-ray tech was apologetic. It's not her fault they don't allow enough time for each X-ray. Final nail in the coffin.....asked for a cd with my images and was told by the radiologist it would take about 5 min. Back to the waiting room. FOR ANOTHER 30 minutes. When I went to ask about it, it was sitting in the machine the whole time. Seriously. Find another place to get X-rays. This place obviously overbooks. Very clean! The staff is friendly and welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Wait time wasn't long for the procedure that my daughter had to have. They are upfront about costs and will file insurance for you. In my situation filing insurance was more expensive out of pocket than not filing. ‍ They sent me home w a disc and my orthopedic had the results before the 24 hour mark. COVID Have to check in in the car. Sanitizer is offered as well as gloves. Masks are mandatory. Each person uses their own pen and then put it in the "dirty" pen bin. Physical distancing is set up. The waiting room doesn't get crowded down, they keep their system flowing well. read more

Came here as directed by my PCP to get my leg x-rayed. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted and made aware that the wait time was 90mins. Having not had lunch, I inquired if I could fill out the forms, grab a bite to eat, and come back and they were absolutely fine with that. I have to give them kudos for not making me sit in misery, starving and for being very upfront and honest about the wait time. I was taken back shortly after my return and the technicians couldn't be friendlier. They gave me clear instructions so that we could get the x-rays done and were overall super nice. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Great team, great facility, and even though there was a painfully long wait time, it passed when I was able to grab some good BBQ down the road. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! This place when I called to find out about my in my report the size of my kidney stones said "small". What the heck is "small". Given absolutely no measurement of size the bimbo who answered the phone tried her best to kick the issue down the line with "You need to talk to you doctor about the results". I told her "I did and that's why I'm talking to you because no one knows what small is. Anything bigger than 2cm has to be blasted and broken down". Response "I don't know what to tell you". Again HORRIBLE place to get information that causes a tremendous amount of pain!!! read more

The in-processing was efficient; the wait was very short. The staff were very nice and professional. HOWEVER, the MRI equipment was inadequate. The machine was too small for my build. I am a big, broad shouldered man with a 54" chest. It took several minutes to squeeze me into the closed MRI. The 30 minute procedure was very painful due to this. Even now, after 3 days, BOTH my shoulders are in pain - my effected left shoulder has more pain than before the procedure. I told my friends if I didn't need surgery before the MRI, I do now! read more

facility was clean and professional. I was seen without waiting a long time. They would have earned a 5 star rating except for the fact they over charged at the time of service and are reluctant to issue a refund. Insurance EOB exactly matched the estimated cost at time of service, however they insisted that I pay a "copay" that was more than the estimate. Now they are waiting on insurance EOB. If I have it, they should also have it. It is so frustrating dealing with someone that only reads from a script when you call customer service. I overpaid, I'm due a refund. "Yes, ma'am, we are waiting on payment from insurance". There is no payment due from insurance, I paid everything that was due plus an overpayment and am due a refund. "Yes, ma'am, as soon as the payment from insurance posts, we will issue you a refund". 30-45 days, however, I paid at time of service. read more

The staff was very friendly, the RN took care of me from start to finish, but my complaint was that after spending $400 with your center, you couldn't be bothered to follow up to see if my results were received by my doctor. That is incredibly poor customer service. I hope the person responsible for this has suffers with pain later in their life and has the same lousy treatment I received and gets to wait in pain longer than necessary. I had to call the office to get them to check because my doctor was waiting for my results. Throwing a fax in and being too lazy to double check it is a pitiful way to do business! read more

The greeting receptionist was very helpful and friendly and helpful. When i got to the room i was approached by clearly irritated nurse...and asked me who left the door open....I let her know i dont remember.... she told me again that door should always be closed ... I answered i didnt know about that rule she proceeded over and over again while she had the door open and her hand on the door know so i told her i understood the 1st time. I understand rules and policies due to covid but to be scolded was not necessary. I am just as scared as she is to be in a clinic. When i got my xray she was upset and i felt like i wasnt taken care with kindness or compassion as healthcare workers should . All in all i would not go back to that office due to my bad experience with one technician/nurse. read more

The technician was very gently and pleasant. The place was clean and organized. The front desk staff was very pleasant and patient.

