I wish I could give this place no stars if that's even possible. I don't normally write reviews but I was so mad when I walked out I felt the need to warn people about this place. 1. Terrible service 2. Bad attitude 3. Unprofessional My friend and I walked in to get a gel manicure and regular pedi since this place had pretty decent reviews and was the closest to our neighborhood. Unprofessional: The older gentleman who helped my friend clearly was unsure of what he was doing. He kept asking for directions from the lady who had been helping with my pedicure. The nail polish was also running out so the color was coming out extremely clumpy. My friend had to give him instructions and call out all the areas that he was either missing or not filing properly so that her toes could be KIND OF even. In the end, she decided not to do her gel manicure because she wasn't sure if he would be able to do a good job. Bad Attitude: As for my lady. Wow. I just don't even know where to start. I've never met anyone SO rude. I usually have pretty good conversations with the ladies who are at the salons and I'm always respectful. This lady (the really petite one with the long hair) was extremely rude and had a stank face the whole time. While she was cutting my cuticle, I noticed that it was more painful than usual, but I figured she should know what she's doing and I was chatting with my friend. When I turned around to take a look at my hand, I noticed she was trying to wipe away the BLOOD that was coming out from my fingers cuz she had been yanking at my cuticles so hard. That's when I noticed there were multiple other bloody spots on that paper towel in her hand, which explained why I thought it hurt so much earlier. She was extremely rude the whole time, not acknowledging any questions and talking on her phone, which was why she was probably so distracted. The nail polish came out much lighter than I had expected so I asked if she could please put a different darker shade on so that my nails are not showing through from beneath the polish. She didn't say anything so I was unsure if she heard me the first time. I asked again because I was afraid she was reaching for the top coat and I didn't want to make things more complicated if I didn't warn her in time. So I asked again and she was really rude when she responded "yes I heard you. I can understand." Okay well great. I wasn't sure because you DIDN'T ACKNOWLEDGE MY QUESTION so how could I have known? Terrible Service: Now that I'm home I'm also able to take a look at my nails more closely and I can see that there are parts of it that are not fully painted as well. Not only did I get cut up, I ended up having to deal with terribly painted nails and I have a wedding to go to this weekend. Luckily, it's a light color so it's not noticeable unless you're looking at it up close. All in all - DO NOT go to this place. It's a waste of time and money and you might even get infected from all the cuts that you get on your fingers, all while getting a stank face. read more

Made an appointment for 12 today and I got there at 11:45. The owner put me in a pedicure chair but they were clearly short staffed. I sat in the chair with my feet in the water until 12:40 when I finally walked out. It was clear the girl who was doing another woman's pedicure was untrained and uncertified because the woman asked her to stop bc she wasn't doing a good job. Also, the owners children were there and the one girl was crying because the other kids locked her out of the room they were playing in and kept telling her she was nothing and shouldn't come back. I would give this salon a 0 star if I could. I went in today for the first time and asked for a gel manicure. I was so excited to get my nails done because I have been growing them out for 3 weeks and have to go to a wedding tomorrow. The guy (not the manager) working there began filing my nails and during the process made a negative comment about how long my nails were. I mean isn't that the reason why I came in the first place? So you can clean them up and do my nails? I ignored it and he continued to file. They were a tad long so I asked if he can file a little more but instead he filed my nails the entire way down. I told him to stop but he wouldn't and now I don't even have any nails and they are extremely short and look so horrible. The way he did my French is the worst job I've never seen and I will never recommend this salon to anyone. I asked for a refund from the manager and he began shouting at me and insisted he would fix my nails but they look disgusting and now I have to wait for two more weeks to go get them done from a salon who actually knows how to do nails. DO NOT GO HERE. extremely unprofessional, rude and inexperienced. My middle finger nail also chipped so I asked if they could put in a tip. My nail looked swollen. I left my client and walked into an empty shop. That should have been the first red flag! I asked for sns, they assured they "could do." About 45 seconds into my services, he's trying to take the previous sns off with the file gun. Okay. That's fine, BUT YOU'RE FUCKING HURTING MY CUTICLE BY FILING THAT TOO! I asked him to please be careful, as I don't need swollen or nicked hands during my meeting! Then he wanted to file my nails, shorter than MY preference. Got mad I DIDN'T WANT THAT. Anyway, we get through the rest of this crappy ass sevice and when it's time to apply the sns, he only does 2 coats! No base. No three coats. I don't say anything, as it actually looked relatively okay. I pay 35 dollars and dip! Get to the hotel, have a