I'm really starting to feel a way. Ever since my original ail place changed owners I've been trying to find a reliable nail salon and have yet to find one. I came in for a mani pedi and the shop was practically empty. When I asked for what I wanted at least two nail techs turned me down and sent me to the back to see the lady on the phone in the pedicure chair. I asked if they take cards, no one speaks english. I ask for a manager no one speaks english. I ask for flip flops to walk to an atm, all of a sudden "two dollars mami" out of nowhere. Funny how now when I'm about to leave someone speaks english. Pedicure on a Monday 15$. no mani pedi deals. No massage. No customer service. Nothing. Urgh. Places like these give the Bronx such a bad name. read more

Terrible customer service. I came in about 90 minutes before closing time for a simple manicure. The ladies were going back and forth arguing in Spanish about who would get to do it. They were assuming that I didn't understand Spanish. I told them in Spanish that I'll just come back if it was such a problem and she said "okay" without even apologizing. I gave it a 1 because I couldn't give it a ZERO.. Do not go here!!! They are so unprofessional!. The"nail techs" get to choose whether or not they feel like taking a client. I took my daughter to get her nails polished and when the open "nail tech" was asked if she wanted to take her, she said "no" and continued playing on her phone. I was completely appalled and felt so bad for my little girl that was so excited to get her nails polished. Ridiculous staff! read more

This place is a joke. They charge you extra if u want nails longer then ur natural bed nail. They don't clean ur natural nail or push ur cuticles back, nothing. This place look like it hasn't been cleaned in years. There's dust & food laying around. Walls written on all over. I could just imagine how clean the pedicure station are. I would never get my feet done here. There are customers fighting with the staff constantly & talking loudly. The nail polishes look expired & are really cheap products. I guess u get for what u paid for. I spend 20 for acrylic nails. I rather spend $5 more dollars & go with the Koreans & get my nails done 100 times better & not deal with the ratchness. read more

I would like to start off by saying I honestly would like my money back... I completely hated my nails but dealt with it and said I'll just stay with this powder gel color for another 2 weeks and go to my actual nail technician! Not even 24 hours and the clear coat is chipping off and so are the jewels that you guys charged me 6$ to apply... Also went back you guys fixed the nails that were chipping off then again ! Now they are chipping not even 24 hours of me going back and spending my time for you guys to fix them for me again! Spent 75$ on my hands and feet only! And couldn't even get a decent job, the woman was rushing through everything and it says clearly everywhere that you guys focus on "pampering" the customer.. Completely rushed through my feet and cut almost EVERY finger after I told her she was hurting me.. I am not one to exaggerate but this is a big NO for me, I love my nails and am very serious when it comes to them and how people see them, I don't care how much I spend on my nails as long as they look amazing! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. From the outside looking in looks amazing but if you want good nails, I suggest you just skip this place and try your luck else where! read more

Fast service, bad service! Unfortunately, not a place I'd ever return to. I've had many years since I've gone to a nail salon to get a full set done. I've learned to let my natural nails grow. But being a mom to 2 kids and returning to full time work has had me so stressed that my poor hands are now ugly and nail bitten. I decide to treat myself after so long to fake nails to get myself to stop the nail biting. I look up pictures of short styles online, fake nails that look as close to real as possible. I go to this place and it's a big open space with chairs on the outer perimeter and the nail technicians in the center. The place looks run down with the heavy smell of acrylic powder and chemicals in the air. I ask a young girl if she was a regular and she said yea and that the place was pretty good and fast. I liked that because I had asked my husband to watch the kids so I could sneak out for an hour or two. The nail technician calls my name which I wrote on a clipboard and she has me sit at her station. I show her the picture of the style or look I'm going for - active shirt nails with a slightly round point- which she glances at and begins. I should've left at that moment. She didn't care what I wanted. All she wanted was to hurry as quickly as possible so she could take my money and have me be on my way. She put the fake tips on and cut the length which I found long so she cut more. She packed on the acrylic powder and I tell her nicely I'd like for her not to put so much. I want my nails thin. She says she will file down with the machine. She does and makes me bleed a few places..I just grin and bear it. At the end she still leaves them thick and oddly shaped. Some are round and some askew. I was so disappointed I didn't even want my nails painted. No lotion. The hygiene of the utensils was questionable. Just rushed service and a mediocre job and an indifferent attitude. Sorry for the long story but what a bad first impression after not having been at a nail salon in such a long time. I went across the street and paid more to have them fix it. Wow what a difference!! read more

First off they don't even greet you when you come inside, they say" what do u need" the lady that did my nails cut two of my fingers. While washing my hands my fingers now are cut and burn. While getting my nails done I reached for colors to see if I wanted to get those colors added to my nails. She abruptly just blurted out no, as though I couldn't choose my own nail color as though she was getting her nails done. They have no soap to wash ur hands and when I used the paper towel to dry my hands after washing them with no soap another employee got upset and hide it away. They post a sign that says wear a mask for the customers but the staff don't even properly wear masks ,they wear a mask and don't fully cover their nose and mouth. The nail lady was eating food and after she finished she started to work on my nails and didn't even was her hands. I can go on and on, this place is just rude ,unsafe and unprofessional. They lost all their staff and I see why. read more

I love and highly recommend! People are always helpful and my nails come out great. I usually come here every two weeks to do my nails. Some of the workers suck but others are good obviously. They need to invest in an inside area to dry our hands. read more

I went here early to get in and out. The woman who did my nails lied to me and said the only free style she could do is what she did on my right hand, when i told her i wanted the butterfly she did it but if i can upload the the picture you will see the sloppy job she did on me, if i didn't have to go take care of business that same day, i would have talked some smack, but i just said i'll go to a diffrent place to get what i wanted from the begining...I would recomend that no one go to Envy Nails on Fordham next to Planet Fitness. They lie to get your money and do sloppy work. There are plenty other Envy Nail shops that do way better work. read more

Honestly its being considerate giving this place a star. The place is dirty, seriously they don't seem to wipe down or clean anything. You walk in and no one says anything and i had to 'i spy' the sign in log that was ducked off in the corner. I wasn't told that cash was the only payment method until i pulled out my card. Due to them having no signs. Its 2015 and what place doesn't have a card machine. Never going back. The customers they do have seem to be content with dirty unorganized businesses. read more