I have a CT scan scheduled in AM and as soon as I came in Tonia (front desk) greeted me together with a smile (what a good day to start on a Monday)have been coming here for several years and all the Staff are friendly and very professionals. I never had any issues or problems. The wait is not that long and they treat you like a human being. The facility is very clean and organize with free coffee. Will definitely recommend Envision to my friends and family. You have earned your 5star and you guys deserve it!!! read more

This was a terrible experience and I will never go back. I made the appointment for a CT scan 3 days in advance and in person. I was told to show up 15 minutes early and that fasting was not required (my doctor later confirmed that this was correct). I received and email from Envision the evening before the test stating that I must be there 1.5 hours in advance to drink contrast. This sounded strange, so I called early the morning of and they confirmed the contrast. I arrived 1.5 hours early, completed paperwork and then was told I was early. They told me at that time I did not need contrast. I said that I even called and the clerk kind of shrugged and that was it. I left and came back 15 minutes before my 1:00 appointment. They did not get me in until 1:55. Never once did anyone try to speed up the procedure. Terrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

I liked this facility. Friendly professional staff at front desk and my technician was so sweet and personable and professional. I only waited about 10 minutes and once inside everything was explained to me step by step. Procedure only took about 20 minutes. A couple hours later I had my results. Poster child for poorly run, ineffective medical services provider. Rescan required after initial CT of knee. Scheduled CT for spouse and neglected to tell her that it would require a 90 minute wait after drinking solution. "Oh, we're sorry" and then back to personal conversation. Will communicate my dissatisfaction to person physician- hopefully, he will refer future patients somewhere else. Just for good measure- they charged my wife twice as much as they told her on the phone when she made the appointment. read more

I've already let management know of my experience via a post survey, but no one contacted me. In November, I needed imaging done, so I was referred here by my doctor. I made an appointment and called from my car when I arrived to see if they were ready or if I should remain in my vehicle. I was told to come in. I waited 30 minutes before I was taken back. Inconsistent wearing of PPE (masks) by staff and by people in waiting area. One reception staff member kept pulling hers up/down (not drinking or eating), another staff member talking to the other receptionist about how worried she was because of how sick she'd been and was surprised to see her, and the tech who greeted me had no mask at all--he wore only a face shield. I would not recommend this place and should probably refer the matter to DHS or County Health Department. The staff were not unfriendly, but their behavior wasn't professional. read more

I actually like this place enough that I requested it from my referring doctor when there default was to send me somewhere else. I have come twice now for scan of my gall bladder, and the service has just been great. Very professional, kind, and courteous. Other people I witnessed interacting with the staff were also treated so well. "Can I open the door for you?", "Thank you and have a great day", "Feel free to stay until you finish your coffee". Treats in the waiting room are a nice touch (cookies, hard candies, coffee, etc). My husband has come for xrays, and you dont need an appt. We highly recommend these guys. read more

I have had 2 MRI's in the past couple of months and both experiences were great. They were on time and my technician was outstanding. She really made me comfortable and was very efficient. The disk to take to my doctor was ready in just a few minutes from the completion of the MRI. Things could not have gone better. Everyone was wearing masks and after my procedure, I saw my technician cleaning the room very thoroughly before the next patient. I am a very happy customer. read more

A 5 star review is earned, not a 'given' - these people earned their 5 stars today. I had been there several years ago and had remembered a very good experience and when I couldn't get in to my regular imaging center, remembered Envision. I arrived and got a huge smile at check in along with a 'can do, I will go the extra mile for you' attitude - I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves recognition. (first check in desk when you enter, short black hair). If there is such a thing as a good CT scan experience, well this is it! Nobody likes a medical procedure but with a staff like this, most of that unnecessary stress is removed and you walk away so much less traumatized I just saw their slogan on the bottom of my bill "Unmistakable Quality - Spectacular Service" .....and it was.