webex call, shower, and hit the sheets! The next morning I have to pack, because I was too exhausted the night before. Look down at my hands and FOUR FUCKING NAILS ARE CHIPPED! WHAT IN THE ENTIRE FUCK?! SO. I go to my first client, keep my hands out of view and head straight back to the shop when I finshed working. Then I encountered the most hideous wench of I've ever seen! You will know because her TEETH ARE ALL THE WAY FUCKED UP! Instead of trying to be a smart mouth, she should acquire a dentist! She is rude. She is rough. She fixed my nails by REDIPPING THE BROKEN NAILS. She is complete trash! And at the end she actually had the audacity to refuse my ALREADY PROMISED REFUND. Absolutely the worst place. DON'T WASTE your money. I called to get an appointment after Covid she told me 5:30 the following day. The following day I had a work emergency so called to reschedule so she told me 1:30 the following day. I showed up at 1:15 the day of appointment she was doing a credit card transaction and had someone under the UV she tried to tell me I was late. I'm like umm if I was here at 1 you wouldn't even be able to take me. She was very rude and told me there were other appointments after me. Honestly, nice people but HORRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY WORK!! I had made a 10am appointment, for there at 9:45am. Even when I walked in I was not directed to the nail polish colors until I asked - didn't think much of it at the time. The owner was working on someone's mani and another women was waiting in the back for her pedi. I was finally taken for my pedi at 10:21am. The tub was already filled so the water was barely warm. Again, since it seemed they were short on staff I didn't think much of it. My "pedi" was finished by 10:37am and after my paint it was probably 10:45am. I had to pay full price for a $22 "pedicure" when I really got was a glorified nail trim and polish. The owner who was doing my feet didn't even rub the bottoms, all she did was brush my foot and lotion me. When I asked her to, she used her brush. I can tell she was in a rush on me and the lady next to me was still getting her toes painted (tho she started before me) and here i was all done with my polish. Next, I had asked for a gel mani, but then changed my mind to get an acrylic over lay since another tech talked me into it. She made it seem she'd do such a great job so I agreed. Before starting, I asked her how much longer it'd take because I had to run and don't have much time, she said only an extra 10 min and if I did tips to make them longer an additional 10. I agreed. The owner walked by and asked the tech to do a pedi as I initially was only going to get a gel mani at first. I told my text it's fine. I waited about 20 minutes for her to do another customers pedi. When she was done she started doing that same customers mani, and that's when I finally spoke up as I was only told she'd work on a pedi. I asked her to remove my tips and if just pay for my pedi. The kind customer offered to wait as she was also waiting on her friend who was still getting a pedi. The tech apologized and began work on my nails. I can tell she was rushing but at this point I just wanted to be done and leave. I hate my gel overlap and was given a horrible paint job. My nails looks so bad and thick! While my tech was waiting for my nail to dry she took another customer for her eyebrows. The owner came by, made a joke about how I ended up getting longer nails, put cuticle oil on my fingers, quickly looked at my nails and told me I was done! Look at the pictures and you'll see how they let me walk out the door at 12:17pm. I know she didn't care as she had a line of customers waiting; and there were only 3 techs working including herself. Get more help, or don't over book customers. The customer that allowed me to get my nails done before here's also said she made a 10am appointment and wasn't taken until 11:15am. Why overbook if you don't have enough staff?! I will NEVER come here again or suggest it to any of my friends. They do not do good quality work. I wish I ended up listening to my gut and left when I had the chance. Waste of money, I honestly wish I could demand a refund. Don't waste your money or time!!! read more

I came here randomly because it was one of the only places in the area that is open Sunday's (plus point) and although I only waited about 10 minutes, people who came after me waited much longer. She asked me to come back Sunday at 9:00 am- and I quote, "come back early, early I'll fix it." 9:00 this morning came to the salon and NO ONE is here. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! $25 for a gel manicure. I went when it was empty so I got seen really quickly and they were REALLY NICE. But the service "FELT" rushed (it took an hour though!!) but I didn't really feel pampered- it was the bare essentials of a manicure. For example: the water was cold for the 5second soak... some places I go to give a short hand massage or lotion my hands at least. It's also been a week and my gel manicure is starting to peel... I came to this salon after trying multiple other salons around the area and being disappointed. I noticed the great reviews on google and had to try it out. The owner is very sweet and welcoming. I had an appointment but waited about a half hour to sit in the chair, which I wasn't mad about bc it took me that long to find a color from their gel swatches (so many pretty colors!!). Lynn is super personable and did a great job fixing up my nails. As long as my nails don't chip quickly, I'll be back for sure. read more
